This is a gem of a place hidden In HSR layout. Having wanting to learn meditation I found this place and my sister and I ended up going there all the way from J.P nagar on a Tuesday without knowing that it was a holiday. Once we reached I called a couple of numbers given on their website and requested one person if he could just come and teach us meditation as we had come from far. So the person Mr Pradeep actually came in the next ten min( he could have just said no as it was a day off for him) and he was so sweet enough to guide us and teach us meditation. I really can’t thank him enough for his gesture.That day we got to know about a weekend session about mediation being conducted by the VP of cognizant. We decided to go and it was really a great learning experience. These 2 days have really been so helpful in making me understand and realize the importance of doing meditation.Soul trends is a place so full of positive energy and people willing to help others.
