Worst Experience with the organization. My team leader was the reason for my resignation after a month joining the team. When my family had a medical emergency and i checked her for a leave that too LOP she behaved badly.She always needed to extend the day and expected me to work so the very first day. It was half working day every saturday and seems almost like a full day. Many more to say. First organization in my professional life treated me worst.Very unprofessional behavior. There were few good peoples in management team.

Waste consultancy salary and FNF not giving properly.. while resignation before probation period need to pay 2 months salary for penalty totally waste worst and dabba consultancy

It was a nice experience working with DynPro for 2 plus year... I worked with Kalpita, Chandu (HRs) they were good and supportive. But some times they wont respond properly, if I want to clear some small queries and requests. Debasree Das HR she was really much supportive when ever I contacted on time.Got salary on time and required documents, like payslips and form 16 and etc..

They are really good enough to listen you and take the decision on immediate basis.Cons:All the organisations have negative reviews. So just think of you and go-ahead with this org.There may be few wrong people they would have made you treat/feel you bad.We cant blindly say the company is wrong.Pros:They dont force you on any targets for monthly or daily anything.They will give you the freedom as per your capabilities. If you are smart in your work and in office then you will get the max benefits everywhere you go.Now the MG Road office has shifted to 3rd floor in same The estate building. It looks very awesome.

I have worked in Dynpro 2 plus year...Initial stage I didnt get good support from HR. I used to call minimum 10 time, if want to clear some small doubt. After Sahana joined as a HR, I am getting good support from her. She only process my Full and Final Settlement, relieving letter and all, Since I was not in Bangalore. It was good help from her. Even I am unable to recollect other HR name as well. But Still I remember her name.

Have worked in Dynpro for 5+ years, it was amazing experience i can say. its really Good Inc with good clients, Management is very helpful and supportive. i have started here as Trainee and got chance to work with different teams and learned so many things.Pros:They have good product and service based clients, into outsourcing and ODC.They do have internal projects in ERP, ML, AI, Business Intelligence, RPA. Im in a part of SAP Team working for FMCG client.Office Environment & people are very good.Cons:As like every company has cons, sometimes delay in salary, delay in response from HR Team on any HR Related queries. but not that worst i can say.Advice to Management:It will be great if there is an dedicated support person for HR Help. who can gives the first level of support to the employees who call to the HR Department.

Is a big consultancy firm & having some very big clients no doubt about it. But sad to say one of the worst environment u will ever work. My friend joined there just because of the clients they have, but they treated him as a school student. Where ever you go work pressure will be there, but if you want environmental pressure you can join here. If you smile or speak with your colleague then you have to explain your TL, Manager & HR for that. If you ask any normal think like net is not connecting or candidate is waiting for interview anything like this also you cant ask your colleague. if they come to know you will be in the place of explaining to your TL. These things happen especially in SA 2 team of this company. The TL (Sudhasri) of this team treat you like a school kid. If you are not accepting what ever she is telling then you will be reported into head office. She tells you to work smart, but my friends 6 months experience, the guys whom she told they are smart, just thrown out of the company by her & management. Because they have questioned her on treating them like school student. Many of the employees working there just for money. leaving the company also difficult as they make you cry before you leave. Am not blaming the complete company but my friend experience with this particular team is worse. If the TL change her mentality on handling the team she can see more success as her team members will deliver in time. Please think your team members as like you & give them some space to speak & smile. (this one for TL) Dont behave like you know everything & they are bad.I can tell so many things like this but this is enough i think so. Again am saying, am not blaming the full company as bad.. every one has negative & positive but this particular SA 2 team led by sudha s worst one.. Being a temlead myself i have never behaved like this with my team..i always pity for my friend & other guys who are working under her :-(

Please dont even think of attending the interview. They select you make you wait in office on your joining date. Again they send you home saying some miscommunication later again they make you wait for a week and then tell that your position is on hold. Just like that you have to keep on waiting. So unprofessional and irresponsible HRs in that company.

One of the worst company to work for ever. they made me resign one the largest MNC after extending me an offer which was suitable to me according to my needs that time as I was working in night shift then and badly wanted to shift.They never provided me even an offer letter and I being in dire need of day shift job that time trusted them and resigned from my previous company. Surprisingly when I asked them about my offer letter on DOJ and followed up 2-3 times they asked me to Resign! stating I am doing union-giri in their company and displayed a very rude and unprofessional behaviour. It seemed within just 2 days itself they got to know about my potential and calibre indeed! I dont know whether they just wanted a labour to work for them an without any documentation (several other employees too were working there without any offer letter ) they were so scared to release the offer letter and gave me a reason that I might abscond after taking their offer letter. As If someone had to abscond why the would they even join their company in the first place. Ms.Shefali is the person along with the so-called Director of the company Mr. Sanjay Gupta plays such tricks with new joinees and freshers. After I joined I even got to know people are eligible for just 0.5 days Annual Leaves in a month and that 6 leaves in a year is also something they arent allowed to avail, horrible! isnt it? labour Exploitation that is what it is termed to be. however, today just felt like writing review for them so that I can warn atleast a few people who might have a thought of joining this company .
