Went here for an interview after clearing telephonic Technical round. Managerial round got cleared and he asked for salary expectations. I told about my current offer in hand and his face turned PALE BLUE. I have told about my offer in hand details first hand to the HR who called at the very first time itself. This gives below message about company.1. No collaboration between HR/Manager.2. CHINDI (If you will pay nuts, you will get monkey)

Very Good Environment

I went for interview, nice tech park. Cleared first round and waiting for next round. But unfortunately I got other company offer, so I couldnt go here.

Went there for scheduled interview. Reached before time. Big mistake. Recruiters went to lunch. After a wait of 45 minutes a recruiter came with laptop and gave me question(Data for machine learning) to solve. However I had been told during the wait of 45 minutes that recruiter is preparing the laptop. Why couldnt they it before if the interview was scheduled?Opened laptop and nothing was installed there. They needed some IT guy to install softwares, okay another 30 minutes passed. Then it was decided that some guy from hyderabad will take telephonic interview. No network coverage inside the office. After 30 minutes of trying I told that I cant give interview like this with bad reception and all. I went there from Whitefield just to wait and then came back.I had been told that somebody will get back to me with the dataset and I can do from home but Nothing I heard after that. Wasted 6 hours by doing nothing.

Well its my office and I am loving it, friendly colleagues and seniors... From out kalyani magnum is very peaceful place lots of greenery, lots of options in cafeteria too.

This is worst company dont go interview here simply wasting time, I have more than 5 year experience, I was attend the interview here, initially they called me particular package after clearing the interview Hr will negotiate salary for me in telephone he said his name (jackob)and start discussion come to our organization current package or we will give you 2 percent hike, they dont know how to communicate the employee this type of discussion is very depress to the employee and this type scenario faced first time in my career.
