Calm and serene ambience. Body massage is very relaxing, pain relieving. Had a good massage. Therapist is experienced, cordial and well behaved.professial and good hospitality.

Not happy with this place at all. I had waited a few months to review hoping things would be fixed. After a very unhelpful call with management things have only escalated.The place was under renovation/fixing but they still said it expired and refused to extend. The manager was absent. Only therapist are there to handle the front desk Which looks ridiculous.The bathroom shelves were falling off , holes in the ceiling with cement pieces dropping and the water collecting during the shower unable to drain. There was not even enough hot water to complete a shower. Even they dont have the shelves to put the shower gel & shampoo. Room size is so small. The bed 🛏 was torned. Please remove all the old beds from the rooms. Service was ok ok. If it happens in future then nobody dare to come to this place. It is situated near to mg road ( Heart of city) but all in vain in terms of services/ Room conditions.The floor was sticky and some of the linens/covers stained. It is a shameful representation of an otherwise great brand.

Service was good.However everything in this place needs to be refreshed. It looks unsanitary. Mold spots, wallpaper peeling off. Poor lighting.I was told it will go under renovation soon.

SLUM SPA WITH PALACE RATESVery bad experience. So called Red carpet pedicure is worst. Only premium rates but not service. The place itself is terrible, you can see cockroach everywhere, the paint has come off, rusted tools for manicure and pedicure. For Gold facial which is the premium one, they will ask do you also need steam on face & I was surprised as its not an upgrade but a part of the normal process & same thing for blackhead removal. I asked why you didnt do, she told I got the tools but thought you didnt require & anyway its not that much. Just little.. what the hell, if only she feels its more then she will do it or else no.Regretting the decision of taking membership with O2, now I am stuck with them.

Please go to the O2 spa on Lavelle road, this one is just nonsense. Such terrible hospitality, I think a monkey can give a meet massage for sure if it is trained.
