Really nice experience here with pick&move I was not 100% sure of what size unit to go for but at no point did I feel I was being pressured to take a larger unit. Every point of the process was explained in detail clearly for me with great offers and collection. Thanks very much.

The worst service I ve ever used for storing and moving. The driver was consistently not on time, he was late for more than 2 hours. I didnt have access to my stuff when it was stored and the service is just too expensive for what they offer.

They were adaptable thus fitting my needs together with great customer service for example ensuring I had the right size of unit for my purposes.Collection and delivery is added bonus.

Great service competitive price,I stored a lot of stuff here when moving house - staff are friendly and you can get hold of them pretty easily. Rates are pretty good,I think the key thing for me was that when I gave my notice of closing down the account there was no fuss and no excess charge.

Avoid this company and report any malpractice.I have arranged for storage and prepaid but the company and its directors are withholding my stored items for months now without returning emails or providing any tangible details.I have filed reports with the court and police.

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE them. I gave them 11 packing boxes three years ago containing virtually every possession i had, paid them £700 to ship to the USA... and never saw most of it again nor a refund. The only thing i did get back was one beaten up, broken box with the contents spilling out. I have been chasing ever since to try find out where the rest of the items are/ claim a refund and have been fobbed off with excuses including you never gave us more than one box. The only other review from Anna Jones is written by the company itself - the email address used to communicate with the company has Anna Jones as the username. THIS IS A FRAUD. NO NOT USE.Theres now a second positive review coincidentally just a few days after mine. Deducing from the poor grammar and lack of punctuation i would hazard a guess the writer is the same one that posted under the Anna Jones pseudonym.As the company are refusing to return my calls and emails let alone give any sort of refund, I am posting on here to hopefully prevent anyone else having to go through the feeling of having the entirety of your worldly possessions being stolen.October 2018 update: Interesting to see there are now new reviews added which are all positive, yet mysteriously all still have spelling mistakes... a skeptic would think its because its the same writer.

Avoid this company.Arranged for self storage with the company pick & move ltd and have not received my furniture back after months of requests for delivery.Have reported the company and its directors to the relevant authorities which deals with these sitations.

We have been using the storage service for a while. Good service from the team timely delivery after sales of artwork and great storage rate all year I find it much better than most competitors
