Good ambience, clean environment, COVID protocol followed.Food and service very good. Recommended.
Good food , good ambience , and good hosts! The buffet menu needs to be a lil bigger esp, starter section
A cosy restaurant for a relaxed meal with your family and friends. We recently visited for dinner and the staff was very cordial and helpful. Due to covid19 not many hotels are serving buffet. However, Fairfield by Marriott at Whitefield is one place which still serves a limited buffet which is sufficient for a hearty meal. The welcome drink, the starters and main course dishes were excellent. The mutton curry along with rotis make a great combination. The chicken dishes were fine. Fish was also on the menu. The desserts consisted of malpua, rice kheer and chocolate cake. Water gets served in small bottles. Overall the ambience makes up for the less than prompt service. The main course took a while and the chef was kind to make a chicken biryani on request.
Sumptuous services & excellent food and vice versa, fud & fun (pun) intended.Good services by Chris, Kapil & Chefs Aman & Kaushik,,,, also Shilajit & Manish, lead by Mr. Ebenezer
KavaLocated in the midst of Software companies around, Kava by Fairfield Marriott is a pretty nice place to drop by for Sunday brunch... Not so heavily priced with too many options. They got decent prices for the brunch with a good deal of food options to choose fromSpread across next to the entrance, with seating around 50+ Kava space is spread with minimalistic yet nice decor...Started my meal with the welcome drink that is made by mixing Guava juice + Vanilla ice cream. Thanks to the staff who is present at the chaat counter, made a nice plate for us along with a bombay sandwich...Their chicken tikka spicy version is to die for...Filled my plate multiple times... One of the best I had in recent times. chicken is juicy & full of flavors... Loved it to the core... Paneer Tikka is nice with cashew on top..not to miss their Rava fish fry...To Mains, Paneer makhana curry is very good during my brunch along with kadhi pakora... Biryanis are well done esp the chicken version...Loved the fact they have desserts section ranging from Indian sweets to homemade pastry cakes.. appreciate the way the cut fruits are presented...
The buffet here is pathetic. No variety at all. Also taste was ok.Starters and salads were ok, thai fish was too salty.Main course was ok too. No flavor at all.Desserts had only 2-3 pastries and moong dal halwa which again lacked flavor. No ice creams was also a disappointment.Did not enjoy at all. And also we were surprised to see that there was no one there except us and now we know why.
Booked the room with Breakfast and dinner! They serve the buffet dinner in Kava kitchen and bar, food was ok only, Like the goans barbeque chicken and fish carameriBreakfast is normal only, they dont have anything in chicken for Breakfast, you can try the freshly made dosa and channa poori.
A nice decent place.... would love it more if more a-la-carte options increaseThat would be great
Its an okay okay place with regards to food. But the staff is really is good. We were late from tye booking time but they still offered the slot when we went. With regards to food starters are limited to two. In the main course the dahi bhindi was very tasty. A welcome drink is served and remaining is buffet. In desert they have pastry, rassagulla, bundi does not seem to be interesting at all. And in main course we get one panner sabji, one dry and dal along with two types of rice one is some rice with rasins and one is plain.
Been here almost every week, the bar and the food is amazing!
The is not Marriott. Dont be mislead by the name. Its a standalone building. The food that we ordered was not properly cooked. On request, they took another 20mins to cook it properly. During checkout, they created this whole ruckus around payment and confusion on the payment mode. The manager was obviously unprofessional which led to all this confusion in first place. Not recommended.
Liked the chicken sausages and sauteed vegetables. The buffet had bread, jam, butter, bacon and eggs and even South Indian breakfast like idli, vada, dosa etc
The place for buffet is very bad. The service also is not up to the mark. Came here to meet friends after a long time, which was ruined by horrible experience. The buffet spread is like a 3star hotel. Please dont come here for buffet
One of my favourite restaurant in Bangalore.
Ambiance should be improved. It looks like any ordinary restaurant.
Place is small but maintained. Food was average, dont justify the name Marriott. Service was good. I didnt find much options in buffet. Its located on the main road but hard to find as it doesnt like like a Marriott hotel. There are much better options in Whitefield and this place can be avoided.
Try local restaurants..no variety of food do not opt for Buffet..its waste if money and time. Least in my exp of Marriott restaurant
Limited menu but nice, the best part is the grilled fish
It is called a kitchen, so dont expect ambience. The place is simple and quiet. Almost no music, so good for those who prefer quiet places.Quality of food is good. Especially for those who prefer low spices. Fixed buffet menu with limited variety.I availed a 50% discount voucher from dineout, but otherwise the food is expensive without any discounts. Especially because of the limited variety. Will I visit again? Yes I will if I get the same discount.
Good food
This place is cool and good for get together
Loved the setup, ambience and the food. The buffet though not a maha buffet but has considerable options in both veg & non veg menus.Appetizer, main course, desert had equally good options to try from. Definitely to recommend n repeat.
