Business Fundamental is big time cheater, fraudster, fraud company, Menaka Sulladmath the owner of company duped for 1 Lakh, Never work with company.

I have been working with business fundamental from past 1.5 yrs..its a nice company to work with many challenging opportunities..I would say this is a great company to work for if you are a dedicated and a hard working person.you are given lot of exposure to build your career. Excellent training and support is given by the managers.please do not get carried by the negative reviews written, its all been written by the non performers or the employees who ran away without even performing their responsibility.

As fresher I have joined in this company .....i left my job after 40 days.. I have attended 33 working days in Business Fundamentals...I dint found any Positive engery with the management ...the management is so busy to abuse the employees all the time ,very nech requirements ,hell I am out of this ,hope they view this and at least from now the the organization may change and spread positivity to grow up 👍.........Dont WASTE YOUR TIME @BUSINESS FUNDAMENTALS CONSULTING PVT. LTD🤫

Dont join in this company and loose your effort, time and money , they wont pay you properly, they dont know how to treat employees , they dont have money to buy naukri access even, they will force you to get profiles from your own linkedin account and blame you that you are not getting profiles,they dont have money to repair a tap in the washroom even, then its foolishness to expect salary from them.

Waste of time considering the company for any position... people in the company dont know the vacant positions. The work time is 9am - 7:30 pm i.e. 10.5 hrs. I hope labour law should take action against these kind of companies where they keep work timing as per their convenience. Also, i feel sorry for the employees currently working with the company.... very bad experience

Worst company I have ever seen. The CEO is everything n MD also follows his words only. CEO wil call u to join the company and on the very same day when u ll go to join, he ll tell u that they r not holding that position anymore. Just wastage of time in three rounds of interview n in preparation of all documents from previous company. Suggestion is not to waste time on trying in this company..

I am working here from past 2 years, its a wonderful place to work.

This company does not pay to its employees, vendors, suppliers, professional,trainers and consultant. Many people got affected. Hence take advance payment before doing business with them.

There are good opportunities for growth should you decide to pursue them.
