I have visited this place from almost 8 years and have recommended and in fact taken my friends and family to this place. My sister in fact comes all the way from Bannerghatta road just to shop here. However I visited this place today as usual, to buy some cosmetics, the women in the cosmetic counter are very very rude. They behave like they are doing us a favour and we are getting things for free. As a woman we need to check shades of lipsticks or foundation or whatever, the people in the counter are hired to help us choose the right shade and show us the shades they have, but they just ignore us whenever we ask anything and if you ask for a particular shade they reply in a very rude manner. This is not the way a person behaves with the customers. All the promotion I have done for this place is of no use. Though Ive been a regular customer for 8 years. I will never ever visit this place ever again, and also will tell all my friends to never ever go here. Whatever things and items they sell, being nice to customer is important. The staff here, especially the ones in the cosmetic counters are pathetic. I hope the owners do something about this soon. And yes u have lost and will lose a lot of customers.

I would’ve given no stars if the app would allow. This guy is a cheat and a fraud. Be careful. He routinely gives back incorrect change for large bills pretending he didn’t count properly. If you notice and ask then he says I’m sorry. When You you don’t then he pockets it. Cheap and low class cheat. I used to always buy from him when I visit Bangalore from the US where I live until I found this happening routinely. I am spreading this all my friends in the US so people are aware of this fraudster.

Overrated. They may have a decent collection but the staff is rude, especially the man at the billing counter. They literally stalk people as if everyone shoplifts or something, hardly letting you hold an item to read the label. Once you decide you want something, theyll immediately grab it from you and give you a token number thingy and they keep the item near the billing. And many of them just want you to buy from their counter so they keep forcing you to look at their wares. Not much discounts either. This place made sense before online shopping perhaps as lot of items are under one roof. Now youre better off buying online with discounts. And if you want tiny items like rubber bands etc, there are small shops surrounding this with sweeter store employees.

The salesperson are friendly and show you each item with good patience. They have affordable range of cosmetics, jewellery sets and long necklaces that can match to the earrings I already own!!
