Today I had been to Big Bazaar in GT world Mall. As soon I entered the security staff asked us to sanitize our hands and checked our body temperature which is a good thing as they are following all covid rules. Second thing there are no staff for helping you out at certain sections while shopping even after asking them for help. Third thing, while checking out of the Big Bazaar the security staff did their job as per checking our bags which is a good thing but I didnt like the way they spoke to us. Hope I dont experience the same at my next visit.

Pathetic service. No helper available in different sections , either they r busy talking to their friends or chilling somewhere. No one available to bill vegetables separately, even if u ask for help, it comes after 10-15min. I asked one of the helper to pack 10kg wheat and 5kg rice.. He took almost 30 min to look for the package. I have bloody spent and extra 2 hour just to deal with them wherein I could have got the same work elsewhere in 5minCertain products can not be billed, yet they r kept for sale. I dont understand why?.Then they waste extra time at the time of billing and stand still over there for 10 mins, staring at our face on what to do about it.No one wants to bill if they see a trolley full of grocery. They fight with each other to bill, such lazy peopleThey forced me to take an extra 10kg aata without an option. Man I already got 20kg , what wud I do with 30kg aata. At least they must agree to cancel the 10kg I purchase but they werent even willing to do that. Elsewhere they have good options of either opting for discount or chosing to take something like sugar or something usable for us.I had to wait for an extra 50min to record my home delivery address after pestering them for it every second. Plus he got so irritated by me when I asked him my bill total amount and reading out my coupon code worth 1300. he just wasnt interested in doing his work, it looked like from his behavior that he is saying Bro just get lost from hereZero customer care and respect.

Big bazaar dont give offers and create chaos.It was pathetic experience.Used to visit regularly but today was horrible. Billing was not proper and there were so much fight between customer (who loves free fruits and veggies) and the billing guys who were overloaded with customers and looked like no proper instructions given to handle this offer. Have ignored all previous billing mess up and waiting but today was horrible day in big bazaar

Do not buy anything from here. They are there just to cheat you . They say you will get cash back in your future pay wallet which you will never get and then you have to fight for it. Total cheats big bazaar and Future pay group.I have even attached pictures of people being cheated by big bazaar and FUTURE GROUP.

Bigbazaar is an One Stop Solution for your Grocery Needs.. Earlier they had Coupons and many outlets too.. now a days they have only limited outlets.. This outlet is well maintained and has decent clean environment.. On Magadi Road Tollgate this is the decent Super Mart available at GT Mall Premises.. They have wide range of products but frankly speaking Discounts are not that great when compared with DMart.. Good Customer Service and user friendly staff is appointed at the Outlet...

Credit card sellers every where in this Big Bazaar. Beware of them.

Spacious place where you can find almost all the essentials under one roof. Its best to visit on weekdays as the crowd is very limited. Place maintains good hygiene. Only drawback is that you pay additional 50 bucks for parking!!!

If you are looking to do trial of the dress you want to buy, then this is not the place.. They let you try only few pants and thats it. If you are buying something you have to be sure it will fit you buy just looking at it ..many of the dresses arent allowed to be put on before buying.. The carry bag they provide is of low quality and it will break as soon as you leave the shop. So carry your own bag and also a trial room with you as well

Too many credit card selling people inside the shop, you can expect 3-4 people troubling you to buy Amex or SBI or future pay card anytime.

We are regular customers of Big Bazaar. Products are of good quality and are quite rightly priced. One can take advantage of their offers! They give benefits to Profit Club members and sometimes surprisingly!One has to be careful about home deliveries. Small items get missed while delivering and very difficult to get replacement. They still have to improve service in this regard and smoothen the process.
