Ive been consulting with Dr. Chytra for a year now for severe cystic acne due to PCOS which broke out during lockdown. She and Dr. Pooja laid down a detailed plan of action and addressed all my apprehensions regarding the process. They made it very clear what to expect and what kind of recovery timeframe Im looking at. With a combination of peels and medication, I could slowly but surely see improvement in my skin. After a year, my acne has disappeared and Im left with very faint scarring which can hardly be seen. Throughout this process, both Dr. Pooja and Dr. Chytra have been available and quickly respond to all queries (even my panicky midnight e-mails). A special mention to Renuka who has handled all my treatments. She will always make you feel comfortable and does a brilliant job.Note: The clinic is mostly always crowded (for good reason) so make sure you have time to wait your turn. The front desk always seem to mess up my appointment time and dates so make sure you cross check when booking.

I am very disappointed with my service with Kosmaderma. I had a wedding function to attend, and a few days before came to Kosmaderma LAVELLE Road for a black peel (face treatment) since my acne was worsening. Being a beginner / not familiar with such treatments, I expected Kosmaderma to Guide me.(1) “Doctor” said in 2 days, peel effects would wear off; I could do the treatment then attend the function. 5 days later, my face is STILL PEELING. When I consulted with a proper medical-degree dermatologist, she said black peels ALWAYS require 7 DAY DOWNTIME. She was shocked they let me go ahead with the treatment when they knew my function date.(2) “Doctor” told me I could wear makeup in 2 days. Proper medical-degree dermatologist told me the black peel is quite strong and bacteria from makeup is a non trivial riskClearly:(1) KOSMADERMA PROFIT >> CLIENT HEALTH(2) Their “doctors” — do they even hold proper medical dermatology degrees???Will never be coming here again and warning ALL about this! Avoid chains - go to a proper medical doctor dermatologist!

They are the most unprofessional dermatological setup in Bangalore. Each time an appointment is scheduled they find a way to cut it short. When the appointment is booked they say nothing but very close to the appointment they come up with reasons like machine service or meetings to cut short treatment durations. There is no commitment or respect to the client as they will schedule a meeting or a machine service on the same day as your appointment without hesitation.When they took the payment for the entire set of appointments in the beginning they were responsive but now as more and more appointments are done they are rude, disrespectful and ignorant.Please do not prepay to this untrustworthy setup unless you want to pay to get mistreated and disrespected.ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had my appointment yesterday at 2.45 PM. Despite being on time, my appointment was delayed till 4.30.Even the consultation was pretty basic. They are more interested in selling their in house products than addressing skin issues. My advice would be to do a research and invest the time and money somewhere else

Have been getting my laser hair removal treatment done here for the past few months. Noticed a significant reduction in my hair growth and definitely think it’s worth it.Renuka is the best technician and makes sure that you’re comfortable and that it doesn’t hurt at all! It’s almost entirely painless.The only con is that the wait times at this clinic are extremely long. I usually wait 30 mins before going in for a session that lasts 2 hours. Also, getting an appointment is usually extremely hard and they only give you slots that are usually a month away. A better booking system is required for sure.Apart from that, would highly recommended the treatment here with Renuka! Thanks

Well I have been part of the Kosmo family for over a year now for my Laser hair removal. I have a condition called Keratosis Pillaris and paired with pigmentation and dry skin. The doctors there have a good understanding of my skin and treatment regimen is recommended after thorough analysis. My LHR therapist Ms Renuka does a wonderful job with my skin considering the ultra sensitive skin that I have. And they suggest whats best for you and also make sure to follow up on you after if in case you have any issues and address them personally as well. For LHR its a 10 on 10 place.

Kosmoderma team is simply great, and huge shoutout to Dr Parinitha for her patient and thorough consultations. I have been coming here for more than a year, and I am really happy with how the results have turned out so far.

