One of the most popular toy stores in Bangalore. It’s huge toy store with 4 floors full of toys. They have an amazing collection of toys and you can get almost any type of toy you can imagine. Average staff but the people at the billing counter are good. They know how to treat customers well.We had bought a big toy car, they quickly helped us to arrange transport. Kudos!The store is located at a very remote place and it’s a bit far - that’s the only problem. Also, prices are reasonable but definitely not wholesale as they claim. Overall, it was a great shopping experience.

They are using wholesale word as marketing gimmick. except few things all things are above market price.They wont allow you to take photos of their toys and items .you cant compare their prices .they dont have any online catalog or portal where they disclose their prices.DONT BE FOOL IN THIS MARKETING GIMMICK.THEY ARE NOT WHOLESELLER. Good place with good collection of variety of toys. Prices are much better comparative to toy zone and other such toy stores. Good quality stuffs are available.Its located off Electronic City Phase 1.. Good collection of toys spread across 4 floors (residential building). Car park available for 4 - 6 cars.Suggested for toy shopping in and around bangalore. Pricing is one step higher than wholesalers but much lesser than retailers. One of the best places to buy ride on cars at best prices.

Bento toys was great initially with regard to price. But now the prices have increased to same quality. They say wholesale, but most things we can get cheaper in local shops and DMart. Its good only in regard of the wider options of toys. Recently took return gift worth 24/- a normal company brand, it includes pencil, eraser, sharpner, scale and a sticker. The same items of branded things we get cheaper with superior quality.Better to see.other options if available.

There is a good collections of toys , spanning over 4 floors. You have to spend time sometimes to look for some good toys. The lady at the counter is very helpful but i felt the staff most of time are ignorant on the products. This is my usual place to buy toys for my kid and i go here often.On the Prices, yes some products are definitely cheaper than other shops but there exists few products which are higher than the local shops. Be careful in checking and inspecting the product after billing. One of the toy train i had brought had no sound when my child played in home. But most of the time i had no issues with their products.Roads are not good to this shop. you have to a take narrow lanes to reach here. Weekend is too much rush and hard for finding a parking spot.

Im not entirely sure if this is really wholesale. I checked the prices of a few products on the spot and compared them to what is listed on Flipkart and Amazon. I think youd get a better deal online. Some of the big battery operated cars they have seem to be priced more than what you get online. I even checked the dimensions and also compared the number of motors, battery capacity, run time to what their sales executives tell us. Identical products priced higher at Bento. Granted - visiting in person and picking it up is more satisfying as you know what youre getting. But heres the deal - NO GUARANTEE and NO EXCHANGE - even if it stops working the minute you get the car back to your house from their store. So for all those people who are saying buying online and it stopped working in a few months - what difference is it when buying from here? At least you have 10 days of return window for online purchases, but do not get even a 10 min warranty if you buy from here! So stop saying that, and take a wise decision! There are no guarantees when you buy from this place!

Over hyped place...Wholesale , Its a retail store with more collections of toys being the only advantage. If you want to chose quantity over quality then go for it. Prices are HIGHER for the products. I bought the same product for a lesser price in a local super market(retail store).Overall not worth for the price you are paying..... Better options are available locally and @ online stores. they simply hand-write the price over the products. NO Discounts and they claim the hand-written price as discounted price. they write some random prices instead of whole figures and make the customers feel that its discounted (like 2399, 143, 7434........)Its a retail store!!

After opening the packing, we noticed that the train set we brought from this shop was completely broken and was glued and re- packed. two tracks were completely broken and the engine s mechanical part was broken that was glued.when taken to the shop, they refused to agree that it was broken and had been glued before our purchase.just to inform, we purchased items of almost ₹10,000...our first puchase and....even during the billing we noticed that they were punching ₹731 in place of ₹371 ...we just informed them and realising that it can be a human error we ignored...When we confronted them that we made a huge purchase and just for one small set why shall we lie but to that they said it was broken by us and now we are trying to return a defective item....NOT DONE BENTO....we could have been a regular customer of your...but not now... actually never...*NOT RECOMMENDED*

There is huge range of birthday party props and accessories. You we will get all birthday return gift items, balloons, barbie dolls, birthday party collections, my one stop shop purchase once in a month. Even I picked some household flower decoration vase with beautiful flowers also in 4ht floor. Family can easily spend 2 hours and good car parking space also available

This shop is not on the High way .No easy to commute.Preferred travel by car.Certain products are economical and certain products are costly than online platform. 90 % of the products are imported goods.Good collection.Crowded place.Kids will enjoy a lot.Average pricing for 2 kids would are 5k according to my personal experience.Good shop to buy.Better plan for day trip to this place anywhere from Bangalore consider the Bangalore traffic.

