Masala dosa was very crispy, badam halwa was great, Jamon was good and over atmosphere was great with waiting time.

Superb food, and surprisingly, the staff has transformed into a more customer-friendly lot. They used to have a damn care approach earlier, but was pleasantly surprised now!

Post Covid Quality has come down on service as well as on Food Products !Couple of times, the ordered products were missing in takeaway !This time there wasnt Chutney and Sambar for the 2 Masala Dosas I took on takeaway !The Copra used in Mixture were spoilt !Even though they have Fresh Mysore Paak, they give old ones in takeaway !Mr. Sooryanarayana should attend to these issues and warn the staff to be more diligent and HONEST IN SERVICE !!!

Ive been staying in this hotel when i come to Bangalore for the past 3 decades........great food ( the masala dos is a favorite).The main thing is that it is a safe family hotel in the center of town.

Mediocre food, not many options to choose. I cannot think of one good thing about this hotel except theres parking space for customers. They dont accept any form of digital payments. This hotel is like a politician ( over hype nad no substance) its overpriced as well. Another point to note is the amount of waste generated per person can be reduced( they serve small plastic bottles and plastic cups for beverages).
