Have enough non paid parking space. They do proper precautions and screening. Have wide varieties. However, some of the collections had only few sizes. Only drawback was they do have many counters but only two were open which lead to overcrowding in the billing section.

A comprehensive store for all things sports. If you are not too fussed about brand names yet wants good quality products, Decathlon has the goods. The staff is well aware and swift to respond. From indoor to outdoor games this place has quite a range. Avoid weekends as it is crowded. They repair cycles as well at a price. They can do more to make the fitting rooms more comfortable. Also, they need to consider opening more checkout counters when the lines are long. Can drop unnecessary procedures like the security guards stamping bills, quite an outdated way of operating. Good place to get all sporting gear under one roof. The parking space is huge so getting your vehicle isnt a problem.

I got a message from Decathlon that bike jas been serviced. When I went to collect it, it wasnt ready. None of the problems were addressed. Since i stay 10 kn away from The store , i have to plan my visit again. And until I get the bicycle I will have to keep paying for the auto to pick up and drop my son between school and home.

The store has good collection of all stocks. It has a good parking for cars and two wheelers. It has good collections on all products. I visited to buy cycling shorts and T shirts, cycle pouch, bottles, knee covers. Store staff helped in buying the products where ever I had doubt. Also clarified my doubts very efficiently. Exchanged the product without any hassle. Also they took extra care be fore entering the store with thermal checking and sanitising the hands. Billing is bit slow rest is ok. Cycles were not available at all except one or two as I enquired on the same for my friend. Cycling accessories are also less as of now there is limited stock. It located near to phoenix market City which is in the main road. The store should advice customers to bill on their own as other stores prefer more on that but this store bills with staff which is bit time consuming at some times.

A place that definitely meets every sports demand.The only issue though, is that the store is huge and has a regular flow of customers, and yet there seems to be no improvement in air conditioning of any sought as compared to my last visit. One would definitely feel stuffy, humid and congested just after 10mins of entering the store. An improvement in this will definitely improve user experience!

This is the oldest Decathlon store in Bangalore. Available all sports items under one roof. Big parking space for car, motor bikes and bikes. There is playground which you and book and use. Toilet is available and is kept clean. Staffs across all the Decathlon stores are very helpful. Bike servicing is available here, you can bring you bike for servicing/maintenance here but they service only their brand (BTwin) bikes only.

You will find all kinds of sports garments, gear and equipments at reasonable price. Billing counters are also in sufficient numbers. I would have given 4 start rating but gave 3 start only because for only one reason of less number of sells persons. You will have to wait a lot and look for someone if you have any doubt or question about any product.

We bought the kids cycle (rock rider) and ordered for home delivery expecting good fitting of the cycle. They have fitted back wheels brake so bad , if we apply the brakes it won’t release.Checked with local cycle shop and came to know that, brakes are not matching for the cycle.Really, unhappy with kind of service from decathlon itpl branch .

Despite it being a few days since I bought and having done a couple of runs with it, they agreed to take back the shoes and refund the money....They said Your health is more important, Sir. This place has a really sporty vibe, looking at their brand. When you enter, left is the billing counter and straight you can start seeing the sports gear sections till the end where badminton gears are present. In between distinct categories, you might stumble upon children skating or playing with maybe sports ball and/or someone playing table tennis and/or other testing out badminton racket with shuttle. Point to remember everything is decathlon branded, no bags provided at the check out and anyone can check out easily/early without getting into billing counter queue by downloading their app.

Needless to say the best place in town for all your sports needs. Im always satisfied with their range and price. This time I picked up a grip for my gym which protects my hand from knurling and gives a good grip. This product turned out to be amazing for someone who wants to get rid of the old fashioned gloves and still get the job done this is the solution. Each time I go there I find something new that fits into my routine. I just have one recommendation some products are priced a bit higher do get it revised or work on some cost reducing module. Thanks to this place for keeping me motivated always.

Id gone their 3 weeks ago to buy a table tennis table and it was a very bad experience.First, the sales guy gave me the wrong information. He told me that its a 18mm table. When I pointed out that on specifications, it says 12mm, he gave a strange reason. He said there is a lamination on the table and with the lamination coat, it sums up to 18mm.Second, he didnt show me the table. Though it was there, he said they are not allowed to open the table. Instead, he showed me another table and told me that the table that I want to purchase would be better than it.Third, I wanted same day delivery which was not possible. And Its understandable. But what I dont understand is why they are making so difficult to purchase in-store and forcing me to order online.I said I can take it home myself the same day via Porter. But since theyve not shown me the table, I wanted to return if I dont like it. Then, he told me that return is not that straightforward, and whether theyll accept the return or not is subject to the product sales condition.Are you kidding me? Im paying for the table and want to open it right there in front of you, and youre saying youll accept only if its in sales condition.He finally told me to order online. If thats is what you want, they why do you have such as large store?Naam bade, darshan chote :(

After one year when the cycles stand failed, I reached out to the team, and became upset with the suggestion of having to take the kids cycle to one of their centers as most are far away from where we are. However, they understood my concern and arranged a quick video call. The daily manager and the service engineer were really quick in resolving my concern.

Decathlon has been a source of high quality and reliable sports goods. I visited the Decathlon Whitefield for shopping accessories for by cycle. They have in-house fitting/service centre for cycles and other sports equipment. I had purchased a carrier, mud guards, Bell etc which they fitted to my cycle for free of cost. The products though on a costlier side is usually worth the buck and usually lasts for years.

A small store, I would say, considering other decathlons I have been too. They have a lot of clothes of different kinds, but the sports equipments are kind of limited. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The arrangement of collections can be improved a bit though

This was my first visit to a Decathlon. I am not a sporty person, and yet a felt the passion to be one. There are plethora of gears/suits for all sports. The mall is spacious, the staffs are friendly. There is a workshop to repair/maintain BTWIN cycles.

Please have many team members in bicycle section. We hardly had 1 or 2 people and sad they were struggling to handle mass crowd and didnt have time to attend all the customers.

Jackets are also very good quality at a reasonable rate. Track pants and T shirts are also high quality. They have their action camera also displayed at this store. There are trial rooms to try out different outfits. The water bottles range is also fascinating. The car parking space is also large and should be able to manage a decent crowd. This store is huge so when visiting make sure you have enough time to spare.

Bought a cycle worth 18k yesterday. I was so excited to start my ride today but delivery hasn’t happened yet. When I called the store, he said they have tied up with a 3rd party vendor and don’t know when it gets delivered. I waited for an entire day at home and at 9 PM when I called about the delivery status, lame reasons were given saying Accident happened and ensured delivery happens tomorrow. They don’t even have courtesy to inform customers that there is a delay with delivery for so and so reason. They care only until you pay the bill. After that, it’s just like any other Company. Poor after sales service. The first person who was near the bicycles had careless attitude and went off in between without even explaining features. When I was about to leave the store, I complained that I am not happy and another person helped in buying. Not sure if I am the unfortunate one to experience in this store or all the reviews are paid ones.My excitement of purchasing a cycle is now ruined.Thank you Decathlon, Whitefield store.

This place offers quality products at the right price. In India, we never had such stores which offered comprehensive sports equipment. You can shop without being bothered about the pushy sales people. The helpers are fairly knowledgeable about the products they are selling.
