Pretty good for the mall. A little crammed for space than the usual crosswords around town but ok. Ive found a decent collection of books, stationary and gifting stuff here. Overall worth a shot.

This is a small & cozy little crossword...its located on the top floor of Central mall next to the movie theatre. Decent collection of books, and great in sales especially. You can also feel free to just pick up a book and read for a while.

Cross word is a place where you can sit or stand literally to read the books you are looking forward to purchase. They have all the leading authors book. They have kids friendly section as well.Infact you can purchase premium quality stationary as well. They have Amazon Kindle also available to look n feel and purchase.Sometimes some of the books they will keep in sale as well, mostly novels.

This crossword is in the central Mall in bellandur. They have a good collection of fantasy and classic books including best sellers. Though their collection is not big, whatever they have is really good, and the books are all arranged really well.

My all time favourite. From college to my kiddos school I love to spend time in landmark. Books stationery toys home decor chocolates every section is my favourite.

It is in the center of the mall. It has good collection of books, are arranged in a well manner, a ramp would take you inside the shop. Coffee day is attached to this.so one can also enjoy the coffee and reading book. Store has good collection of stationary item as well.

It has very good collection .. ample books are there ..easily accessible. .staffs are good . they sale on MRP even some time they give discount .. there is no big queue in billing .. they accept almost all mode of payment.. overall I had very good experience.. Thank you

This shop is on the top floor of the central, a small portion on the side of the shopping area. This is very small not like how a crossword shop used to be. Since the space is small there comes the limitations on the collection too. The staff are also not that knowledgeable on books. You can go there if you are in central and in a hurry to buy a book or gift. Else other crossword shops or landmarks would be better

Obviously the same books are available online at a cheaper price but the store is all about selling the Experience of book reading, browsing at the ease which no online website can give. Good place good collection, I dont mind paying a little extra for the experience that they offer

Visited the Crossword store multiple times. This store is located inside the Central Mall, Bellandur. They have many promotions going on all the time. However, the store is not much big, so the books that we see in other bigger Crossword stores arrive here a bit late. They have a CCD next to the store, which kind of serves the purpose for the sitting readers. :)

Amazing place for someone who loves reading - with all new editions for each and every age group.

An average place where staff doesnt know much about which books are available. No place to sit and browse through the books. However, a good place to quickly browse the books for kids and some general books. Before purchasing books, check online price as online charges may be just half of what you get in this Crossword, especially for books having MRP of few hundreds. If you are already in Central mall at Bellandur, it is a good place to spend an hour here.

Not sure if this merits the title of a book store. Collection in this place is meagre.The watchman will follow you around (easy enough to do as so few people visit this place) to make sure you dont pocket a book.Also, while billing, the clerk will pretend to be doing you a favour by doing his job.Total waste of space.

Small place but i like the place, and good collection of books. Its adjacent to Coffee day and PVR.But I dont like the staff there. The guy I the front, keeps looking, not much help available on books, and cashier Murugan is rude and responds sarcastically.He gives false information on the price and discounts so that we buy. Last time he tricked me to buy a membership for 300 Rs, and that Ill get a discount of 25% on the books I was going to buy. Then he gave me the discount for 1 which is least priced book! And I had to go another time and buy 1 more book to redeem the 300. What a con!

This place - my fav- book shop Cross word is closed . Just 25 days back approx last week of April 2019. They didnt updated themselves.🙄🙄.I am sorry but I forecasted its closure longback as it cannot stand before Amazon and Flipkart. Everyone used to see books here but buy it through online. So sad to see its closure.

Small store when compared with crossword in forum value mall and other crossword stores. Books collection is good. Not a good option for small Toys, because its very less options available, for eg even basic hotwheel small toys not available.Never ever take the membership option by paying extra 300 ₹. Eventhough amount can be refunded in the next purchases. The membership card is specific to store, hence it cannot be used in other crossword store.

The staff was very negligent. We had requested for gift-wrapping, to which we got the reply that it would take time. Unassuming, we waited for around 30 mins. We could still see that the book we had given from gift wrapping, was untouched. Upon enquiring, the guy at the counter simply said oh, sorry sir. I forgot!. What wouldve taken just 3 mins to do, made us wait unnecessarily for so long.

DISGUSTING!!!!In a country with 1.25 billion people having over 122 major languages, of which just 10% can speak english, their 99% book collection is in English.Disgusting!!!The excuse they give is they dont have demand for other language books. In fact people do ask for other language books, as theres no supply they go back with broken hearts.Fools, people would buy books if you showcase the good ones, you barely have any books, forget about the good ones. On top of this your poor attitude, as if people asking for other language books are illiterates!!!!!
