I am a fan of indyas collection but this store particularly has not been great.To list:1.No invoice or actual bill was provided,it was just a receipt with no brand name.After contacting customer care there were delays.This is still unresolved & is a legal offence to not give a proper itemised bill.The item no was also wrongNo one even added my membership points.2.The person added a free sample in list but did not give it.3.The lady who helped me,didnt really bother to even suggest or see the size chart.Its almost as if the customer has to know each variety,pair it & wear.No help at all.4.They dont mention discounts or offers outrightly,unless you ask or show on website.Its best to avoid the store & shop online,as except for trial,they dont have a great customer service or approach at all.

I shopped from the application 1 month ago since then Im asking for my refund. But no response. Its very painful to come to a point to write the the review about my bad experience and refund. Kindly look into it from here at least. Order id 1114809

Very good collection at affordable prices

Staff is very rude...especially the girl....she has shown so much attitude n even when i was telling her what alteration i want she hardly paid attention and after waiting for one and a half hour just to put darts n put a hook, it was done wrongly n not wht i said....dear indya u might loose ur customers bcoz of this girl....i will not visit ur branch ever...very bad service....

Awesome store , store is recently shifted from ground to 2nd floor and all the store members are nice 👍🏻

Really small store. The staffs are not co-operative at all. There is just one trial room. The collection is also not that great. You get a wider range of collection on the Indya App and other Indya stores in Bangalore.

Reiterating the previous review , staff is totally uncooperative. They had no interest in showing us. In fact they were too busy on their phones. Special mention to staff member Jhuma, who not only did not help us, when told so, she kept arguing. Never coming back.
