One of the oldest local eateries in Yelahanka Old town, this restaurant is known for its signature GRAVY!!!!!!Started approximately 75 years ago, this hotel caters delicious food with home made touch. You wont feel heavy after a sumptuous meal and they use good ingredients for the delicacy .You get all types of mutton curry, organ meats and chicken curry to accompany staple food - Chapati & Rice. Biryani is available as well. This is not a fancy restaurant, but has limited menu. Ambience is not great as it is in retro style.Rest assured,You will want to come back second and subsequent times once you visit the place.
Good place for break fst and lunch. They server Kaal soup and neer dose which is bery tasty. Getting seat is very difficult on Sundays. They serve Chicken Fry, Neer dose, kaal soup, idly for breakfast. In lunch they surve most of chicken and mutton varieties.Try to visit as early as possible. Its a small hotel which can occupy hardly 20 to 25 people. So you will have to wait for seating if its fully occupied.Prices are avg not so expensive as well. You have to try here at least once. For family it is not recommended but you can take away the food and chill out at home..Hope this helps. 👍Cheers
Recently visited... was waiting to have biryani over here... had hurd about it.... unfortunately they said they dont make biryani on Saturday... please dont try any other dishes mutton kheema was more or less like a veg ball (more of hittu) liver fry had some bad smell... chapathi was good though....
Worth a one time visit and service is good with limited seating capacity. Didnt like the way biriyani is served or presented. Would suggest to order biriyani rice rather than whole biriyani and order more side dishes. Biriyani is not oily chicken dishes are average and mutton dishes are good. Disappointed with the billing section as the menu price gets changed from person to person.
Best for leg-soup.... Neer dose n thatte idlis in Yelahanka old town.
A unic spicy masala biriyani too teasty
Best mutton Biryani, chops in Bangalore
Very good taste years of reputation dont miss when u visit yelanka
I like mutton biryani here, mild flavour and quantity and quality both are good, 40 years hotel in yelhanka old town, mutton biriyani must try👍👍
This is one of the oldest military hotel kinda place serving some delicious food. Have been hearing it from a long time but got time to savor it last weekend. They serve only 4 dishes in the morning1. Leg soup (double leg)2. Thatte idli3. Chicken fry4. Neer doseAll 4 are must try ones if u ask me. The taste was just sooo good that u couldnt stop for one.Would like to inform few things as wellCash and digital payments (upi, gpay, phonepe, Paytm) are allowed.Plain soup is not served here whic means u need to take it along with the leg itselfCost: leg soup - 200 ₹, idli/neer dose - 30 ₹
Nice food like a home made
Nice place will get good chicken fry ..mutton Biryani..
Paya soup was nice... Very good quantity.. And price is also very high.
Love this hotel .. because food quality and quantity both also is good
Not up to the mark
Spicy, limited variety and expensive for the ambiance. If you are OK with spicy food then its OK trying once
Authentic maratha style food.. Recommend kheema masala and mutton chops..
One of the best military hotel for non veg lovers in Yelahanka old town
