Ambience here is good and the good is tasty. We had pasta, Oreo milkshake and potato wedges - everything tasted good. Staff is friendly and service was good.

The place is at church street, a very few restaurants where you can do your breakfast before 10 am at church street. Go for a English breakfast and coffee. Pocket pinch is on the higher side, but the decoration, presentation and well maintained hygiene will reduce your pain (pocket pinch pain!!). Suggestion, sit outside... and take a look at the menu-card itself..

My god, this place is the definition of “disappointment”. If you go in the afternoon or evenings they don’t let you in the dining area. Their open air cafe is a dingy passage of their building. I can’t decide which was worse, their waiter who couldn’t stop staring at my chest and made me repeat everything (makes sense since we know where his focus was) or their extremely milky coffee which I could have made at home or their own version of burnt garlic bread 🥴To put things in perspective, it’s a glorified part of a veranda which serves everything you can cook badly at home.

Excellent pasta. Other food was just okay..Poor service. No greetings upon arrival/departure. Staff seemed unfriendly. Somewhat like they hate their job.We had to call them every time to even clear plates or give water they were not at all attentive. To take order initially, he handed the menu and left. Neither did he ask us choice of seating or how was the food. We had to wait for him to appear again after many minutes and give the order. He had no information on menu or suggestions based on requirements. Water served was warm . Didnt even have cold water..Food had Okayish presentation..Ambience : 2/5. Too hot . They have table fans ( both indoor and outdoor. No AC or ceiling fan at least indoors) here and there which isnt sufficient. They can work on making ambience better as they have both indoor and outdoor seating..No music at all..Pink panther pasta tasted very good. The creaminess was a heaven in my mouth. But disappointed with the colour and presentation..Burger was good. The potato wedges along was sweetish which was a disappointment. No cutlery given for having wedges. They were not ready to make slight customisation in spite of being ready to.pay extra. Before even we completed half sentence, they said a big NO. Staff should work on listening skills..Crème brûlée was average. Crème was bland. Sugar coating was too thin. The fish served was so damn hot that I got a burn on my finger touching it. They didnt even warn us. And I never saw a dish being so hot for crème brûlée..Pasta wasnt served to plate. Again no cutlery given ..Finally they didnt let us know what time they close kitchen. We still wanted to order two more desserts. The steward straight away brought bill. Without even asking if we were done. And they levied 10% service charge.When we said we are not happy with the service , and wont pay service charge, the steward kept arguing that they have displayed the board and we MUST pay.We calmly explained him that its customers discretion and he cant force us to pay with such bad service. Still he was like, you have to pay. Then we only had to suggest him to discuss with his manager and check if it can be taken out.Finally he took it out. And when I was trying to tell him few things, he made and ugly , angry face and turned away.What? Is this the way they treat their customers ?

The ambience is awesome. The Pink Panther pasta and the Brownie with Ice-cream were below average. Service is decent. Price wise is a bit on the higher side than I would like. Good to go if your on a date.

Have heard quite a lot about this place, so decided to visit this place.There werent much options to order as whatever we asked for from the menu werent there. So, tried Spaghetti, coffee and Cheesecake, which were good but absolutely loved the cheeeeesecake!

Not a lot to say about this place since I havent explored much but one thing is for sure, readers would love this place. Its the perfect place to sit and read while sipping a coffee ( which is reasonably good). Nice garden like feeling, comfortable seating and most Importantly very light soothing music.

Nice place to hang out with friends and family. We visited this cafe to try out the main course options. Ordered Country Chicken with rosemary & garlic, Chicken breast in mushroom sauce, and Grilled chicken with crispy noodles and sprouts. All three dishes were really good and well presented. The staff was attentive but a bit busy as the restaurant was running to full capacity. Overall a nice experience.

The white room. Ive been been quite a few times and its a very average place imo. The ambience is great, lives upto its name in its ambience. Problem lies with lots of mosquitoes and bees around. Anyway, coming to food, their open sandwiches, quiche and cheesecake are great. Breakfast options are average at best. The cold coffees and milkshakes are below average. Service is quite poor as well, even today our server forgot that I ordered a dessert and didnt even mention it when we asked for the check even. Also, they serve breakfast till post noon, since we were only given the breakfast menu even though it was post noon. The White Room, true to its name, has a white themed ambience. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well. Its a relatively peaceful place with music (not too loud). The service is pretty fast and the staff is polite. The chicken quiche served here was quite nice, albeit a bit sour, as was the cheesecake with blueberry and gooey brownie with ice cream. The prices for the ambience and food offered are moderate.

