Have been dealing with Fairoz for a while and he is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. He is very helpful and professional. I generally enquire with him during odd hours and he is always available to help and guide concerning watches.He has always helped me in the discussion making process of what to buy and now its like I dont buy a watch without his confirmation.

The store had a good collection of luxury watches on display. Fairoz from sales was very accommodating and helped me try a few brands of my choice. Parking on the premises may or may not be challenge during peak hours. The staff at Ethos are well versed with the brands of your choice. I plan to visit this store again sometime.

The Ethos Boutique at UB city is one of the best premium watch stores I’ve been to in India. I have to call out Deepak who works at the IB City store, who I’ve known for a few years now and is my go to person when I contemplate a new watch purchase. Deepak has not only helped me find the watches I’ve requested for, including placing special orders with the brands of the watch was not available with Ethos and also calling for the specific watch to be sent from another Ethos boutique for my inspection before making a purchase decision. He has helped me empty my wallet on more than one watch over the years now, lol.All in all, I’d recommend experiencing the store and the service that is provided there. I’ve been very happy and satisfied with my decisions to patronise Ethos at UB City and would whole-heartfelt recommend that you consider buying your next watch from there in person.

They sell the brands which is very cheap quality watches. Hugo boss watch was purchased in the month of November which is rarely used at least 4 times by then the bracelet ( wrist chain ) faded in the month of March took the the ETHOS showroom near infantry road... Store sales Mens acting weird ( fairoz khan ) the person who sold the watch he left the company so we dont know what he explained about the watch we cant help n reach to service center which is in Delhi. Now service center is coming back and telling there no warranty covered the bracelet has to be replaced and the cost is Rs 14000... Such s cheap sales man n service...

One of the best watch stores in Bangalore. Infact ethos watch boutique is best luxury watches store where you will definitely get genuine luxury brand watches. I purchased my first luxury watch here and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. The collection is not that great but they will definitely arrange for specific model if you are interested in buying it.

Very bad experience, after sale service. Least bother to attend complaints. Even if it is under warranty..Never came across such unorganised establishement.Not recommended for any expensive jewellery watches.

Their previous center in forum was much better than this new place. This is too small. They took almost 10 months to source a strap for my seiko watch. Service is okay. They still have to improve in many aspects.

Good place for very premium watch brands.

I would gladly recommend Ethos for high end watch service after personally experiencing their skill and honesty. I had accidentally dropped my COURG watch with a seiko automatic movement from a height and I found something inside was loose and moving. I took it to Ethos for service and they asked me to have a seat while they checked my watch. Within 10 minutes they gave me back my watch and said it was fixed. When I asked them what the charges were, they refused any payment. They said it was a minor fix and was not something they would charge for. Well they won my trust with that deed.

A great personalized experience in luxury watch shopping. The customer service from Mr Godwin and his team was exceptional. A great collection of watches with brands from Tag, Seiko, Tissot, Raymond Weil, Longines and Omega as well!

Service centre timing is not at all right.. its close on sundays and is opeb from morning 10 to 6pm only.. for some one from south banglore to get tge service done they have to take half day leave.. timings are not at all coustomer friendly.. it should have been atleast till 7pm.. i think they are considering them as government employees..

Service is very courteous. Access to service centre is cramped for space. The showroom has only few pieces in their collection.
