Had a bad experience with them, was travelling to Bangalore after much research found this place,best according to the reviews,so got an appointment for eyelash refilling, as I have a big function to attend next week.I went there thought I’ll get the best technician but I got a trainee, who worked on me for two hours for refilling , overlapped lashes ,pain and pinches were a part of my refilling process.I have been doing eyelashes from the last three years and this has been my worst experience. Got the refills, when back to the hotel, whole night no sleep ,lashes were feeling so heavy and there was a pinching pain ,overlapped, full with glue looked fake too.Next day I went back and got them removed.Total waste of money & time for me.So if anyone is looking for eyelash extensions or refills,with them, just don’t allow them to get it done by a trainee or a fresher who’s new on the job, because when I had asked the manager he was like she’s a technician only.They have this lady who is their trainer she was much of a help though.

Took up makeup classes at Zorains and I’m extremely pleased with my overall experience there. Bilal was kind enough to guide me well and was ever so helpful. My mentor Reena was extremely polite and soft spoken, reena ma’am made sure to clear all my doubts, explained every single detail well, helped me and guided me to the fullest . My hairstyling classes were taught by Anusha and she too was very kind, soft spoken and fun . Hi Team Zorains,I really needed some time to digest the fact that my classes are over. I did not want it to end for sure.My interest towards make up started when i started belly dancing during which i was taught self make up by my dance teacher Payal Gupta. Post that i started researching building my kit. In 2017 i did get to know about Zorains Studio and the wide range of courses they offer and had decided i am definitely going to this institute. A switch from being an IT professional to Makeup artist - it definitely took a long time to decide. but this time there was no seeing back and had to take a leap of faith on myself and most importantly on the institute.I DONT REGRET MY DECISION AT ALL. From Day 1 all my trainers Shin,Ritagya,Akila,Anusha, Sonali, Sharanya, Zorain Mam and Imraan Sir all of them have been so patient and extremely sweet. Each and everything i learnt from them is definitely my life time skill and i am extremely grateful for all of them.I have been a very curious person and asking so many questions. They have answered all my questions with so much patience. Recently took up online smokey eye class. My trainer Lakshmi was very patient and professional. She taught me every step very clearly and corrected my mistakes too. Not just smokey eyes, she covered all topics of eye makeup and helped me with product knowledge as well. On whole I loved the whole class and time spent with Lakshmi . Pros:I have done my bridal level-2 course, Make-up teaching was good,4 hrs was the class timings but they used to extend class upto 3hrs more till we practice,It was really good,very helpful,my trainer Lakshmi was really good,have much patience,calm and kind,when I talk about my hair class Akhila was our trainer she is good at teaching,I had learnt the techniques in 10days,but I felt like partiality towards students,treating me and another was differentCons:they wont provide hair products for practice they ask us to purchase in there studio only that hair dummy was very bad dont worth 5k and buying outside is better it cost double in there studio,I feel that dummy was already used,they told they assist to job but nothing done,if it like this there are many academies with reasonable price, atleast they teach for 2 months,I dont feel it worth doing here, after spending nearly 1 lakh 70 thousand sitting in home doesnt mean anything,if ur looking for the course its not that good teaching is good but you have to spend too much on your products, portfolio everything, atleast no job atlast

Ritagya aka riti, a senior make up artist at zorains is the best. If you book her as you bridal make up artist, you do not have to worry about anything, just show her your outfit, she will sort out the whole look for you and make you look not less than a dream. She is the kindest soul, very friendly.For my pre wedding photo shoot, Ritu was my make up artist and sharanya was my hair stylist. Ritu did a great job with eye makeup, both the stylists worked as per my choice and made me look my best.

Lakshmi and anusha did a great job on makeup and hair. They listened to what I wanted and delivered they even checked back with me later. They were good communicators and had good people skills. I love the service

I enrolled for Bridal Makeup Level 1 makeup course with Zorains Studio. Highly recommend this academy if youre starting your career as a makeup artist. My trainer Lakshmi was super helpful and professional. She explained all the makeup techniques patiently and shared multiple tips & tricks throughout the sessions. Lakshmi helped me realise my concept and creative idea come alive, trusting me with the process throughout my final photoshoot .My hairstyling trainer Akila was amazing as well. She taught multiple hairstyling techniques and tricks required for a Bridal Makeup artist.Huge shout out to both Lakshmi and Akila for their great attitude and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Zorains when I booked them for my brothers wedding make up. RITU and ANUSHA were the artists assigned to me and they were super nice and did a wonderful job. They also did the groom’s and groom’s mother’s make up and it was flawless. We were extremely happy with their work and would love to hire them again!

I would totally recommend this academy to everyone. I was being skeptical about taking the online class but my trainer (Mehendi mam) shes been so paitent and supportive. She supervised me with everything patiently. Shes soo friendly and kind. Loved her way of teaching and style. She eliminated all my doubts without getting vexed. I had a good learning experience.

This 5 star is for SHALINI and ROZA, who did makeup/hair styling/saree draping for me and my mother on my wedding, Monday - 15th Feb. I had opted for HD makeup and was little scared if it would come as good as Airbrush, but shalini did a wonderful job, and the makeup was appreciated by everyone at the wedding. It was flawless and also both the makeups done were apt according to age groups, which demonstrates the meticulous knowledge of artist on skin type. Artist made sure that every minute details were taken care of, on my special day. All products used were branded. The artist was very punctual and reached the venue on time. The best part was, I had got the makeup done for morning event, and it lasted till my evening event without smudging. Nonetheless would like to mention the hair style and saree which was draped by - Roza, without that the complete look was impossible. Thank you so much Shalini, Roza and Zorains Studio for making my day special. Would really recommend it for bridal or any party makeup. And if got a chance, would love to book it again for myself!!

Her method of teaching has always been the best and her technique make me love makeup even more. She always made us feel like home.
