Unprofessionals managers and interviewers, in my interview two managers are involved, there is co ordination between them, lot of politics they both will not stand on one word, time waste interview, I liked to tell bakawas people, top management has to recruit good people in their position. I dont want there names to mentioned here.

Glad to inform you that I have met the most unprofessional HR team.My scheduled interview time was 1:00 pm & I reached on time.When I enquired Reception I came to know that my contact person will come only at 4:00.At 4:30 they started collecting all the resumes. They started calling the candidates without considering their in-times. If we ask anything they only know to tell one word, that is please wait.Some of the candidates left without giving the interview. HR doesnt know the value of time & they dont have any co-ordination.I dont know how a company is running with this much worst HR team.NB:if you still want to attend the interview, then try to schedule it after 4o clock.All the best.

I worked in this company shift is good 4:00 pm to 1 am but for longer period of time its not good shift and the manager will not be satisfied with your work always. They want things to happen in their way not just making it easier. Only they should come up with ideas not the employees typical school days journey over there. You have cafeteria 24/7 and gym at evening you can use it from 8am to 7pm..

Very bad experience of interview. No proper way to handle candidates coming for interview.They took three round of interview for the post of Senior Associate, i will share my interview experience.Round 1- The person who took the interview was very good. He asked me about Fixed assets, Direct and indirect expenses, journal entry, Budgets, Techniques of Budget, IRR,AR,income tax, TDS, how to calculate income from house property,Capital gain, Cash flow statement,income statement, cost sheet. He promoted me to the next round.Round 2- The person who took the second round, he was also good. He asked me Contingent liability, examples of CL, BRS, Accrual principal, Matching principal, Accrued expenses,unearned income, prepaid expenses, given two case study and requested me how you will deal with this, cash flow statement, trail balance etc. He promoted to the next round.Round 3(Managerial round)- The person who took my interview was very bad.He show my CV and first question he asked why you want to leave your previous Job. I told him for better opportunity and explain. What he told YOU HAVE DONE SOME MISTAKES , YOU HAVE DONE SOME FRAUD WITH THE COMPANY AND CLIENT. He again show my CV and told me that I think you no nothing you are a waste. The way he was talking i decided not to work in this company, he asked three question related to provision for tax, Bad debt, two case study. Finally he told me that if any post is vacant and matching with your knowledge i will tel you wait outside. I waited for 2 HRs but there was no response from any team. Finally i went to my home.

Company doesnt allow mobile , bag , paper etc., to the floor , not even Skype , Outlook for Associate & Sr. Associate level in order to secure client data.Good company to work and enjoy , provides performance bonus every three months apart from salary but limited break time with lot of celebration, function , fun activity , team lunch , team outing in quarterly budget etc.,There is no Team leader or Advanced Team leader role , straight a way to Asst. Manager and next comes Lead Asst. Manager.

One of the worst recruiting team this company has got. Recruiter are just beating around the Bush and if you see interviews time between afternoon then i recommend you to bot visit as these will play for 2 hours and send you back home.Recruiter never come back even to say that we couldnt consider your profile.

Very bad experience of interview. No proper way to handle candidates coming for interview. HR took their jobs as granted and I think HRs are not correctly monitored with hiring managers. They schedule a interview and when we go there the receptionist calls HR and directly says you can come tommorow for interview.Make sure HR are trained or understand their responsibilities. HR have to understand a value of candidates coming for interview for which they spend time and finance. Company may loose its core values by HR behavior.

Companys Atmosphere is Awesome. But I request you not to attend any Interview with EXL. They made me wait for 3 months to tell that I am selected and after waiting for 3 months ,they asked me to wait for few days and they will call me for documentation . Again ,I had to wait for 1 month ,in this process i left another Opportunity. And finally they came back saying,the offer is on Hold. There is a HR Named PRIYA, Who will make you wait for months,never responds to your calls, even if she responds ,she will be very very rude to you as if you have applied for a maid Position at her home. Very very Unprofessional.Guys, if they say they will get back to you,please do not wait for them .Please go ahead with any other offer you have or else try searching another Job.