A great Italian restaurant in church Street. This place has an calmer vibe than other places nearby, which is one of the things I love about a restaurant.The seating is good and lot of greenery with some beautiful flowers can be seen around. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Indoor seating is more peaceful with a plain white unique decor. Outdoor seating was also calmer and an amazing place to have some great conversations. The decor was simple and not so fancy.The food was delicious. I had ordered vegetable lasagna and pasta in arabiata sauce. The lasagna was appetizing, not very spicy, not too sweet, just the perfect amount of spices. The pasta was equally good. I also had one cappuccino, which was great. The menu is reasonable and is not very expensive. Its a bonus for people with zomato gold.Im definitely going here again for some great Italian lunch. I just loved the ambiance here. This place will definitely set your mood right. Beautiful place with big white windows and greenery all over is all I remember about the white room. Food was super tasty and delicious. The chicken salad that I ordered was very healthy and tasty at the same time. Oreo shake was great. I’m giving a four star rating and not five star for the coffee that I ordered. I ordered a regular cafe latte and it was so damn bitter that I couldn’t even drink it. Usually I drink coffee without adding sugar but with that coffee I had to add. After adding two packets of sugar the taste was still awful. I request the management to please look onto it for a perfect pleasant experience.

Could improve more.Service should improve a lot more because they took so much time to give the menu itself and they dont really care so much about you. That what I felt like. Its a very posh place with really good night dining (candle light) perfect for a date. It is located on Chur street which can be easily located from the road. Its a Italian cuisine restaurant with prices not so high for its standards. Would definitely recommend this place for evening dining.

Good place with good service. Food is good, not that great to brag about. They light candles after 8pm. The ambience feels much better after that.

This place is very peaceful and has got amazing setup. The food is pretty descent and chicken is brilliant and delicious here. We ordered Chicken Breast in mushroom sauce which is something we really enjoyed. A very calm and cheerful place to chit chat with your loved ones over food and coffee.

A restaurant of this kind needs to have good food, good ambience and good service. It failed spectacularly on all 3 counts. We went to this place on a relaxed Sunday morning. We were around 10 adults and 4 kids. They just could not handle our orders properly. Maybe, it was an off day for them but we bore the brunt of it.Service: Every food order same so late that there were some adults who walked over to the nearby fly-in-fly-out (if you get my drift), had a full breakfast and returned while these guys started serving our set of orders. Delay was the operative word of the day. At the end of it, we were just to scared to ask for anything.Food: Lots of bread, the white kind. Had to be. White room, right? We ordered omelettes by the dozen because that was the only thing they could manage without messing up. Waffles looked like they came out of a packet. They were rationing butter whenever we asked for it.Ambience: The white room, enough said. Felt like we were eating in a dental clinic. Painful, to say the least.Why even one star : We packed up a doggy bag of all the bread we collected during this visit. It was a case of alls gone to the dogs!

A beautiful quiet place amidst the bustling Church Street. True to its name, with elegant white interiors and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating and seemed perfect for a romantic evening. The food was of the highest quality and taste. We had cottage cheese fritters, mixed sauce pasta and veg au gratin. Their coffee was one of the best Ive had. This was my first visit and this place lived up to its rave reviews. I would rate my visit 4.5 out of 5 !!!

Quaint ambience and nice food

Open Air restaurant,beside 2 other restaurants in the same premises,lovely place and music,lush green plants and vey well maintained,butter smooth parking...😀,food is good as well.

I love their desserts. Their cheese cake is the best. Blueberry sauce is so good and fresh.I loved their créam Brûlée was so good as well.The caramelized sugar was to the point perfection. I even love their Panna cotta which is served with fresh seasonal fruits.Tried their brownie with vanilla ice cream, the brownie was so nice and warm and googey.Their French toast was average. The vanilla bean sauce was good and their maple syrup was okay. Coffee okay.The best thing I love about them is their vibe with the music around.I love the surrounding. It is the perfect place to chill and relax mood.

