Went in to buy a samsung galaxy watch. I wanted to test it on sure BEFORE buying it. The staff was very cooperative and even shared the internet connection with me as I was having connectivity issues. Walked out with a happy purchase. I recommend checking out their website first to see the stock currently available at the store before going in.

I had been to this store to sell my phone and exchange for another model. After all inspections I received a quotation and signed it. While submitting the phone for testing the executive had a weird concern stating that the charger pin is 2mm outside the charging slot. I could not understand how stupid it sounds when my mobile is properly charging and clearly showing fast charging on display. Moreover how would we know how well a charger port clicks?? All that as a user I knew was the charger should connect to the phone and charge as per standards without any flaws. Such a lame team with exciting ads but in reality its a worst place to expect good customer service.

They are not at all professionals and Im sorry to say that but they dont pay heed to what a customer wants. For them, their comfort is at the top.The website of this place very clearly mentions that they do doorstep service till 70 kms of their radius. However, these people cant even travel 20kms to deliver what you want inspite of you being ready to buy in bulk.Making lame excuses to dust off their responsibility is what they are good at.At one point the guy also said that I need to buy stuff worth 50k to be able to get it delivered 😂Seriously! Know your policies and rules!The guy didnt at all have a proper reason for not delivering the product. Alter a lot of thought and continuous speculation, the person on the other side of the call from CeX made a very lame excuse and told me that this 70 kms is written by mistake and that it is not specifically applicable to bangalore (although this is nowhere mentioned on the site) and nobody knows why! Apparantly, rest of the stores across different states abide by what is written as a Note on the website, but in bangalore they can only travel 7 kms to deliver the products.So people who live within the vicinity of their (CeX guys) comfort zones may be able to order things, while the others who are a little bit more in need of a home delivery service may have to call the store only to hear that they dont do this delivery thing ONLY in bangalore.Hats off to your excuse making skills!And a parting advice- please be respectful to your customers. Hear what they have to say and do not cut the calls while they are trying to speak. Customers are your bread and butter.

Well we all know this place is great to buy second hand stuff and better than most for selling your stuff(although youll always get a higher price selling it on online marketplaces)But more than that, this is a great place to get legacy electronic items like gaming consoles which are tested thoroughly before being put on sale. Ive bought and sold multiple items here without any issues. The staff is very helpful and professional.Its always great to take a look around and discover some awesome deals up for grabs.The buy prices could be a little better but you cant have it all can you

Went there to exchange ps4 games, pretty nifty place, had most of the games I wanted. They have this good will policy, that if you dont like a game which youve purchased from there, within 48 hours you can exchange it for full value which you bought/exchanged it at, after which you give it back to them at their price. Two ways of selling, in cash, or exchanging for a voucher which gives more value per game, than cash. Chose that, and super impressed with the friendly staff and manager.

There was a tall and fat employee who was very rude to me for no reason at all, showing his work tension on me. Never experienced this in any other CEX shops. Am very disappointed.

I went to sell my Galaxy S7 which was in a neat condition. The price which they were giving was much more than the exchange price which I was getting in other online portals. They were very professional and quick. I was there for only few mins. The amount was credited to my account the very next day. Its all manged centrally which gives you very good assurance. People visit here mostly for games.

Very unhelpful and incompetent staff. After my father waited for them to finish testing an iPhone they then said as the bezel is cracked they cant buy the phone. This after taking off the tempered glass and looking at it and testing for an hour.The prices of 2nd hand games are very inflated to buy and if youre looking to sell you would be better off giving them to a friend for the gratitude instead of the abysmal price they offer.Youre better off avoiding this store unless absolutely necessary.

What a junk shop with worst customer service. Bought a PS4 and the controller stopped within a month. They took the controller for service but its not possible to get in touch with them. They would rather cut the call instead of receiving it. Not sure why are they open in the first place.Dont buy stuff from there, especially from this cex branch.

