They feel that they are brand and give no value for customer. They just want to reach there goal, no value for customer.. a saree worth Rs 4k are selling for 6.5k. Dont waste your money here.

Place has decent collection but too expensive for Chikpet. Worst part is their tailoring, its not at all near the measurements.This is where you feel that you will be better of getting ready-made stuff.My advice- shop at some other place on the street.

Nice place for quick bridal shoping

Alhamdulillah satisfied with store and management and specially all the staffs.

Placed an order for my wedding lehenga around Nov 17. Paid 100% in advance, INR 34000. BIGGEST mistake! Paid trusting them. Took the order saying by Dec 10th it will be be ready. Gave them more time and Promised to give on Dec 15. Since I’m from Pune I called them and requested to give a day earlier. Shop owner said it’s not possible. I called tailor and convinced him to give A day earlier. I had to call the shop owner several times as they never returned my call. Despite me saying I will leave a detailed review online. Tried on Dec 14 - Blouse was a simple plain red silk material which ended up having damaged white lines in the front. Was OVER SIZE and VERY uncomfortable. When asked how they can fix it. Tailor said nothing can be done. Was very upset and said they need to fix it or I will not accept it. Then they managed to get material for blouse from local market and re do the blouse. Work on lehenga was supposed to be fixed, all beads were broken and said they would fix it. Promised to give on Dec 16 and call me once the blouse is ready. I waited till 2pm and then called them, did not receive. Called back after 5 min, phone was switched off. Called the tailor, he answered and then disconnected the call twice! Pathetic service! My wedding is in less than 10 days and they aren’t even responding!