Service!You step in and theres absolutely nobody to guide you towards a table. You just have to figure it out. When you ask, they are not enterprising enough to get chairs to a vacant table. We were told theres no vacant table outside and when we pointed towards one empty table with just one chair the waiter told us there arent enough chairs there. Fortunately we spotted some empty chairs around. Ultimately we hauled our own chairs to the empty table and sat. It was just the three of us.The menu is Spartan!!! Who would recommend this place for Best breakfast is really beyond me!!!Getting the food took way longer than expected. I dont understand the delays since the menu is so limited and the portions are kid size. Yes, extremely small portions.After going through all this At least the food couldve been phenomenal but No!!! Very average fare.The crowd comprises of youngsters (who I guess are there to simply catch up with their friends) or people staying at the the hotel.Overall, being a foodie i dont recommend this place at all for breakfast.

It was Sunday and had planned for dinner at this place with my friend. Have found out this place over Zomato.  Have booked a table through Zomato and got a quicker confirmation. Soon i reach the place, got my table. The ambience was pretty good well interior, well cleaned and well maintained too. Coming to the food, had ordered Mushroom creamy soup, Chicken wraps in starter and coming to the main course have ordered Country-style roast chicken with rosemary and garlic, chicken stroganoff. Presentation of all the dishes were pretty good and served with perfect temperature. Coming to the taste, all were pretty good. Wanted to have Lamb and tea, but it wasnt available. Behaviors of staffs were polite and were attentive towards us. Efficiency of service was good. Had a nice time and would love to visit this place again. Its a really good cafe , located in Church Street. The ambiance here is amazing, a posh fine dining cafe. The service is good and staff are friendly and all the items we ordered tasted good, especially the cheese cake and the chicken pie. The menu is not so big.. The only problem i would havw with the place is that the price is too high for the quantity of food that they give.They have Zomato Gold.

A lovely place to start the day with healthy and hearty breakfast. Food is delicious and fairly priced. However, downside is the soiled and stained chairs and furniture cloth. The whites of The White Room attracts dirt.

Dessert was amazingly too good. Main Course was delightful as well. But the service was very slow. And almost it took 15mins each time for every serve.

Its a lovely place with a beautiful vibe . The staff is very efficient and the food is super duper yummy! I dont I can ever stop raving about their Creme Brulee!

Average at best. We dropped by for breakfast at the white room. The choices are very limited and service slack. The waffle and pancakes re served with 25ml of syrup/chocolate sauce.just not enough to finish one pancake even. Friend eggs, sausage and Omelettes are their main highlight but that too is average at best. Considering the place is part of a hotel complex, they could consider adding more options to their menu.If you are looking for a place to eat eggs, toast and a black coffee, I recommend Indian Coffee House, which is just a few buildings away.

We came here early afternoon and stayed till late evening.Its the perfect place to unwind-read the newspaper/novel, have a productive conversation, write something and every other possibility.The staff is so generous, polite and helpful. Also, they dont ask you to leave even if has been a long time since you been ordering a glass of water.The food is delicious and pretty. The kind you would prefer eating with a fork and knife, its a great place to experiment with with food.The white is extremely soothing and not overdone at all.If we didnt plan on getting drunk we would have probably stayed longer.

Unhappy to even chose this place to visit. I went to this place and ordered a coffee after 10mins one of the staff member comes and informs that they cannot serve me with the order as the machine is not working but they can serve me cold coffee i ordered one again after 10mins he comes and informs that even that cannot be served. Pathetic service. I dont know why they even open the restaurant when they cannot serve minimum order of coffee. I had coffee here it was good. Interior is good. But they charge you extra service tax.

This place is so overrated! The breakfast was tasting more of oil than anything else. Sausages were so sad to eat with no taste and even white omlette was dripping of oil. Who can f##k up an omlette? Its absolutely a sad place! Even the ambience isnt great in midst of Covid, because there was dust everywhere. I would not recommend it at all!

The ambience, music, services were wow and last but not the least the food is tasty and filling! Its such a beautiful cafe, the only issue was locating the tiny little sign board while the rain was pouring but when we called The White Room they were really nice and explained their location patiently......