Went to attend walkin interview for the post of Senior Business Analyst in EXL on Dec 14th, 2019. I was not even allowed to attend the interview giving a reason that they need more experience in Tableau. Nowhere in the JD it was mentioned about tableau or SQL experience. In fact my experience is crisp and clear in my resume. I wonder who sends emails about these interviews when they have their own specifications to even send for the interview. Atleast for the sake of candidate travelling that far just for an interview, they should give a chance to attend at least one round to prove oneself. Interviewer taking technical round and rejecting is ok thing but people sending the candidates inside themselves deciding and not letting candidates to attend a single round is really unexpected. Time is valuable for everyone. Doing such things is just a time waste for both candidates as well as the interviewers. First and worst experience in EXL. Embarassing day!People sending out emails make sure whom you should send after properly reading the resumes of candidates.

Worst experience ever, I have attended interview on 12/09/2019, after waiting for 5 hours, they took 1 round and said you got selected for next round, informed me to come on next day that is 13th September. On 13/09/2109 waited for 5 hour they took 1 HR round and told me to wait, waiting for another 1 hours, they told we will let you know on Monday i.e 16/09/2019, till now no updates, I already mailed regarding status of my application, No reply. I just request if we are not selected tell us on face. Because it will help us to improve and grow. Dont give hopeless promises called we will let you know. We also wasted our time for almost 12 hour and our money too..

Staffs are really lack of professionalism. HR people runs around the floor like fish market. And horrible thing is to attend a interview in this company. I think the person who takes interview are very lack of technical knowledge. They will not even be able to understand your answer to their questions and it will end up like what they know is only and only correct in the world. They probably dont know there can be N number of ways/logic to achieve one results. But if they know only one way to achieve that then they believe that is the only way exists in the world.

Very rude and irresponsible HRs with no basic manners, treats candidates with 0 respct. They also got abusive on one of the candidates who just asked doubts. Waste of time and energy. If the HRs are changed the company will have better future is my opinion.

Im attend the interview yesterday company is good but hr doesnt have commnsence how behave to the interview candidate Im 2017 pass out she saw the my profile she didnt allow the interview and she just said to me your just scarp how she discribe me Im a scrap. Im suggest to her behave like a hr.

Calling for the interview and after two hours HR will see the resume and says you can leave for the day without taking interview.Especially Priya name HR is very arrogant and make up lady...first company needs to change the HR...

A month ago i went for interview there.Its the worst staffing company I ever went for interview. I waited from 10:30-3:30 just for one round of interview. Around 3.30 someone came and informed that it will start around 4.30. then also i waited for long and they started the process around 5 and finished around 8 PM.They dont know how to handle candidate. Too many candidates came for 1 role and they dont even prescreen candidates Pls dont ever go there. They are most unprofessional people on earth. Wasted my entire day. Worst HR team i ever met.

Very bad...Specially the two girls full of makeup with lots of attitude name reshu and Priya only decide who will appear for the interview or not...based on their sourcing of money😀😀😀... literally ridiculous ...They both are💩And Frankly speaking when you get a call from titanium consultancy just dont believe.Coz these EXL co package is Very low...and the two above mentioned dump girls will only decide according to the money they get from each sourcing.Its my humble request that receptionist or hr should be good yr..😀😀

Really horrible HR , I got selected thrt informed that day only when I attended tgt interview and asked me to come for dec verification after that day.. but when I went for verification , she directly asked me to join and come to work immediately with out giving me the offer letter and the net salary is only 12 k for account executive position, horrible!!

Worst place with no ethics, they just keep you waiting for ever and ever, there will be a security guy sitting at the reception desk and treats ppl as of we come here for begging. Minimum wait time for 1st round is 3 hours at least!
