Very pathetic interview process. I had given interview during pandemic and all I felt was its a complete waste of time. The hr was talking like a college kid. After that they asked me to write a assesment which do not have any recognition. The snenarios were sent directly from hr mail id other than company website. And the ops round is taken by tl and its very vague and unproffesssional. They always try to find loop holes no matter how much ever you ans confidently and give a strong ans. The recruitment is very harsh and given opportunities only for reference candidates. the deserved candidates are not even given opportunities and they reject you without giving proper feedback and even if u clear they will reject you finally.

New joiners, be aware of these ppl, Pallavi HR, unfit and irresponsible, preeti trainer( this lady is, just not (P for preeti) rather she is (P-for partiality ), Sujatha peshwar, Nancy James, these ppl are dangerous than Virus. Be very cautious, these ppl might seem good on top but they are very dangerous than any other Virus.

Employees working in this company are open minded and they have lots of fun with the managers and colleagues. Thanks to First Advantage for letting me go, if I had not joined this organization, I would have not realised my self worth. I deserve more than this job. I deserve respect that these kind of jobs cant give me. Being a creative person, this job showed me where I should be. Now that I have a brand though at an initial phase, I dont regret joining FADV. FADV had made me strong after all manipulation that I got from this organization. It started from my first job Cognizant. But now I am happy. Iam at peace with myself.

Waisted my time , the interview procedure is weeks and they are not sure what needs to ne done. Providing only 3.5 lakh package and so much tantrums. Low standards disappointed atlest do not waste candidates time and energy .

Even though they dont have vacancy they complete interview process and make the candidates wait for more than 3 months and tell us the process is freezed. and the HR monica she never receive the calls.

I worked here for few months.they stopped paying salaries during pandemic time. Think before you join this organization. They dont pay compensation or notice period salary and you might laid off with one day notice

Very unprofessional pathetic experience mainly because of 1 reason i worked here from april 2014-june 2015,there was too much politics here,especially my colleague in my team vignesh had no manners,used to speak rudely with his other colleagues like as if this is his fathers company

Interview Process at First Advantage:I went through one of the consultancies for this company interview, I almost cleared all the rounds but couldnt understand why they had to reject me without no reason.Do maintain some professionalism, have some courtesy to inform the candidates candidature rejection clearly.

This is a background verification company, one does learn about background verification here, so environment and ambience is fine for a person looking for growth in this sector.

Had an interview and got through after finishing all the rounds and also got an offer letter. Just within minutes of getting an offer letter. I get a call that they have chnaged the package for this position so now the package is less. No point working for a stupid company like this

Guys I have never seen a company like this where Team leaders are taking ops round and seriously even if you people get cleared through all the rounds their final answers will be your rejected for no reason trust me guys its waste of spending your valuable time in this company. Nothing heard since then!The recruiters were helpful throughout the selection process, undoubtedly. However to provide an update they disappear!Whose fault is it? Definitely not mine, for I successfully cleared 7 rounds of interview and the BGC has also been successful. All I need is a joining date which I am yet to receive!During the BGC, the company has contacted my Team Lead from my previous organization and obtained a good rating.On following up twice regarding the joining date, I was told that they are onboarding batch by batch and also that the business has not yet confirmed the date.How ridiculous can this get? During the ops round interview, I was told that there is backlog and that they need people who can join immediately.. Is this the immediate requirement as told?Still hoping that I would get a joining date soon... Good luck to me 😎😆😂

Fadv was doing my background verification on behalf of Wipro. I found them very incompetent. Instead of sharing contact details of one of my UK based previous company they could not verify. They simply reported to WIPRO they could not verify this company, which I later found out that fadv didnt even try to contact them. Due to their negligence my joining date got postponed unnecessarily.

Hi Guys, is there any ethics and transparency on this interview process?.. I do not agree with that. Interview process head(goutham) is fully corrupted person. He has rejected me very silly reason.. do you want to that.. its for having experience of ONLY FEW MONTHS. And at the same. I have noticed him of taking him people more than 7+ experience. HAD QUESTIONED AND HE RAN AWAY INTO THE CABIN. As you all see bad ratings.. if you ask me its worst procedure.

They should probably mention on their website that they dont have anything to do with the rest of their offices located across the globe.. It was my worst part of attending interview here they ask what was the reason to leave the other company and if we tell because of better growth and better experience they ask irrelevant questions they only select people who have reference and there is internal politics when they take interview And a ops round is taken by team leader I have never seen a company which let team leader take ops round And they dont even tell the reason for rejection just guys please dont go there for interview....

Change first advantage in house securities as they r very arrogant and very rash ... They behave like bosses of fadv...securities are very rash to every one ... Security supervisor should take class for all fadv securities and should teach how to behave with every one ... Especially the explorer block fadv securities are top high in arrogant

Very recently i had very bad experience with this company especially hr team bcz after getting selected also just they are telling silly reasons ur application is in process even after 2months as per my knowledge its completly hr internal politics,operations manager should check and make a note of candidates who got selected for their team...I hope management will take the action in future if they make note of it..

We are clients of First Advantage and our experience has been pathetic to say the least. Everything from the company, their website, their processes are all extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend their services to anyone. LN CRRG Team Leader Sai Krishna should learn how to talk and respond to the employee and their family members..As a TL he is not supposed to start with negative point, he should always start with positive thinking with regards to any query.Management have to cross check and should take particular action if required with sai krishna what happened exactly on the above message.My request was scheduling drop after finishing employee 9hrs shift, and not to do OT on that particular day but his response was bad and it was rude moreover he stating that he didnt like my tune as if he is my dude, and he clearly stated that cant arrange drop..As per my knowledge he dont know to arrange cab or he dont have good rapo with staff.Management have to check without miss..

Walked in for an interview a few days back, very bad HR response sat at the office for two days for nearly four hours and no response hence walked out. Candidates come in with consultancy picked up their offer letter and walk off. I guess the company is giving more preference to Consultancies.

The company has gone to the dogs, they have this software known as prohans which they want the employees to be glued onto their chair and shake the mouse when they have no work to do. The management is useless and the organization is not employee friendly. The hikes as below average and the work pressure is high.
