Dont take appointments...otherwise you have to wait long....They consider offline first so no need to take appointments first.Booked the appointment at 11 oclock of 12:30...when i visit i saw many of them were offline was sitting there...mine num came approx 1:30They dont know the value of time👎👎👎

I went there for hair smoothening. It was done by Sameer. He was very polite and interactive. He suggested me good hair maintenance techniques too. I was satisfied by the service.

When asked for a hair cut suggestion, they seemed to be very confused and not confident to suggest anything.Not sure if the staff was new. He insisted me to suggest the hair cut. The place seemed to lack a good management.Also hygiene wise 4 star. I could see hair all around and unwashed clothes being re used.Overall Average service not very satisfying,Polite staff, not much waiting period which is a good thing.

I took hair smoothening here, done by John. It was very nice, they did in a detail process. Rina and Shampa are managing the store nicely. Well co operated staffs.

A very bad salon for girls hair treatment. They spoiled my GFs hair. We went there for hair straightening but they did this so badly that the hair are now totally spoiled. Hair Straightening was never so much of painful.After 2 weeks, the hair are looking very much wrinkled.Worse Salon for girls.

After few months of smoothening, my hair started turning white. Very bad service. And hair fall has increased.

This is a best salon at Marathahalli! The service was awesome. I took a haircut, the stylist was very patient and gave a very nice finish. And I was surprised to see the price, it was very reasonable. Even my eyebrows were done right. They do what you ask for.I surely recommend this salon.

Nice service.. For hair smoothening it is really good and budget friendly salon. Clean and hygiene salon. But u should be careful If u are going for haircut or something. Choose experienced hair dresser. Few of them are not good in haircut. U will tell something to do and he will do some other hair style.

I have visited this salon twice. The service is very good and they have good packages to choose from. Value for money and the staff is very honest. I left my gold ring by mistake and the lady came and gave it before I left.Do try for good hair spa. The massage will just relax ur head and shoulders.

Worst service, they just wanna take your money and no service in return just show off.they dont invest time for what u have paid. And i booked the appointment via Be U salon app shere i got the coupon of 50 after payin 1699 and they did not consider that coupon and said they only take it during weekdays not on Fri sat n Sunday which is mentioned no where. Not in app nor in salon.

Had a great experience. Prakash was my hair stylist and patiently heard what kinda haircut I wanted and did a great job. Loved his work. Moreover it is in prime location and the price is reasonable as well. Definitely coming here again.

Over charged me.I paid for hair smoothening and also a haircut, which I never got, because the lady at the reception punched in both coupons the moment I handed her my phone. She tells me after that a hair trim is included in the smoothening package.Had she not used up both coupons I couldve gotten the hair cut coupon refunded. I wasnt upset about the money. What truely shocked me was the money hungry attitude.Not going back there! Ever!

Nice place for getting salon service

If you are planning for hair color then its a Big NO.I went there from Be U salon app and they said that my hair length is long hence they cant accomodate in the same package. Then I did my 10 highlights but they said they have done 11 and charged for the same moreover the highlights were pathetic as it was bot even visible at the tip or the lower part if hair. A very bad experience indeed. The lady who sits at the reception just uses silly trick in order to earn more .

Its decent and in budget salon. Last week I got hair smoothening done by John and he really did a good job as per my expectation. He doesnt talk much but he has good hands on experience on hair straightening.

The staffs are very nice. They wont make you wait for so long even when it is crowded. They can speak English as well as Hindi very well. The rates are moderate and fixed. Online payment, card payment and cash payment facilities are available.

I went for hair smoothening.I read a lot of reviews about how the hair smoothening went bad. I was skeptical but i still went ahead. This is my third smoothening my hair and second time at curlz.last year i did it here so i had some trust.The guy who did my hair smoothening was vey slow. I have short hairs till my shoulder and it took him 2 hours just to wash and blow dry my hair and pur the first cream. Secondly, he doesnt know how to dry hairs. I saw one more guy doing the same thing. They were using fingers to split hairs and their nails were so irritating in the hairs.Moving on, while i was still their one girl arrived and complained how its been just two months of her hair smoothening and her hair is already getting curly.The worst that happened to me that day was that this guy ironed my hair so many times and that after the whole process my hairs have been completely damaged and looked burnt.I sure know that was not how it was supposed to be.I am not going back to curlz againAnd, if you love your hair you should not too.

Good parlour, especially for haircut. Stylists are welcoming and friendly. They run good offers quite frequently. If you are put up in Marathahalli or near by, do try once. They dont accept cash payment, so dont forget to keep your card with you.

Writing on behalf of my wife,I went to Curz Salon Be U, Marathahalli for hair smoothening on 6th December 2019 (you can see the attached bill). After the service my hair looked good. The staff (Reena, I think she is a receptionist) told me how to maintain and all those. They also promised in case of any issues I could visit them and they would fix it which made me happy.Within 5 to 6 days, again my hair looked like before and there was no affect of smoothening. On 15th December, again I visited them to get it fixed (they had also promised they would help me out), but to my surprise, I got the worst response from them. Forgot about fixing my issues, they were not ready to accept it was a problem. Reena (the same lady who promised...) says she cant help as she was not there (she was there as she only told m her name. She was the one who attended me and made my bill ready.)Dear Curz admin and staff,Are you guys serious? Is this how you deal with a customer?1. When this great lady (Reena) was there, why is she claiming that she wasnt there?2. How does even her presence/absence makes sense? As per her logic, it does; considering that, why dont you close the shop in her absence and why do you let the customer suffer?3. Being in Salon business, really dont you know how long the affect of smoothening should remain?4. I paid 4700. Do you think this is a small amount?5. When I visited, while I was talking to Reena, the guy (who did the service) simply came and so carelessly tried to touch my hair. Is this how you behave with a lady customer? Dont you have sense that you are supposed to ask a customer and particularly when she is not taking the service on the chair?Respected owner/admin, whom so ever you are,Is this how you trained them? Now, Reena clearly said that she cant do anything and no refund will be made. Logically does this make sense to you? Do you pay your bill without any result?I not only wasted my money, but also my valuable time.Do you have anything to tell, respected owner?

Ambience was pleasant smelling and clean. Staff were polite and friendly. However the way pedicure and manicure were done showed lack of professionalism on the staffs part. The work was sloppy, though the ladies were really nice.

Initially the place was better, now they have changed the staff. The new staff is polite but not definitely skilled. You ask them something they will end up doing something else

Entirely Ruined my beard grown continuously for 2 months. The guy didn’t have understand at all. I even showed him many pictures of how it should look like. I had to have it adjusted again by another guy in the salon. Although returned with short stubble.When I was giving feedback of the same to the receptionist/manager he said “we adjusted it right!!!” I suggest not to opt this salon.

1st. Receptionist have bad attitude towards customers.2nd. Its way too costly than any other saloon, even though they are using same products as others.3rd. They give less service for more price , than others.