Have had a good experience during my last year visit but this time it wasnt that good. While in their hurry to close they had packed the gift terribly. The staffs were keep on murmuring to leave. I had received a feedback from the people whom I had given the gift. The toys battery door had missed the screws and now they are unable to use. Pls avoid these type of experiences to your customer as they arent the actual users/customers.

Update 17.July.2021 : Prices are increased.Advice to check online before buying. And there is billing error. Toy price tag shows 609 and they billed 669. When i pointed out , they convinced me that due to tag punch its showing 0 instead of 6. After checking at home , still tag is 609.Huge collection of toys maintained in store.Its little hard to reach this place due to bad road. Large collection of toys and most of it are made in china. Price is lesser than supermarkets in city.

Kids cars price quoted are 25% over priced than market price. Shopkeeper negotiated only after showing discussion with another shop on whatsapp. That’s why we just bought one car about which we knew the price already. A lot of options but are not at factory prices as mentioned on their shop.

I Got toys blocks which costs Rs.414 (Blocks Educational).It was packed and Sealed, when I opened it was filled with Empty cotton box hidden inside the sealed pack and few blocks. The Empty cotton box was not visible which is inside sealed pack and we were not allowed to open and see the sealed pack inside the shop, and no information about empty cotton box above the cover. This is completely Cheating a customer.

Best Toys @ wholesale price you can buy is really amazing , that too you can physically seeing the items , feeling the toys along with your family is the greatest happiness I felt during my visit and spent one and half hour .they wont gift wrap on Saturday and Sunday is little worry some. you have to drive little off road to reach but worth every kilometer , they check and give all items after billing is very good part. wholesalers welcoming the customers is really rare.

I was new to Bangalore but this toys wholesale shop is awesome and I spent my entire birthday shopping for my kids in this outlet and made huge saving all items are at discounted rate, you can say 30% to 50% I didnt expect, apart from toy I bought super fancy necklace I searching for long time at unbelievable price. The tent I had purchased also attached the image. Reaching to the place is bit difficult off from the main road, Nice place to spend with family in Bangalore.

Worst Customer Handling...The employees are very rude and does not treat the customer with respect and dignity...They dont provide warranty on any of the products... I visit this store regularly as I am located in the next road...Each time I visited the store, I felt unsatisfactory with their staffs behaviour. Also most of the products stop working immediately after coming to house. Also they promote as wholesale price but actually the toys are sold at normal price. Was looking for hotwheels so called the owner before going there. It was a false assurance as they had only 2-3 models. 4 wheeler parking is a problem as the store is situated on a residential block with limited parking. Mud road conditions on the way to store not good and very narrow with construction materials lying all over. .

1.Bills are not clear , if you buy more than 5 products/toys and check later you will not be able to differentiate which toy prize is for which one. Be careful and double check when they bill.There is no proper billing mechanism like bar code scan. They manually enter the prices and there have been atleast 2 times when I have seen inflated bills while re-checking. Very worst. Right from sales to billing. This not wholesale store. Higher price equal to retail show room. No value for money and even for people who are visiting as a customer. I recommend not to visit and encourage such store.

The electronic toys are not that good. specially when it comes to chargeable battery. They are lower grade and loose capacity in a week. Bento toys also has changed a lot of policies and they dont entertain any complains after sale. In fact there would be surprises after you buy and check the product. They are still competitive to market however if you are looking for expensive items, the post sales is certainly NOT promising. I bought a electric car worth approx 2K, the battery is bad and dead in a weeks time. Had it been amazon i would have been able to return. so i would suggest to be careful with electronic items.

Got some really amazing toys at really amazing prices at this store. Their collection is huge with ground floor carrying dolls, puzzles, train sets, scaled down car models, etc etc. Also, purses and jewellery. 1st floor has soft toys and stationary items like fancy pencils, erasers, coloring sets, books etc etc. And the last floor has items like bicycles, wooden horses, kid’s cars, basically anything that a kid can ride. Their gift wrapping paper collection is also great - superior quality, wide variety of designs, and much cheaper than in the market. Must visit if you are looking to buy toys.

If you want to buy big battery operated ride ons for kids like jeeps , cars at wholesale price this is right place , all query of this models is explained by staff , so that you can choose correct ride on for your kids . including motor , speed , usb options , music options , light function , remote control option , charging time , load capacity . select from wide range of items in one place , seeing physically toys all in one place and buying feel is really superb.

