Always a delight to visit this bookworm heaven. Visited it for the first time after Covid. Not much has changed. Prices are reasonable. Staff are as helpful as they were before and the book collection is good. A slight change is the number of new/lightly used books are comparatively high. All the old books which used to be bargain buys are behind the layers of these newish books. So you need to dig through to find the book that you want.

Reviewing a close to an heritage institution, is very difficult. But I have to be honest.It is highly likely you will find whatever book that you are looking for here. Be it niche high fantasy or metaphysics. But the major issue I found out was the fact that you wont be able to find them on your own.There is no clear organization for the books that are stacked. I tried to figure out but couldnt. The staff are more than helpful, but when youre at a book store, you want to explore on your own.Having been to the Shakespeare book company at Paris and other such illustrious book stores like blossoms, the small difference is that they have a recognisable stacking/organization system for their books.Apart from that, it is a brilliant place where I was lost for hours together.

Overall its good. Not many international authors we can find. Its all jumbled and not well maintained. Space is small and difficult to find the books that we want as they arent kept properly.

3 levels of perhaps the most extensive library of books, with some really rare titles. If you cant find it here, you wont find it anywhere.New and used books and they will buy back at 50% of the books value when you are done reading.

The book house have both new and refurbished books. All the books are well arranged in different shelves. But from the price point, its a bit expensive. So, go there if you dont know the name of a book or just want explore new genres and get surprised. This is a favourite of Bangaloreans going by the number of shoppers here any time. At the ground floor they stock new books and magazines. On the first and third floors they have used books of all kinds including fiction, management, childrens, classics and more. The books are arranged in slotted angle racks and in all possible spaces including stairwells and landings. Staff at the store do help find books but are t very efficient. Blossoms main attraction is the chance of finding of used book cheaper than new one.

Each section is dedicated to a specific genre so hunting for your choice of genre is easy. They have books for all types of readers- thrillers, romantic, mystery, Science, philosophy, comics , classics and the list goes on. Bibliophiles love this place for getting the best price on the books they are interested in. The books are always sold at a discounted price. They also have an exchange policy and they offer a pretty moderately good price for your old books. They also sell bookmarks and posters which collectors can buy and decorate their rooms. The books are stacked compactly so watch out :) The comics section is pretty good as it stacks all the famous comics I have heard of but the volumes are not organised properly so you may have some trouble searching them but its worth the fun :). Claustrophobic people will have a little tough luck because of the closely organised books.

Awesome place with really affordable books. Would not recommend driving or riding down. Parking is a nightmare on this road. The place has 4 floors, the books are arranged in a haphazard manner and makes it difficult to view all the titles and the Walk way to each floor is quite tough as well. Cost is lower and makes it effective by picking up additional books. The collection varies from fiction, non fiction, comics etc.. definitely worth a visit.

Its undoubtedly the best book store in Banglore. They have two stores very near to each other, the old one and the new, bigger one. Both have an extremely large collection of new and old books. The prices are very less when compared with other book stalls. Its a heaven for any book lover. They have a large collection of second hand books. We get all kinds of book here. Amazing collections, new releases are apparently very hard to find but this place has all of it available asap.

Its a very good stop for books.. it has 2 outlets in the same Street.. but beware whom you are dealing with in the counter.. bought a book recently which was old (approx 7 yr old edition and print) and had huge oil marks across multiple pages including cover. One person at the counter said it will still be sold on MRP. But later another person at same counter considered the condition of the script and applied suitable price.

The collection ranges from Indian History, Biographies, Fiction, Non Fiction, Coffee Table, Art etc and more...Do take one to three hours out for this nook on Church Street.Also remember, Namma Bengaluru Paid Parking is now active MG Road, Church Street and surrounds. When you think of home in a stranger city, what comes to your mind? To mine, it is always Blossoms. The old building is stacked to the goddamn roof with books - all genres, varieties. The folks running this place are extremely kind, friendly people. Talk to the owner, youd know why I am saying so.Every Saturday from 4-6 pm, a bunch of typewriter poets, illustrators, painters, photographers sit on its stairs and busk, write for strangers. The whole environment of the bookstore, and the artists on the stairs is the aesthetic that gives you life after a dreary week.Blossoms is where life comes to blossom, and if you havent visited this, booklover or not, you are missing out on a major part of Bangalores culture.
