But on top juice and ice cream menus are un forgettable one. Mainly pineapple boat with selected icecream. A must try one. This outlet is best for midnight food till 3. Much visited place.

I dont know what happened to them. Mostly we order through swiggy. We enjoyed the food a lot.. this time I viewed the hotel and to much of eager to taste it. First waiters are not synced like missing orders, to much of time to get dishes. Second food taste, little poor in taste than expected. Third line soda, it taste like lime juice tumbler washed water. Fort for check also needs to wait half an hour. Why tools this much of time even though not peak hour, less customer and the last three one in the receptionist swiped the card and put the bill and card near by him and went for next work. The near by waiter took the card and return it to me. So disappoint a lot. I feel some of them near by also feel the same. And one more they refused to give mayonnaise for grill chicken.. feels to bad for that. I hope next time they may serve better...

Go-to dish on the menu - Butter chicken with Ghee rice. Even Shawarma, chicken sandwich by tasty bites are quite good including their juices, beverages. They serve finger bowl with lemon 🍋 which is a great hygienic practice.

Ghee rice, coin paratha and paneer butter masala are all time favorites. Ghee rice is my comfort food.Nothing different than the other empire menus but this restaurant is so much cleaner compared to others. You can actually use the hand wash without puking at the smell unlike some empire branches 😣😐

Earlier empire was one of the best restaurants in Bangalore . Now the service has become beyond pathetic. Waiters dont care until we call them atleast 3-4 times to take the order. They dont answer to half the questions are not in sync with each other. Instead of taking orders and attending to customers they are found talking among themselves. And half food on the menu wont be available. Really disappointed

When I was in Bangalore, every month used to have buffet with my friends at Empire Restaurant.One more thing Shawarma is my most favorite and its very tasty one, they have home delivery. Wasnt the same Empire.. and wasnt that great..Chilly kabab was not fresh.. Had to send it back and cancel it..Apart from this they really maintained hygiene..And all the waiters maintainer social distance and they used gloves, face shield and masks..May be when I went it wasnt good.. need to visit again and check out the taste..

Been there tried many times. Their tawa shawarma is unique. Alfam chicken is good. But at times the meat was half cooked. Overall not bad but bit pricey. There are no parking space that you can see. You may have to park your vehicle on the road side if you wanna take away or grab a quick bite.

We bought chicken rolls today from this restaurant and the roll sheet they used for stuffing was spoiled or expired. This is second time we experienced before another dish same happened. Not at all recommended this hotel.

Ordered grilled chicken, addon kubbus and Mayo we placed, Add ons were charged and was missing... Plain briyani rice is charged 139 and its just plain basmati rice... You cannot call it biriyani rice. I ordered food through swiggy... I have tried different dishes recently, overall very bad experience..

Empire is one of those gold old restaurant chains. Their grill chicken is still one of the best in Bangalore. Chicken biryani is also good. Earlier it used to open till quite late. If they could do that now, it would be better. Their radio is bit too loud. Staff can be more courteous

You should avoid to visit HSR branch as they served me not well cooked food on my table. If anybody planning to visit Empire restaurant then Its better to visit Kormangala or MG road branch as they served well cooked food with proper ingredients.

This was one hell-of-a-combination. Ghee rice, Dal Tadka and Chicken Kalmi Kabab. Also one of the best Dal Tadka ive had so far in Bangalore. Place is very good for family dinner. Good options on starter, they have a display of all them on their entry so you can take a look at the dish and then order (very few restaurants does it, which I think is good so theres no surprise).Edit: Im re-rating my review from 4 to 2 because of their changed food style. I dont think Im going back here. Everything has gotten little spicier and less Indian style which I loved.

A bit disappointed with this place, as I went there with high hopes.It was hard to find positivies at this place as soon as we entered it. The AC was not almost not working, and we were starting to sweat. The first waiter who came to us was completely uninterested. He was looking like he wants to get out of the place asap. Chicken was a bit spicy, but the spiciness is what that made it tasty.The irony of the whole thing is that I noticed a note on the table just when I was about to leave. The note read something like Did you receive a warm welcome from our staff from arrival?. HSR Layout Empire restaurant has many things to offer. Though they have a wide variety, but they are unable to keep up the quality both in terms of service as well as food they serve. There were a lot of people, including me who ordered shawarma but were instead served with tawa shawarma. This continued despite bringing the matter to their knowledge. The construction work at the junction further worsens the experience. This place which once used to be a good place for street snacks too, has no charm left.However the pricing of the food is reasonable. Initially it was really wonderful in every aspect I could think of but lately due to the service at the dessert and beverage section outside the charm has been lost. For the same dessert product for example “chocolate fudge”, they charge different price each time and when you ask for a bill, there is always an excuse and the quantity keeps differing every time. When you order online the price is again different compared to buying from the venue. This is brining up lots of confusion as to if you should try here again though the taste and quality is good.

One of the few places in HSR layout that stays open so late at night! I visited at around 2 am in the morning, so as such, is a savior.However, the food quality is nothing special.. mediocre at best. Service is worse. Perhaps a downside of staying up so late ?

Its a great late night eats there. We had Jumbo Chikken Kabab, Coin porotta, Fried Chicken pieces and an Arabian Pulpy Grapes Juice. This place is opened till 2 am. For the night travelers, and for the crazy people who wants to have a city night life can easily access here and eat stomach-full. For me, it was a weird crazy friend who dragged me there. But I enjoyed and loved it. This place is reasonable.

Worst service ever. Staffs who take orders are stuck in their mobile devices...at least looking at the customer while taking order is a waiters basic work and a courtesy for people in hospitality industry.Most of the times most items on menu are unavailable. And this is never informed to the customer before or while placing an order.The order Always takes forever and it is a struggle to catch staffs to inform and have it looked into.However, I dont have nothing bad to say about the food.I just wish these things are worked upon.

Well the only place which serves past 10pm in Bangalore, so you will have to eat what is available. They have increased the prices slightly and tried to split the cost into 3 sections (Qtr, half, full) best value for money is to visit with a group of 4 and order full and you can eat till you drop.Quantity is good even in Qrt which is said to serve 1 but 2 can easily eat it when you order multiple dishes. The only reason Im rating this restaurant 3 star is because you are at the mercy of chef on dish availability.

We have ordered Veg & Non-Veg Noodles and chicken 65. That was a worst food I ever had. The staff is not ready explain anything also they do not interacting to customers properly. Please dont have chicken dishes from here. In noodles vegetables wasnt cook properly. I dont know why this restaurant is like this.

The worst shawarma I ever tasted. That too after waited for 40 minutes. I dont know whether this was my misfortune or generally it is like this here. I ordered two jumbo shawarma roll at 11.50 pm, I got it exactly at 12.30 am. It was so crowdy and they were ran out of the chicken. They boiled the next set of the pieces in hurry burry and made the shawarma. Chicken was half cooked. I took the 1st bite puked two times. I throw it in the dust bin and came back. Overall ambience and atmosphere was good. Nice place to have dinner with friends and family. There were a decent crowd, gave an impression of would get tasty food. May be I was unlucky on that day.