Only reviewing for the current covid 19 crisis, this is the most unsafe store in electronic city area since the lockdown was lifted. There are no sanitizers given, no queue system is followed, owner doesnt care about his staff safety or customer safety, staff will wear masks below the nose for the heck of it and there is no limit to number of customers being allowed in the un-ventilated clostrophobic environment, remember no windows no ac nothing in all 5 floors. The billing counter will be crowded in the 200 sqft entrance hall and 10 people will be standing without the staff telling anyone to maintain social distancing. Had to leave the store seeing the billing counter. I went on a Sunday go on a weekday if you have to and non peak hours. This is not my first visit to Bento, all the shops in e city will have made some changes on their ways of functioning seeing the current covid crisis, this is the only store I couldnt see the slightest change as if there is no threat at all things were extremely normal for them. Dont want to comment on quality and prices etc. management should take more precautions in the current times.

The guy who were not in q are coming first and billing when I asked billing counter she ignored when asked the person he started shouting at me and no one from billing counter said a word. They do paper based billing dont know why which is too time consuming. Dont go there if you have Time constraints.Update: I am not worried about what other customer said but as an owner or an authority billing guys are promoting such behaviour. She openly said do not come if you dont want to. I was a regular customer but seeing this behaviour... I dont think I would ever visit or suggest anybody to go to your shop. Moreover rates are also either higher or samilar to other shops now.

Felt cheated after the purchase of a ride on car for my kid, firstly the claim this is a whole sale shop is a lie..the cost is high compared or equivalent to what u would get on regular shops, there is no mrp sticker or bill provided for your purchase..a ride on car which is same as what another person purchased was 10k while the same car was told it is 12.5k for me based on the hand written sticker..I am disappointed with the purchase as I paid 2.5k additional for a car that was sold to another person behind me for 10k, I had no time time to go enquire this as my infant started crying..I would rather blame the sales guy who was very lethargic to help us out and did not provide us the right pricing..also was informed that there is no guarantee or warranty for the purchases made here..Update after the owners comment below:Please dont give false information, Your very own sales person told me that all cars have the same battery capacity and motor, all the cars ranging from 6k to 15k has the same motor is what they told me and only the body and design differs..Also, the same model the person before me bought was priced 10k in one car and 12.5k for the other, it all depends on the handwritten stickers put up on the car..

Whole sale - full of whole sale of toys for customer to enjoy buying even single piece is really awesome. I really enjoyed shopping full bunches of toys at whole sale price. I brought kids ride on Jeep with heavy duty motor in 3rd floor and they checked all in front of you. Reaching the place is little difficult unless you follow Google maps.

Keep in mind at BENTO toys no refund, replacement or guarantee on any products. I bought two Bycycles and both are having Tyre alignment issues , but later when I asked them to repair or replace it , they are showing me repair shop and get it repaired by my own expenses. Be careful about those 3 points. Cheap shop like BENTO always have a bigger impact going forward and will pay more. I will never visit, got a good lesson.

One of the best Toy shop I have seen so far, Totally 3 floors full of toys and all are in Whole Sale price. Most of the common toys I found in other Shops are 30% to 40% more expensive. In Bento Toys shop all Toys are very less in price and good in Quality. This is the 1st time I am seeing a real WholeSale cum Retail Toy shop, worth going there. I am in North Bangalore, so this shop was like 30 kms away from my home, but I felt it was worth going. I felt if knew this shop 4 years ago, I would have saved some huge amount for the amount of toys I have bought so far. Would suggest to check prices online before buying.March 2021 - Visited again today and the prices are same or higher than local shops. Visit only if you are looking for variety in 1 place but definitely no price benefit.

We went to buy a tricycle for my kid.. Like the tricycle price was bit low compared to amazon or Firstcry sites and any other baby shops.. Better to plan a small 2hrs trip in this shop as u will love the toys which is 4 floor building.. 😍

Awesome place. You will get variety of toys for kids. House decoration stickers are available with cheap price. Price is 30% less than online price. Must visit place.

From small toys to big JCB , Board games you can get all at discounted price almost 40% from market price worth visit it.

Store on 3 floors. Lots of options but not from big brands; reasonably priced. Probably largest collection of battery operated drivable toy cars and bikes.

THEY GAVE REASONABLE PRICE FOR EVERY SINGLE TOY OUT THERE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
