Pathetic customer service. The staff here is busy chatting ang giggling while the customer asks for help.The lady at billing counter was extremely rude, it seemed she expects a minimum billing of 10k.They really need to train their staff some courtesy and humility.

I had a very good experience with Simran. She helped me with the products on whatsapp and gave complimentary products as well. If you go to the store look for Simran, she is very helpful.

The staff was tooo good but there was a misunderstanding with the products they gave and then they solved it but next I buyed 2 lipsticks from nykaa brand it came tooo dry I talked to someone in shop he told to put some face serum into it but now the lipsticks are not goood at all really very dissatisfied from the nykaa

The store was really beautifully maintained. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Its located near to ub city and can be easily spotted from a distance. Although its located in a small lane. Its a one stop for makeup products. They have collection of brands like M. A. C, revolution, nykaa, etc.

It was really delightful and happy with shopping experience.. as a mua we get to shop wide range of Brands at one stop.. the service is great and oh my the sales guy / the manager was really kind to give some great discounts 😉😛🥰

It was a good experience. Especially I liked the way Helen showed me all the products. She was really good and quite professional with her work following all the Covid Safety Rules. I was really impressed by her work.You get all products here especially Kay products which u dont get anywhere else.Maybelline and Lakme products arent available here .

The worst place to shop. Customer service is pathetic and no one cares if you walk into the store. Everyone is gossiping and least bothered to attend to a customer. They have badly trained staff and no provision to test foundations. Bloody waste of time

Not much collection ,Dont sweat it you can shop in the App itself and right co-vid situation they dont even let you touch the products .And The Staff in the Cash counter is good and humble .Other staff are Rude .Probably will not visit again.

24/02/2021 (Wednesday )I got a really bad experience in Nykaa store at Lavelle Road , I did the payment through Gpay & they said they did not gt the payment , they keep on telling me to do the payment again (twice) .They said Ill gt the refund back if they got the payment bills twice but since then I feels like they are Ignoring.....I keep on calling the store but it always says “The no. Your calling is currently busy ” . I want my Refund back & I will return the product which I bought From NYKAA.

Worst experience ever , went to store asked about the particular brand cosmetic staff confirmed its in indranagar branch went to indranagar branch they denied we dont sell that brand in store its online , indranagar staff was extremely rude ,when showed them application n was asking them about application they denied n said we dont know application , n staff was rude . It is shameful for staff that they dont know about their application they cant guide customer on application n they are not aware about their products and behaving so bad with customer. Really disappointed with this

Very bad experience. I wanted to purchase a MAC brush in Feb, but it was not available in the store. So, I placed an online order from the store with the help of store executives. They gave me a receipt and said that the product will be delivered in 3 to 4 days. but months have passed but to no avail. i have called customer care, but they said order no is not valid. provided them with copy of receipt, to which they said they will refund, but till date there is no refund. I went back to the store with the receipt and order details, but they said they will find out and asked me to come back again. its not possible for me to travel every now and then to the other end of the city. when I try to call up the store, no one picks up the call.Just pathetic customer experience ! Till date I have not heard from the store or Nykaa. No assistance provided in my refund.Strongly suggest not to buy from here. they are cheats..As you mentioned on my post yesterday, I have written a mail to [email protected]. You can find all my trail mail attached, where Nykaa promised for refund but still not credited the refund. Please check urgently.

The nyka website has range of products but the store has very limited choices.

The sales person was very patient and sweet.

Once we reach store by 8pm,they said store has been closed for customers..at least they would have update timing in case they are changing the time...it was bad experience, waste of energy and time.

Collections are less..Before it was better...

The M.A.C selling staff was very rude and disrespectful. The first time we went she promised us services on purchase of a certain amount. When I finally went a week later to avail the make up service she is telling me the staff that promised to do it is not there and that she cant waste an hour on me . Would not recommend to buy M.A.C products from there basis on the false promises that they offer.

Indumathi is the best artist I have ever met at Lavelle Road branch. Not only having knowledge on all the products but also she has ideas and tips on the finger tips to sort out make up issues. She is extremely humble and kind with me. Must visit this store.

Pathetic customer service. Though the issue is raised, which requires a little bit of a brain, then except no response from customer service executives and they just put the call on hold indefinitely.

I came to check for products to find my correct tone in foundation,Purnima Bobbi Brown artist helped me find the perfect shade. I am extremely satisfied with the product.will definitely visit the store again.

This outlet is great, they have many high end brands there, but what I felt missing was Lakme and Loreal. These common brands should be there. Only high end is not enough. Reach out to more peoples rather than just few. Also there was no offers in store when they have online. They have no choices for free gifts. A great disappointment. For cosmetic products they should give a pouch as a mandatory thing, and it was missing.

I was a bit disappointed to see that half the sales women were very busy applying their own makeup at the store when it was open. There was one lady who helped me pick out the things I needed. Lots of things I was looking for was unavailable. The lady was helpful and sweet.

I normally shop online on nykaa website. Thought of checking out the outlet for a physical experience. Its good but very limited choice. I prefer online better

BE WARNED: The shop people will try to tell you that all their brands and products are cruelty-free (dont test on animals), but that is NOT TRUE. Their justification is: the particular batch of products they get arent tested on animals....what??? Ridiculous. Estee Lauder, MAC, Clinique, etc...all test their products on animals. They pay for animal testing in China. Huda Beauty, theBalm, and Nykka, do not test on animals. Please do your own research and dont trust the shops word.

Famous for beauty products, at supreme location. They organize event to teach make-up work as well.

Wish I could rate them a big fat 0.The biggest fraudsters of late. They take your money and dont deliver the products. When asked about it, they show you a fake proof of delivery. They dont share clear timeline of response. I placed an order on 24th Aug and they show me a proof of delivery of 22nd aug.How can you deliver the products to me before I order it. You guys are providing inconvenience rather than convenience to the customer being an online company.I have been waiting for a week, calling their helpline number everyday, emailing them everyday and there is no resolution.Please dont buy products from this bogus website. They are fraudsters.

Am really dis pointed. counter guys as to understand selling may be your work same time suggesting and giving correct product is als ur duty, just forcing to buy something which is not suits.I purchased make up for my wedding MAC Makeup cost 11k, Guy given me wrong shade of Foundation, its make my skin worston my 2nd visit. i tried estee lauder foundation counter grl was literally not interest to show anything. She applied some shade she is convening me that is rgt shade.Tried Smash box concealer i told very clear not confuse give correct shade.she suggested some shade, after billing she saying i have to add some light shade with that.YOU PEOPLE WASTED MY MONEY ,Time, damage skin.

Went there to purchase a foundation. The outer plastic that covers the entire box for my Estee Lauder wasnt present. Im not sure if this is how usually all Estee Lauder foundations are sold. But it gives me doubt that the foundations are opened before.Although the staff did help me with picking out the foundation color. I was a bit disappointed that I could only see few shades near my tone on the counter.Im sure there are many more available in reality.