Please dont visit this place at all and especially for buffet. Spread is less, and I can write 2 page essay on their poor food quality. They managed to lower the quality in everything - starters, main course , dessert , rotis , rice, ambience, quality of service. I am still shocked on how can someone mess up simple desserts like Mysore pak. Later we realized that to cut cost, they have put stale ingredients.Drinking water was pathetic, they must have used tap water for preparing food and hence the taste sucks. Cannot trust the ingredients they used for cooking. When we walked out felt like this is a fraudster restaurant and need to stay away from Fairfield brand.
Okayish place. Nothing outstanding about it. The desserts are bad. Veg curries taste the same for all.
Good food if price and category of hotel is concerned. Otherwise you would get better food outside. Staffs are well behaved and has good sense of courtesy.
Been there for lunch today. Staff received well and food is also good. Nice place
Staff is really good...However food needs a lot improvements...Deserts r totally broken....We couldnt eat a single piece of sweets
Good food
Five star alone for the hospitality. Buffet spread was less, yet all the dishes were really good. Ambience is excellent.
Not all that gr8 , but gud customer service , food is ok ok but not spacious at all ,kind of conjusted not for any family functions
Regretted Booking This Place for A Saturday Lunch.Options Were Less Especially Vegetarian Options ,Literally No Good Vegetarian Starter.Ambience Was Messy,Unclean,Unorganised Buffet,Food Was Not Hot .Not Worth The Money & The Name (Marriot) .I had Tried the Kawa in Rajajinagar Fairfield Marriot & That was a much better experience .
Good food and service.. got good deal through dineout..
Service is very good specially Anjalis role is fantastic but food quality needs some improvement.
Theyre best with non veg starters and a cool ambience for any corporate. Happy with the service and food..
Food is good and tasty, but lacks in variety relative to charges.Basic items like dal,ice cream was missing.Recommend to increase variety in buffet
Functional, no frills, food. Fast service. Staff eager to help.
Food is tasty...not much spicy...ambience is okay... number of items are limited but will satisfy you.
Extremely few options (even for a non vegiterian).... Except for the garlic naan and gulab jamuns... Everything else was mediocre for the overpriced buffet. (So glad I used dineout to book and got 50 percent off on the bill or else the lunch would have pinched a lot and ruined the mood further)
White field kava required more ..upgrade in food .. buffet need to be improved
2 star only for the ambiance. Please dont even think of having buffet in this place. Food is pathetic and not worth to try.
An amazing place for a family meal. We visited with our 8 month old who is being weaned and we are teaching him self feeding. He feeds himself but also drops a lot of food on the floor. The staff didnt bat an eyelid at the huge mess that was created. They were super friendly and really warm. The food was amazing too. Husband and I loved the beet root halwa. My 6 year old son also liked their papdi chat station that required mixing your chaat ingredients on your own. We had a really great time today after ages. Thanks for your hospitality and amazing food Kava!
Good staff. Great service. Food was very average though.
Limited varieties in buffet. Desserts were not tasty. No varieties in starters. Food was below average. Ambiance was good.
Good buffet but items were less. You may book via Dineout to get 50% discount
First of all it has very less opti ok ns in buffet, and most of them tasted bad. Not an option to be considered. The ambience is good though.
The moment you step into the tasteless interiors youll get a fair idea of the food that awaits you.Two starters apiece both in veg, and non-veg, and bland food in the main course which would give Oriental cuisine a run for its money.Im heavily biased towards the quality of desserts in a buffet, and the brilliant menu here consisted of rice kheer, pastry, and burfi(hello, Whitefield already has Kesar, Kartiks, and a newly opened Anand sweets).Must try... Pasta, complimentary litchi mocktail, and freshly cut pineapples.Skip everything else.Oh, theres a chat counter too, which you need to prepare on your own, but that can be done only if you manage to locate it.By the way, the air conditioner is switched off sharp at 3.
They have very limited dishes in buffet and whatever is there that is also taste less.Over all experience was very bad.
The food is average , not a lot of place for parking. The fnb staff is very courteous , cant say the same for the security
Excellent food and Great service
Very tasty food.. Good customer service.
Its wonderful
Visit only if you dont have a choice
Nice spread and tasty food. The place was not stratgically located.
Worst food, never ever go there. Name is big but food is worst
Food was ok. Limited options but taste was good
The Buffet spread could have been better for the price they charge.
The options are quite limited. Dessert are good.

Average food, went for a lunch buffet. Not worth the money.
Great food with excellent service
Ok for one time visit. Food options were limited and not that great. I booked a table for 2 pm and lunch buffet closes at 3. I was not told about this when I was booking the table.
Food is okok... Not that great.
Not great for its price. Buffet doesnt contains many starters.
It was a good experience and the restuarent is inside Marriott
Good ambience and delicious food
1. Staff is not very responsive. 2. Food is kind of ok
No variety in buffet... Just one stauter
Too much costly, only for foreigners....not for indians...
Food was not the great. No varieties
The food is not spicy very less variety, doesnt feel like Marriott
Its a beautiful place and a Marriott Experience
More variety in buffet would be better
