Hair smoothening/straightening service I received was very bad. 2 people worked on my hair, Zubair and Shanawaz. I clearly see the difference on both the sides.When I complained they are saying reasons which makes no sense at all.Please ask for Zubair, his work is good. He is patient and professional with the work he does.While the straightening process was going on the other person was pulling my hair so rough with the hot iron though I mentioned multiple times.

Zubir is one of the best and polite professional. The service has been at its best!

Great services at Naturals sahakar nagar. I got dandruff hair treatment and spa done by Aman, she was very professional and nice. Rating 4 stars because I was told that the membership card cannot be used for 2 months, why are those cards even provided to us if theyre not supposed to be used? Overall it was a very relaxing experience.

I went naturals for the first time took service from nisha for my hair cut and she did amazing work she is so polite and really great hairdresser.

Excellent services by Nisha. Credit card machine was not working though which was a drawback. Otherwise had a pleasant experience. Everything was hygienic and only disposable material was used.

Why do they even provide membership cards and say that, they are not applicable for the services below 1000? After lockdown they have skyrocketed the prices like anything. Eg : For threading they charge 80 whereas in their catalogue it shows 40... Another pathetic thing is, they charge even for the disposable covers which seems already dirty and used... Highly disappointed because I was a regular customer of naturals for the past 6 years & have to rethink of continuing the useless Membership cards...

Every time I go to Bangalore I visit this place. I am not sure about others but I find this place is amazing. Not everyone speaks English and thats is the problem since all of them either speak Kannada or Hindi. Tell them what they want before you giving your head.

Their services are good. However, looting in the name of membership. Talk about membership and renewal every two years. 500 for every renewal. Front office person behavior is arrogant.

I have been recipient of their services for 3 years now and I havent had the need to find another. Their staff is welcoming, trained, skilled and very accommodating. Their prices may seem high but the relationship they try and build with their customers is worth the money.

Service is really good. Very professional and friendly especially@shahnawaz who was my assigned hair expert and suggested couple of services which were really good. Highly recommended.

Hi my wife Had a smoothening at naturals salon Sahakara Nagar branch. before doing smoothening her hair was healthy and good but was coloured.After smoothening her hair got completely damaged also the hair is falling a lot.When She asked for the solution they are telling that her hair is damaged due to hair colouring and they are also known in advance this will happen after smoothening but still they went ahead and did smoothening just for money.Now they are not ready to make any treatment to her.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY350 bucks for a haircut is high and when you realise youve been billed 50 rupees for safety and hygiene charges and you havent been provided any of the things youve been billed for and the receptionist wasnt even wearing a mask covering her face its called DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. 50 bucks for a disposable apron is exploiting customers in the name of pandemic.

I had been there to haircut & beard trimming for couple of times and it was very unpleasant experience from Naturals. Poor quality, unprofessional and their hair dresssors doesnt speak either regional language or English so it would push us to learn Hindi to have haircut in Naturals sahakara nagara. Lol 😂In one instance I went for beard trimming and hair dresssor has ruined my day. Hence, I complained about the same with front desk. So, Front desk lady asked me to come back again on next week so there is one more hair dresssor and he will make it correct, To that we are not gonna charge you again. Then I took an appointment for next week and went to have a beard trim and the result was same. More on, They charged me again for their mistake (and front desk lady said,If you take haircut then we wont charge you for beard trim. Feels like cheated again lol 😂 ) .Thanks Naturals Sahakara Nagara.

Today I had done my hair dressing two staffs I have met one was Lukeman who was my hair dresser he is an excellent artists and an excellent mentor , other staff was the receptionist her name is Elena her expression and courtesy is excellent and she is very good in mathematics. I appreciate their efforts and encourage them to go further in life.

Reasonable salon with acceptable service standards. Recommend you seek an appointment especially on weekends as it gets busy & you would have to wait. Few good service providers to name are Hassan & Salim. Maintenance & Upkeep can be worked upon. Its a unisex salon.
