One would expect the same standards across all the Trends. Unfortunately, theres a marked difference in customer service, availability of products and a lot more. Very surprising.

We went to buy leggings for my daughters. The leggings are pretty nice and comfortable. The gowns are too good ..... you get beautiful t shirts and pants with in 199 rupees here. You also have an additional parking facility here.

Loved this Reliance trends outlet because of the varieties stuffed. Varieties are more than what you find in Westside outlet though a bigger showroom.

Good offer is going on currently we got 3000 off for 6000 shopping. However Mans collection is not good enough most of the sizes are not available. Staff is quite rude and were not helping us at all. We asked for a ladies dress from the wall poster we saw there staff lady quickly denied that we dont have it without checking it. We searched for sometime and find it ourselves only. Some of them dont have any clue for the running offers and were busy amongselvs or with their mobiles just to get paid for acting like sloths in a store.

Very Pathetic Service. We took few dresses for my family and unfortunately i took it little big. I found it after reaching home. Immediately after 2 hrs i went back to exchange it with the next lowest size but they said they do not take exchange and customer service is also pathetic and no responce at all for customers query.

Trends, Kasavanahalli is quite a spacious store, where social distancing is practised. They maintain good sanitization procedures too. The collection of outfits is not that adequate. Kids wear are of just name sake. The store is mainly focussed on Women Kurtis.Price range is reasobable.

Cheaters. They misguide customers by putting discount tags on many clothes, and after hours of selection when you go to the billing counter, they tell you there is no discount. The store manager is nowhere to be found and the cluster managers number displayed on the board stays switched off.Dont expect any assistance from the staff.

Initially it was good but now they have all the old collection, and all clothes are kept haphazardly. Very small shoe section where all shoes are from Ajio brand.. not sure if they have a connection or they are selling online items..

Prices are on higher side. Even online AJIO site there is discount of 35% but there is only 10% card discount.Netplay quality is good comparatively.

I have been here on Saturday midnoon. There was no staff to assist us. I was checking with multiple staff for getting a dress for my kid. The staff behavior really shocked me.I have to find myself where is kids session and find a dress. When I asked for next size for kids pant they said not available without even checking.If they are continuing this trend , very soon shop will be closed.

Some times there is a lack of collection, it is nice one for kids and quick shopping.

The staff and the manager is very rude. First of all the staff registry people bill you even if there is discount, plus none of them have the proper information if your points can be added to your membership card or not and they keep on sniggering about it in their own language especially if you don’t understand , which is arrogant and rude. Also the manager turns on his ego when you’re trying to get help, don’t know what kind of person he is. Trust me don’t visit here if you don’t want a bad experience. Boycott this store, next time I’ll share the name of the representatives. Even though collection in ethnic is good, the store will go to the dogs by this kind of management and staff #reliancetrends check into this

Its ok. I went there for my kids shopping. Not too many options. Although the clothes were good. One bad experience was, once I was told 5% cashback on ICICI credit card which I never received. After inquiring post 2 months, they asked me to wait for 1 more month. Then I visited after 3 more months. They say that offer has expired, you could have come earlier. I mean this was absurd. Not sure they are doing fraud with the customers with these techniques. Be careful.

Paytm cash back offer did not happen. I opened a case with Paytm and they confirmed no such deal for the purchase that I made. During the billing I was given assurance for this offer at billing section.

Its a 2 Floor small shopping centre, you can find regular Reliance brand of apparels.. Its decent and looking good..

There are nice shirts with several colours options and usually there are promotion. If you buy 2 items 200 or 300 rupees of discount or a percentage of discount could also be applied.There is Indian and western cloths for women (main and 1st floor) and for men (2nd floor).If you buy above 2000 rupias may go get a discount for online purchases. Ask for It!!
