Veg restaurant:Pros:1. The idlis n vadas are really good.. specially if you are a vada fan.2. All kinds of dosas are available.3. Everyday two different rice baths are available for INR45.4. LUNCH: NORTH INDIAN MEALS, North Indian special meals is also available.5. Tandoori rotis, naans are jus too good to avoid.6. My fav: Gobi biryani is awesome.. little too much on calorie side.. but its so mouth full:)Tea, coffee also available here.Cons: not a Con con.. but coz of its popularity and the only one Sagar in the ITPL premises.. peak times people come in abundance and hence way too crowded... N have to wait a little longer for North Indian ITEMS.Overall a very good restaurant with consistency.

This restaurant is best for breakfast and evening snacks. Lunch is decent, but for lunch you have many options. When it comes to good quality South Indian breakfast, shiv sagar is the bestThe evening snacks are also nice. The USP of this place is the VFM food items, temperature of the food, taste of breakfast and speed of service.

Over priced, always loot 1rs extra, less qty of food for the money.

Best for Vegetarians work in ITPL with lots of verities. Though here are few more pure vegetarian hotels with more reasonable price and taste outside of ITPL minus thing there is lack of more verities.

Nice ambience.. Tasty food.. Faster service.. Very neatly maintained. Especially Roti Curry, Rice bath and Special north Indian meal. Good number of options. Very reasonable rates especially n a place like ITPL. Oly thing I didnt like was bhaji. It was fried too much. Very oily. Chutney quality was also not so good.

Too costly. i ordered Chola Batura which is displayed in menu as 181, but the person at the counter was adamant that I need to pay 190 rupees. Chola was too tangy, no proper taste, batura was not hot. Totally waste of money!

I dont want to show my attitude by not giving 5 stars..... I feel this restaurant is nice...with variety of veg options..(not for non veg) , chat options, south Indian meals and north Indian meals....etc....I love the rava masala dosa of Shiv sagar.Do try, if you are in ITPL.

Its all business..food preparation to serving everything is a business, and thanx to that food taste like how a business done..No flavor, no taste, and personally unless I am starving and there is no other place to go..I will go only then. :)

The food is okay, nothing great sort of. Im having my breakfast or lunch most of the time here, hence Im giving 3 stars since I dont have another option inside the food court.

Okayish food. A bit expensive considering people use it as an office canteen.

Place is mainly for the office goers. Its inside the ITPL building. Very average food with pathetic hygience and service.