The worst doctor to visit. Guys this is very important that you read this before consulting the doctor. The clinic and the doctor purely had the intention of earning money and not treating the patient . They recommended their inhouse same creams to all the patients irrespective of the problems. I have visited the doctor for dark circles treatment and instead of any improvement I have dark black patches all over my face because of the peel they have used. And the cream they have recommended of the reactions os ever worse, it has made my skin more dry and sensitive. I have informed them about my wedding and still they recommended treatment which has made me look like a monkey infront of my In laws.Even after informing the clinic about the reactions I did not get any serious response just false promises. Please do not waste your money here. I have wasted lakhs of rupees and made my skin the worst . They are just after your money and do not care about your problems. I am crying over my skin and face for over 2 months now. And I dont ayee any improvement

The clinic has the latest technology that is FDA approved, with all safety measures duly followed. The doctors are really experienced and the staff is also very helpful.

I was a patient with them in 2012. Dr. Chytra and Dr. Parineeti treated my condition (bad acne & deep scars). I must say they did a fantastic job. My skin practically started glowing after their treatments. They treated me with laser, skin peels and PRP and all in all it was very effective. My scars were almost gone, something that I had never imagined before. I also got a real boost on my confidence. The treatments were expensive but really worth it. I highly recommend.

Very bad results. Waste of money. No results. Thousands went waste. No good customer service. No bothered that customer is unhappy. Not picking cal from my number. Dr Neha is the worst . Doesn’t know how to treat the patient. Just puts us on peels. Instead of threatening from inside too. So my acne problem there were never solved

I have been undergoing treatment for acne scars and hair fall since past 4-5 months. Im extremely satisfied and happy with the results. Dr parinitha is very good and friendly. Worst treatment I have undergone eyebrow tattooing they have spoilt my eyebrows if we ask they are saying like u should do retouching so its the worst clinic and u will not get results in anything.Even hair growth also I had taken no growth happen they just force people to give reviews so please dont go there.

Amazing procedures done by Dr. Dhavala. She gives a clear technical explanation of every treatment she does with utmost patience. She gives a comfortable environment during the treatment and the medication she suggests is a pure magic. All my skin troubles are now at bay because of her!

Terrible place. They are after money and do not really care about patient well being. I was never given proper oral medication for my acne instead they asked me to go for 2 sessions of their peels every month for a long time. They also did PRP and laser when my acne breakouts had not even stopped. Primary reason they do not give oral medication to stop acne is that you will stop visiting them once your acne and scars are gone. The other reason is also that they have inexperienced doctors. One of the doctors suggested me to try an endocrinologist for hormonal acne and when I told her what the endocrinologist had prescribed, she said that should be fine. The medication that was prescribed only led to a horrible outbreak of acne all over my face. I had acne breakouts again and they were happy to offer their peel sessions again of course cause each of these session was priced at over Rs.4000. I have since found better dermatologists who are much cheaper and definitely honest. I no longer have acne breakouts. There are lots of good dermatologists around Bangalore, for anyone looking at this post please avoid Kosmoderma as they do not provide a permanent solution and they may even end up causing more issues. Also, I gave them a good rating during the treatment cause I assumed their treatment would stop my acne breakouts. The doctor knew I was flying overseas and had offered me a package for the 2.5 months period in August 2014 which cost me around 45 thousand rupees. The package included acne treatment as well as scar treatment once the acne stopped. So since the doctor treated my scars I thought the she was sure I would not have further acne breakouts. But anyway that was not the case, the doctor treated my scars knowing I was still having acne breakouts and would continue having breakouts. The only straight forward reason for this would be of course that I should come back and spend more money which I foolishly did again when I was in India in 2015. However in 2015 I realized Kosmoderma was useless as they were not giving me a permanent solution. Anyway I have since found a very good dermatologist in Bangalore who has given me a permanent solution and at 10% of the cost of Kosmoderma. The reason I am writing this review 2 years later is cause now I have clear skin and havent had any breakouts in over a years time so I am confident my current doctor has treated me well which has also made me realize how Kosmoderma never wanted to help me with a permanent solution. Also, the permanent solution was something very simple.
