Before 2 years staff was very rude during redmi note 5 pro launch but now employees are very matured and well trained they received me very well and served excellent and they have very good knowledge about products

Worst customer service. They will want the customers to wait outside as only 3 customers are allowed inside. Very arrogant staff. They act as if they are giving it for free.

Sales person refuse to attend when I went to buy MI band 5. After he seen customer came for buying TV. Try to treat all persons as same.

We purchased a lot here like smart. Watches,Mobiles,Head sets and so.They are taking care of the customers by allowing only 2 in to the shop.I liked it.

They dont have much options in watches and they only give an option for us to buy in Amazon.. they might just have to just shut down and open an Amazon store coz they promote that more in the store.

Had visited the place to collect my kit for the upcoming MI run on 1st Dec19. The collection process was smooth and was done within 5 minutes. For me this has been one of the USP of the MI brand stores. Courteous staff, smooth & effecient processes be it billing or any other query.

The store is located extremely convenient, right at the corner of Jayanagar 4th block and Jain temple. Though small, it stocks necessary accessories and knowledgeable staff, who have a helpful tendency to pick from myriad options that consumers are inundated with these days. Keep it up!

Its not marked in Google map properly. Had to roam out a lot to find this store in Jayanagar. We reached there early morning to grab our hand on one of its new mobile, but the store opened very late around 11 am. The product was not available and we wasted our time there.

Good store to look out for the Mi products. But, has a very pathetic staff. Had been to purchase Mi TV, but no one knows what are the features of the TV. The staff doesnt know how to speak to the customers and wont respond if asked about any products in the store.

There is no proper response from the showroom people a man there not given proper response about debit and credit card payment option the way he speaks in sleepy mood lot my interest to buy in Ur showroom....and in other showrooms they have EMI option in debit card but he said its not available... bad service
