Rooms were neat and clean. Good hospitality with friendly staffs. They arr readily available for any call. I have tried a mushroom starter which is absolutely delightful. The taste and crispiness is simply amazing. A must try item and I wish to try more items in future.

This place was a surprise find for me. Never knew that this place existed until yesterday! Very friendly staff. Tasty habbada oota. It was quite an elaborate meal. Choice of two soups. Kosambari. Palm sized masala Dosa. Chapati/kootu. Two types of palya. Sandige. Choice of two holiges. Rice sambar/rasam. Curd rice. Ice cream. Oh I forgot...chitranna and pulao. All this for 190/ a head!Delicious, neatly served. Everytime you feel like an elaborate festive lunch... This is where you should go!

Good location close to metro and bus stops. I was given a room near the lift / stairs, so pretty noisy all through day. The bathroom was too tiny even to turn around for me. Ill recommend folks to take the breakfast option, good variety for the price (35 ₹ more). The service at the restaurant was bad. Waiters and managers were busy gossiping or on their phones, you have to sing and do a clown dance to get their attention even though they are free

Food is good but service and hospitality is really bad. They denied finger bowls to clean hands and the restroom is worse than the one in bus stand.

Lunch thali which is Rs 150 is a five course meal which is served on banana leaf, if you are looking for best south indian food then this is the hotel.Safe and confortable beds. Room was sufficient for two adults + two kids family. Staffs were courteous. Attached restaurant seems to be popular in locals and it served authentic Kannadian food. The food was good. The restaurant was crowded during lunch and dinner. Car parking can accommodate three cars, difficult to get parking during lunch and dinner time as it would be occupied for restaurant guests.

Very poor service. The captain one by name Roshan was arrogant and refused to give spoon for soup which unlike other hotels is served in coffee glass tumbler. Not a family joint. There are better, well served restaurants around. The location is also very average with no parking space for 4 wheelers. Not worth a visit.

Superb food...drooling...lip smacking!!!! Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Bangalore! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the standard AC room from Economy room. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.The second day we did a village trekking which was guided by Raj, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking.Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

I have been staying here for some time. This time stayed with my family for more than a week. Great place to stay if you love Basavanagudi area. Even otherwise staff are helpful, excellent & complimentary breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Worth every penny, have already made my next booking!!!

I would rate it 3.5.The taste of food was okay. Cleanliness needs to improve. The table mats were not clean and was oily. And because of the crowd it was chaos. I have had food in other branches of UD found the others were better than this.

Food is awesome, no doubt. The employees are totally manner less. They intrude into your room without your permission when you go out. Even if valuables go missing, they will simply apologize. Thats all.

Good place for office get togethers. Can accommodate lot many people. Best is the Bharjari Oota. Amongst North Indian dishes Kaju Masala along with Tandoor Roti is a good combination. Chilli Baby corn is a good starter. Recommended place for Vegetarians! Neat clean. Prompt service.

Room is air-conditioned and bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is a standard Indian bathroom with a western style toilet. Complimentary breakfast is great. WiFi is basically useless. The biggest problem was there were a lot of fit and finish issues, like the bathroom door not closing, the door chain being broken, etc.

This place was booked through Makemytrip. The check-in process was very smooth. The in house restaurant had the speciality Bharjari Oota. The dinner was awesome. The rooms were very clean and neatly maintained. Ambience was also equally good. The morning complimentary breakfast was pretty nice. Overall, a very worthy hotel and is easily accessible. If you are travelling by a car, parking is available in the front of hotel. The restaurant is very crowded in the evening for its famous Bharjari Oota. Do try it.

Tatte idlies and crispy Vada, and very soft set or sponge dosa with chutney and samber are must to taste ,also bisibelebath. Also other items are good.Rates also not so high. But I think they can manage little more hygiene.

It is situated in a small side street next NTT Data, what used to be Shanti Talkies in the past. Parking is a problem!

After a tiresome journey , when I reached the hotel I wanted to drop dead tired. First I was given a room in the second floor and the whole floor was smelling unpleasantly. The person who came with me to show the room himself volunteered to move me to the first floor. The first floor room was a nightmare. Some construction was going above and probably kitchen covered two sides of the room. It felt as if I was sleeping amidst a construction site and a railway platform put together. Unpleasant stay.

Bogus hotel # no proper food for outsiders

The rooms are good and very luxurious and the food is also nice. But i would not recommend staying at first floor because it is on top of the kitchen and cant sleep at night because of the noise.

Service was fast and good considering the crowd.. we ordered desert thrice after billing but they obliged without grumbling.. soups were just OK.. starters were good both in quality and quantity -finger chips, masala paid, planner Manchurian and Spanish Manchurian.. main course -veg kadai and paneer Peshawari- was not so good in terms of hotness-both were sweet and not a note of hotness-we wanted a hot dish but we were served sweet based only, including palak rice which was supposed to be hot turned out bland and tasteless curd rice was also so-so.