Boon to people who want to recycle, reduce and reuse. I wanted an original Xbox controller though used one. This was the place to get it. They are quality conscious which is the reason why I was recommended this place. Hope they survive the market competition. They have old Xbox 360 games which are difficult to procure now

At times this place can serve as a great alternative to selling your items on spot rather than going through OLX or Quikr however they always undervalue the item youre selling no matter the condition if you have patience better try selling them on your own,if moneys not the concern then surely try your luck here, atleast there should be some parity in the price they buy you from and the cost at which they sell it to others or e.g, i sold my moto G5 plus (A+ condition) (1 year old) for around 3000,they put up the same item for sale,no refurbishing for around 9000 couple days later, as a bonus the people at the store are very rude too.

Very bad experience. Went to exchange my PS3 with a PS4 but they gave a so cold attitude and told there is an issue with the PS3 (hdmi flickering). I rechecked the system at my place, it was just readjusting to the resolution of the display. If you guys are not interested to buy PS3 then do not advertise on your website. Wasted my time and effort to visit the store all the way to the Whitefield.

Great place to shop for used products that are categorized as A.B.C. where A is like new, B is slightly used might have scratches or box missing, C- used will have scratches or dent.i have bought many items after checking and exchanging my products. check the website for stock and they have app too, there stores in mall so very convinient.

I found pre-owned PS4 games prices are too much high that few of them even crossed the first hand price tags of those particular games in Flipkart and Amazon too. For example, GTA 5 PS4 game 2nd hand price at CeX is 2200 rupees where as its price in amazon is 1980 rupees and same in flipkart too. So whoever is going to buy ps4 games here, I dont recommend them to go to this place. Instead buy in online websites for cheaper prices, even second hand too

Not very good customer service. They look for excuses to avoid home delivery. They dont send photos of the products before hand and ask to come in person to inspect it, no value for customers time. Also, most of their games are in bad condition, without the box arts and manuals, unlike the other outlets which make sure the used stuff they take in are of good quality, The other outlets in the city are far better in terms of quality and customer service.

Overpriced but ok

Bunch of cheats and crooks. Never buy anything from them, its better to buy in OLX or EBay than from these crooks. I managed to have good relation with them for 6 months and spent around Rs. 50K on them, 3 consoles(Xbox 360, PS3, and recently PS4). I regularly exchanged games and some guys in the store are pretty decent, they knew me well and exchanged.But recently a new set of crooks are running the shop and they are more interested in cheating out people. I went there to exchange some games which I rarely played or didnt particularly enjoy. The cheats wanted to find excuses to deny exchange. I simply told them to give me cash. Ill never go there again.I keep the games I enjoy and regularly play at home. I never cared for the money I spent on games, the crooks just lost a customer.

BIG TIME LOWBALLERS! When to sell few well maintained psp games, had around 7 games with me out of which 5 were ready to sell according to their terms and conditions and the best part was the way they were grading the price for the UMDs :) The chappie over there offered me 150 rs totally for all those 7 games!! Idiots think their customers come there without having any prior knowledge of reselling! Later sold the same games for 500/each online. NEVER GO TO THEIR STORE. They dont know the meaning of fair pricing.

A great collection of used games and gaming electronics. My experience though was not great as the headphones I bought did not even more than a day before it stopped being detected on the PC.Would rather cough up the extra dough and get the new one that pay 3/4th for risk of getting faulty one.

Ok ok. All products are costly almost as much as new product price. For eg, PS4 slim model costs 23k, while new one costs 26k. Mobiles are not cheap. Some game discs are cheaper. You may get some rare items such as old gen goPro, camcorders. They give standard 2yr warranty. However, if you are buying something that is not common in market for example goPro then servicing and spares are difficult to source, in such case they will give you refund of the product only as per CeX current buying rate which is pathetic low.Dont buy if you think the product you want to buy from them is old and if you think getting service will be challenging. Their 2yr warranty is gimmick and will be helpful only if you buy products which have surplus service today. Check their website first and then step into their shops
