Very nice staff & courteous. They suggest you well about quality & technical specifications. Have heard a lot about the carrom boards available here & went to purchase one. Must say, the boards are very good & price is higher as equivalent to the quality. I also checked the boards at Decathlon & its no comparison with these boards. OSEL Carrom boards are excellent!!

If you are looking for discounts, then Sports Mall offers no discounts but yes they extend offers that are currently running & trust me the prices are competitive & no breach. Me being a regular sports person, i trust & vouch for Sports Mall pricing.

Went for looking for cricket kit of size 4. Firstly nothing was available. Very limited stock seems like they dont have interest in cricket at all. The staff were very lazy not bothered about customer. We had to pull them and ask multiple time so that they can listen to our query. We went to this place travelling 30 min in bike and returned with nothing in hand and decided to never go there in this lifetime. They may be having sports goods but for cricket items this is not the place to visit. Also you need to be looking on first floor to identify this shop.

The collection here is limited but are of good quality. The service is excellent as they take that extra step to procure what the customer wants & its super fast with good follow up. All they want is customer satisfaction. Thumbs up to Sports Mall & the team.

With the recent change in management, this place is now energetic. They are refurnishing and stocking up with more sports goods which is what a sports enthusiast wants. When they did not have what I wanted, they noted it down and mentioned that they would get it as well. Overall, a very good experience with the new management

I think the guys has never been there... been here after Google reviews ..Real time clarification as of 23 July 2017,1) The shop is not big, not much choices and prices are by no means lower. Decathlon is far away from my place n I needed an equipment badly so been here...2) Ones you get online are same...if you are in dire need and cannot wait to go online n live near kammanhalli ,,can opt for this..3) No discounts whatsoever and u get the fixed price lecture.. the sales guy there is more petrified and has his mouth sealed for unknown​ reasons..Not a bad place but nothing extraordinary..be prepared. For limited choices as they have several last piece !!

I always had enjoyed the customer focus and service in the Sportmall shop.We had also approached them to support us for a fund raising run to support education of underprivileged children and the Sportmall (Akilesh and team) supported us generously for the third time in a row.They influence and inspire many in Brigade gardenia apartment to run, across all age groups through their support.

I would like to give no stars if there is an option. I bought Mavis 350 shuttle from here. They charged 1040 whereas everywhere else it is just 750-760. There is a huge difference of 300. Biggest cheaters.dont buy from here.And reply for the owners response , There was no confusion i asked them clearly 3-4 times about the price and they said its 1040 RsI was just getting late for the match and thats the only reason i was forced to take it from here.I still have the bill with me

Excellent customer service displayed by Akhilesh & team! The Sports Mall, J P Nagar Bangalore.. I had to purchase a throwball for a office tournament and the ball was delivered home within two hours of making an online payment. A purchase made so easy just over a phone call...i have never experienced in Bengaluru. Polite & friendly staff, authentic product and timely delivery and over that a small discount.. i cant expect more :-) :-) Trust worthy place for all sports needs..

I visited this place after reading positive reviews, but I was not impressed.Shop is located in JP Nagar and if ine follows Google map they will land right in front of the building. Shop is in 1 st floor, easily accessible and is easily visible from road.They have wide variety of sports goods but in limited quantity. I saw Badminton & tennis racquets. Cricket bat, swimming accessories, carrom board (the reason why I visited) among others.If one has immediate need to buy then do visit this place, if not Im sure one can find better price with some research. Products are priced as per MRP and they do not provide discounts which is the negative. But the shopkeepers were very knowledgeable and helpful.My reason for rating them 3 is because I bought 1 Vicky badminton racket (Rs. 300),1 silvers junior bracket (Rs. 360) and box of plastic birdies (Rs.500), however later I found out I could saved about 300-400 elsewhere.Also they had Osel carrom board which alone costs Rs. 2700 which is more than what I paid for Osel carrom board, coins, striker together.

Why im giving review here?Ive bought the football 2 months back. the ball is giving a good life and still in good conditions. Ive bought some fitness accessories also from thesportmall. very satisfied with those products and customer service.

First time i visited sport mall and i enjoyed lot because If i need any sport product i use to go Decathlon. and i feel very uncomfortable because its too far from my place .the sport mall is the store were i can find all sport & GYM Equipment and I feel very comfortable to shop.
