Pathetic service, and absolute mismanagement. Unclean rooms. Only read the recent bad reviews, they all are true. I thought it would be good seeing such high ratings.Breakfast is poor, they dont deliver in rooms. I shifted 3 rooms, one did not have working ac, Pathetic bathroom. Asking for soap also I have to ask 5 times.Over that they dont allow visitors.

It was great, just beside trinity metro and i had a pleasant stay. Easy to commute since you have a metro station just beside you. Room was great i really liked it and food was ok too. Not too many options but yes it was good.

Very pathetic experience. Its not upto Oyo townhouse standards.1. AC was not at all functioning properly and there was no cooling effect even when temperature was set at 16 degree.2. Parking is available at an extra cost.3. They have uploaded photos of balcony rooms just to mislead people. When we asked for the balcony room, they asked us to pay 500 extra. It wasnt mentioned anywhere in Oyo app. Had to pay Rs 30 extra for one bottle as they provided us only one water bottle.4. Washroom was not clean and they had not provided any oyo kit.5. No buffet for breakfast. Also food quality was bad. We had stomach problems after having their breakfast.6. Setup box for TV was not recharged so they provided us another setup box in which barely 10-15 channels were coming.Room was decent and only wifi was working. Not worth the money paid.

Room was big. There was a balcony also. But like all Oyo rooms I have been to, all lack cleanliness. Probably all are made and look good. But are not maintained. Mostly towel and bed sheets have stains or look dirty. Most of them have some issues in toilets also. I think with cheap prices you get cheap rooms. Picture of mushroom growing near the basin tap. Towel had a huge hole. Actually this was the most expensive Oyo room I have used, 2 or 2.2k. For the 1k etc rooms all this was expected and accepted

Very polite staff and prompt service. Rooms are spacious. At a convenient location near trinity metro. Breakfast was simple and nice. Washroom tiles are a little old as compared to rest of the room but overall it was a good stay. We are a married couple however it feels like a safe place for solo females and unmarried couples as well

The hotel is strategically located near good cuisine and metro station. Brigade road and shivaji nagar eatery and markets are close by. The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene. The cleaniness of the hotel could be better but it was fine overall the staff was friendly and cooperative. The complimentary breakfast was good. The car parking was ample. Overall 9/10 for the stay.

Great hospitality by the reception staff. We reached at 3:00 am, still had a completely hassle-free check-in within no time. This place is located so close to MG road - very convenient location. The neatness of the place is okay. Food was just ok-definitely a lot of scope for improvement on this front. I gave it 3 stars firstly because of the food, and secondly because at this price point, Id rather stay at a hotel.

My experience with OYO 014 Townhouse MG Road, Bangalore was nothing less than horrible. Prior to checking in, I had called the OYO representative to assist me with my booking. Besides not being able to understand a word she was saying (as she was talking in a speed of a bullet), she had told me that I would be assisted for early check- in with a total price of 4500rs, upon arrival. Which I had agreed on.Upon arrival, I had asked for an early check in only to know that I was charged twice the price, at 9066rs for ONE NIGHT. I decided that what they were asking for was ridiculous. And the receptionist that was attending this matter was new, and had told me that the fault was from his side.I refused to pay the extra cash, and decided to wait it out till the hotel’s check in time at 12pm. At that time, the receptionist had changed. To my surprise, I could hear her speaking to other staff from the other end of the lobby hall, saying that “the customer was not willing to pay the extra cash. And that the fault was from the customer’s side” What ever happened to customers being right? I was told a different matter, and only had agreed to the terms and conditions as per what was informed to me. Imagine my surprise when I arrived the hotel with a completely different terms?After checking in and being attended to our room, it was not at all impressive. I could only imagine why a customer would pay 9000++ Rupees for what I have gotten. The toilet smelt like it was out of the fish market; probably due to the drainage problems. I had found a cockroach in the toilet as well. And above that, there were evidence of termites on their all “economic wooden” concept.I have no regrets giving a one- or even no stars for this hotel. I had might as well paid for a better hotel at the price of 9000Rupees, with better services and facilities.

This is located at the entrance of the Hotel Ajanta Trinity. Standalone building renovated & branded by oyo. one of their brand which caters business travelers. Reasonably priced & nice spacious rooms. Location is great. very congested parking space. but can be managed , should experience the sound & noise control when theres any marriage event next door. As Ajanta is usually booked most of the time for some social events.Breakfast is complimentary. Pictures available in oyo are the actual images.

One of the best hotel in entire Bangalore City. You can enjoy your holiday by staying here. Trinity Metro station is nearby so u can travel anywhere in Bangalore from here with the help of metro train. And a wonderful mall is located nearby hotel which is called Garuda mall not only Garuda mall... Central mall, reliance trends everything located in walkable distance. I hope you people visit soon....., Happy day .

