Vry bad experience I went for hair colour...... I showed the picture whch colour i wanted to do she dint even bothered nd did some other colour.....vry upset waste of money vry costly if u dont want to waste your time nd money plzzz do go for hair colour vry unprofessional.....

Great value for money, a bit crowded for the space though.

I used to go to this parlour when I lived near Brigade Road 7 years back. It was very good. Recently, I went there again for a head massage, hair wash and fruit facial. Their service is amazing and never compromised and reasonable on the pocket. Every staff is very skilled. It is very crowded on weekends so better to go on a weekday if you can. But do note that it is only 1 room, so no separate compartments for waxing, facial etc.

Very reasonably priced and they do a great job in terms of permanent hair straightening. They do waxing in the same room where they colour, cut, style hair and thread and everything so you have to be ready for that. They are very good. Their number may be not reachable but you can walk in anytime

One of the amazing services at kundanhalli salon. Staff is very polite to deal with the customer, quick services and very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend for Fee Chu salon.

The service is so so bad, the staffs are very arrogant. They have been in the market for ages. Service doesnt matter to them anymore. Staff burnt my skin inpsite of telling her to handle properly. The management is not concerned about the customers anymore. It is not like how happened to be. They dont deserve even one star.

This is about Kundanahalli Branch, i Would rate 0.staff are so careless, they will not care what customer want, they make Facial expressions as though they are providing free service and chit chat on Customer while service they think we dont understand.one-year I have been using this parlor I was ignoring those gestures as I was not going there to see their faces, last time the service was so bad, very careless attitude, they keep changing the Rates verbally each time.

Staff need to be trained on how to treat customer, very bad service.

Worst service , they do not know how to do facial also . Not hygiene at all..They charge higher facial and do local product.Not recommended at all

Please dont visit this parlour. They spoiler my haircut. I told her to cut it short to so and so length but she cut it so short that it looks like Bob cut. Even after cutting ut short the lady was rude and arrogant. It looks really bad. Never going to this place again.

Worst experience....never going again....not worth the money.....had gone for a haircut......the attendee didnt listen to the requirements when being told many times......it had to be redone again by another attendee who fixed it to an extent....
