We ordered Radhaballavi, alur dum, and veg thali (rice, 2 luchi, sukto, phulkofi alur dalna or cauliflower potato curry in garam masala, muger dal or yellow moong dal, jhuri alu bhaja, papad and aam er chatni). The food was good all in all. I will visit again as the taste is pretty similar to authentic food even though there are little changes here and there. But the essence is there. I would love to rate 5 stars when it tastes more authentic.

Located in HSR. The restaurant is quite small in size with minimal decor. Bengali cuisine. Food is excellent. Staff is very good. Dine-in option is open. Currently mostly take aways and deliveries are happening.

Ordered the combo of bengali pulao, chicken kosha and fish cutlet, luchi alur dum and jhuri aalo bhaja. I loved the jhuri aaloo bhaja😍😍Pulao is good and chicken also tasted awesome but a lil bit oily. Luchi was soft .. But the potatoes in the alur dum were not boiled properly, other thn that Overall good experience! 😃

Terrible food. Had ordered luchi and mutton for takeaway and got decomposed mutton. It stank so bad i took a few bites of the luchi with the gravy and was sick the entire night vimiting and had bad stomach update the next day. Never going back.

A hidden gem among big restaurants in the area. They serve authentic Bengali food. The food tastes outstanding. I had the Nan Puri combo with chicken. The food quantity was sufficient for one meal. Service was great and the staff was really helpful. Would definitely visit this place again and would recommend to people.Also my friends loved the place.

The biriyani is not even closer to Kolkata biriyani. Used low quality rice and the portion size is not enough even for a small kid. Waste of money and waste of food.

Tastewise good and availability-wise not so good. Though it is mentioned in their menu that biryani is only available in weekends. They couldnt provide the same when asked(on Saturday itself). As you start ordering you will see whole menu to be squeezed in 2/3 options for starters and same for main course also.Now the good point is, the food had authentic bengali taste- and thats what I was looking for. Mutton kosha reminded me of my home food. Maybe from chicken biryani my expectation was bit higher but taste was good-I think.

The Biriyani was simply exemplary. The quantity was nice along with 2 large pieces chickens, aloo and dim sheddo. The food was not oily and was served with Raita. Will definitely recommended chicken biriyani here.

Unprofessional manager and not ok food”Khai Khai doesn’t deliver to my place so I placed food pick up request from Zomato and delivery request through Dunzo. And I understand that I made a mistake when I received a call from Khai Khai’s manager, but Khai Khai’s manager was literally shouting over the call and when I told that man please lower down your voice, the way you are speaking is very offending and disrespectful. His answer was “I speak like this”.I was just trying to figure out a way to sort out the situation however Khai Khai’s manager was very rude!!!Now, talking about food, they failed to give mustard sauce with fish cutlet and green chutney with chicken cutlet. Chicken Kosha had too much of salt!!!My first and last order. I strongly not recommend this place.

The food was not so good. They call it chicken kosha, but it was like chicken curry. Moreover while doing the payment, they dont even accept cards, because of which I had to find an atm again to pay them. To which he gave me the change and intentionally gave me torn currency notes.