The First impression of the hotel is really classy and minimal the lobby, re om etc.This suppose to te better than oyo flagship but its not at par with even 2 Star hotels for following reasons.- this hotel dont permit the smoking but most of rooms fludded with cigarette smell.- their bathrooms are not clean and makes you feel sick.- the breakfast options are very limited and they taste horrible. The restaurant staff is rude and does not maintain hygiene.Keep in mind that they take all the money in advance which forces you to stay in this hotel.

I read the manual at the last moment which says that you will get a goodies basket when you enter the room for the first time, which I never received. The front desk service is good, but needs more communication between themselves. The room service is good but need to improve in cleaning of the room. Food is decent but theres a lot of scope in improvisation.

Bad place to stay

Since the hotel is in the centre of the town, you have everything beside you. Clubs, bars, restaurants, etc. The services of the hotel are appreciable. They do daily and proper cleaning. Only the worst part is the breakfast which has a very limited number of options. Mostly they have only 2-3 dishes and all are South dishes. No option for North Indians other than omelette and juice. Although that doesnt bother much. I will rate 5 for the staff politeness.

Being in the heart of CBD, the location is convenient to travel on the metro. This place has car parking, hotel had very spacious and naturally light rooms. Its pleasant and comforting. Food could be better as the limited menu gets boring if one has a long stay here. There are no convenience stores around so it becomes a little challenging to buy regular stuff. Also, restaurants around CBD is more on the higher prices side which is OK for the evening sessions with friends or colleagues. Nonetheless a good place of stay and centrally located.

Available in the heart of the city, rooms are so comfortable and staff over here so friendly, they just make you feel, home away from home. Especially Richard who assisted me during my staff. Its a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Oyo need to rethink about about their snacks basket.

Washrooms need top be way more cleaner. One man cannot serve as security guard and bell boy. Nobody cared to provide wifi details. You can care to make the rooms smell fresh and nice.

Hygiene - while I understand that it’s a cheap option that is on offer but saying that cleanliness cannot be compromised with. The best part was the location and the staff. Friendly and not over bearing.

Quite a disappointment especially when compared to what they promise for the Townhouse category/brand and what they charge. This place needs loads of attention and supervision in terms of both product quality and service. No self make tea/coffee option in the room, most of the services listed in their guestbook not available e.g. HD channels and 24x7 food menu, large room but poorly designed, dysfunctional lights in the rooms and bathrooms and much more.

The front desk - I arrived at 9 am, I had early check in at 10 am, they would not let my wife and I check in despite of the fact that the hotel was completely empty.After having travelled 14 hours straight and also explaining to them I am cehecking out in only a matter of few hours - 4 pm (was just transitting via Bangalore) and mainly just wanted to use the toilet. My wife and I had to try and find a restaurant or coffee shop, just to use the toilet. Will not book here again and will only advise against this hotel.You are in the hospitality industry, my experience was anything but hospitable and I and am person with high tolerance level for for such dense behaviour. I can understand if they were fully booked, it was a new hotel and they maybe had 1 guest satying with them, they even had the audacity to tell me that they are not fully booked.

OTH as i call it, a best place to stay where you can be assured of best service and quality rooms and washrooms along with good quality food. Wooden flooring and unique interiors suit well. Personally at any location i prefer oth to other hotels.

Maintenance is very very poor. Infact the rooms are filthy. Washroom was very dirty. Didnt seen like it was ever cleaned. Towels were unclean, shower fittings rusted. Faucets are so dirty. Glass not cleaned. Basin clogged. Mirror, taps, basin, washroom floors not cleaned. Washroom stinks badly.Bed linens were stained and not washed. Pillow covers were dirty too.Room was not swept or mopped even after room service was done. Had to request for it. Cleanliness is basic which was not provided in this oyo townhouse. The tariff is high and unnecessary for this type of badly maintained rooms.Thoroughly dissappointed with this stay. Id never opt to stay with oyo again.

Very conveniently located, just 100 metres off MG Road. Rooms are clean and spacious. Interior ambience is lovely. Loads of restaurants around. Plenty of things to do around the hotel and just a hop away from city centre attractions.

Receptionist is polite and approachable. Overall, good place compared with other horrifying Oyo rooms.

Had been to their banquet hall which is in Basement. It is Air Conditioned with approximately 150 people seating. However, the building is not visible from the Main Road.

The Restraunt is virtually not there. The breakfast was ok, I could not order dinnwr as they had a delay in the same. But for the same price you ciuld get a better stay
