Theres no proper response when customer visits the store from the executive and secondly they wont let you know the exact offers available and help customers getting the right offer. Rest everything was good with cloth quality wise.

Brand showroom, no collections. Worst experience

Very much dissatisfied with the customer service.I stick to this brand mostly and today at this store even the store was open and the store people were in. They denied saying I was two min late than the store close time and denied the Service.Veru disheartening by the Service to regular customers. I would definitely wouldnt want to step into store again. Though I love the brand very much but its disheartening when things like tjis happen

I went to this shop to purchase professional wear for my wife. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff are very courteous and well educated. They know their products to minute level. I ended up buying one trouser and 4 tops.

Its been a week and still the alteration of my suit has not been done!!Reason - Tailor not available.Excuse me Arrow, you are an international brand and I did not expect such a lame excuse from u!!

We have to be watchful at the time of billing. They put an extra shirt and when I questioned they said it cannot be cancelled and I can exchange for any other shirt. After few days when I went to exchange they had all higher priced shirts and I was asked to pay the difference. They seem to be doing this deliberately for sales.
