Good experience, but the hairdressers keep changing very frequently. It’s very hard to find someone who’s remembers your hairstyle again. We have to keep saying them again and again, sometimes it goes good, most the times it doesn’t. They should have a good team management and remember the customers choices.

Have been going there after the unlock and brilliant sanitization and covid precautions in place.. Around seegehalli this is far better than Naturals, green trends.. Again.. Parking is an issue at Apple city market so choose a low traffic time.. Most services are on and at slightly higher cost due to special one time use and throw material practices..

I would suggest everyone to pay a 100 more and go to a good authentic salon.Horrible experience i had lately.These guys dont know how to shave. They have cut me multiple times in face.They dont even ponder or sorry for what they did.The reception guy silently gave me bill and asked for payment method. How ridiculous and shameful they are. Not coming back to this saloon again.

I wont recoomend to this salon. Out of three, only one female staff is professional, rest two are untrained staff.They charge their own rates. Their rate card shows nominal rate but they charge much higher than that. Normal hair spa is 800 for short hair, while they charge 1400 -1600 for medium length and 2000+ for lengthy hair.They also dont use sufficient product. I took clean up service. They applied small portion of face pack and tried to cover the full face with that.I wont go to this place again.Adding to previous post, this was my 3rd visit. I have been to this salon for pedicure, hair cut and hair color too. If software doesnt have records then there is something wrong with that.Taking about the quantity of product, so one of the staff told that we have to ans to mam how much product we use n all that... Please use sufficient product because your charges are no less than any top branded salon.Last point, Instead to charging your own rate to clients, you can mention all charges in your rate card. Be transparent in your charges.

They are very unprofessional when it comes to handling appointments. You can call and book an appointment and confirm twice. But when you reach there, it will still not be honoured. And the stylists are mostly amateurs barring a couple who know what they are doing. I have had my cheeks cut getting a shave there and hair style messed up. Would advise you to avoid this if you can.

Good place, decent price

Today I visited the salon (without appointment), there was only one customer other than me. Got the haircut done, but I requested for head meassage which was refused with the excuse that they have appointment even though the salon was empty. There was no supervisor or owner in the salon who can manage these request from customer. It is completely left on the staff who is damaging the business for the owner. I find this salon staff too unprofessional and would suggest owner to have a responsible person present to look after the business. I decided not to ever visit the salon, there are many in the near vicinity.

Always I prefer to take service frm them. Special thanks to jenny n her services, the way she handle the customer. Me n my mom is a big fan of her. Package service is good n reasonable.

My husband and i have been visiting the Saloon since 2014. The ambiance , service has been always top quality and i have no reasons to complain about anything. One of the most unprofessionally managed salons in the neighbourhood. They know nothing about customer service and One car having been there twice feel that they dont care if they lose customers or not. I sat there today morning for 25 minutes with no soul to even attend to me and had to walk out.Update having seen the response from the owner:I had a similar experience the first time even after taking an appointment so thats not an excuse. As for this time the staff very much saw me but he was just not bothered. Lets face it. I guess if your salon has any intention to improve, you need to listen to issues and stop being defensive and put the blame back on the customer without even taking the efforts to understand what happened. So that summarizes things isnt it?

As a preface, I hate getting my hair cut. I get anxious and usually end up going to some random place to just get the most generic cut. Outlook Salon made me change my mind (for now, at least). The price was more reasonable than most of the salons in the area for the level of service I received. I was given an excellent haircut, plenty of pampering, lots of great styling tips and good conversation.

Happy with the haircut, turned out to be what I asked for. They have a appointment system, so give a call before heading for haircut, You can fix the time and the guy who should cut your hair.Overall a pleasant experience.

Good for mens haircut, ask for Laxman, he is the best hairstylist there, other hairstylists are good as well. But having haircut and beard grooming services by Laxman for last 2 years and he has never disappointed, very happy with the overall service. They are maintaining good hygiene as well. I would suggest this, but the GST what they are charging for their services is too high, more over their is no membership discount on package deals, more over most of the time hair wash is done with cold water with some or the other story, when other saloons in kadgudi area are providing offers n deals this saloon never values the customer feedback, many times informed the receptionist about the GST he simply smiles, many customers argued with him about GST, and many more are telling out-rightly that this will be the last visit but still Mr.Girish kamat owner of this saloon is not available for a word.

Today I visited this salon for a hair cut n threading... Hair cut done by a person called Dewan was looking fantabulous. Many thanks to that person. He gave me lots of suggestion on maintaining good hair.The worst part was threading ... Which was done by a lady named SUGUNA. This is a basic service which any one working in a salon should know. I showed her a pic on what exact shape I need my eyebrows... She really messed up with my existing shape of my eyebrows too.. very worst Job done by her.. I am really unhappy... Very angry on that lady... If I was the owner of the salon I would have fired her from job now... She doesnt know such a basic thing... Not sure how good she is at other services. I suggest u guys not to get any service from her.

I had a horrible experience with this salon. I went there for hair rebonding, and the hairdresser LITERALLY BURNED MY HAIR. They did not know a thing about hair quality. The lady which everyone showed as if is a hair expert, was an illiterate who was not even able to differentiate between burnt hair and split ends. I complained to the lady owner, but she was indifferent about it. Nobody bothers. Its you who has spent 6000 on one hand, and have damaged your own looks on the other hand.For normal cleaning services like clean-up, manicure etc, it may be okay(not tried though), but when when it comes to expert level services, please do not trust them or else you would also hate your looks for the next whole year, like me.
