Been here today for the first time. Was surprised they didnt check for temperature..however very happy with the service. The staff were happy to help with a smile. Got a hair cut done by Wajid and I did like my new look..the place is otherwise clean n well maintained.

I have really long hair, and was almost cutting after two years. I wanted the best hair cut. Mr. Wajid did a beautiful job. The hair was cut as expected. And the length was maintained. Highly recommended.

I got hair Perming done and the perms opened in 2 days time . The product used was not applied properly or too strong for my hair and my hair has become like a bush . Its completely damaged. They took hell lot of money and did the worst job . The stylist was attending to multiple customers at same time and did the neutralizing in a hurry . Very bad experience....do not go to them at all....You guys need to service back the customer and undo what wrong you have done. Sahil...dont do things you do not know just for money. You have spoiled my hair....I am not able to move out of the house

The stylist who cut my hair was so incredibly rude which honestly wouldnt even matter if hed done a semi decent job but the man gave me bangs and some sort of weird messed up layer cut with one layer like its goddam 2010, my hair looks like a rats tail! Do not recommend godawful place especially considering their sky high rates.

I looked at the name and assumed splendid service. Honestly it was sub par/just satisfactory. The hairdresser didnt follow my instructions and proceeded to style out as he willed. It wasnt bad. But not what I was expecting.Place was neat. Adequate covid precautions were in place. (masks, fresh gloves, cleaned instruments).

The guy just made me bald after so many times telling him not to cut too short it looks like i just went for a 100 buck haircut and such a waste of my 550 bucks for nothing. The first time I went here in January to get a hair colour it was done well . Yesterday I went here for a hair cut a hair dresser made me feel bad about myself by telling your hair strands are very weak ! Such hypocrites I tell you they wash the hair and comb it when its wet , so that its easy for them to cut it. And while combing the hair fall was definitely bad. He inturn suggested me for a hair spa !! Seriously ! Why make people feel bad about themselves for your own gain of earning money or points?I wouldnt suggest this salon for hair cut after hair wash.Dermatologically you arent supposed to comb the hair when its wet.Yes beauty is important not at the cost of making the customers feel bad about themselves.If you want to lead make people feel good about themselves. Enhance their beauty and make them feel good.

Service excellent however, theres a clear disregard for basic COVID safety protocols, staff was not wearing PPE kits, unauthorized entry without masks allowed, and hardly any social distancing was followed.

I went for hair color and the staffs were very polite. I just loved the color and styling for my hairs. The stylist Farheem made this look possible. He gave enough time to bring in the shades and look that I asked for and was not in a hurry to just finish the task. End result - A happy customer.... 😁😁😁

He explained to me how he will go about coloring my hair so that I was informed throughout and then patiently did a strand test and helped me choose a color of my liking. I got keratin treatment done. The first round was ok. But the 2nd wash after 2 days was not so good. As a junior inexperienced person ironed my hair and she burnt my ear with the hot iron. She also forgot to check if there was hot water before starting my hair wash. I got a blast of cold water and yelped. She then decided to switch on the geyser and blamed the housekeeping for switching it off. She ran cold water through my hair for over 40 mins, while she waited for the hot water to come on. I got so tired of sitting in an uncomfortable position that i asked her to finish the wash in the cold water. I now have a raging headache. The whole point of going to Toni and Guy was that the level of service and quality will be better than others. I certainly paid more than any other saloon and had a bad experience.

I am very happy with their work, behavior and discount offered. I was skeptical for hair color due to high rate but they literally offered competitive discount. I have got many compliments.

Ive had a very bad experience. Though the service provided was good I was charged a very huge amount. Please consult and research before you go to this place. I wasnt even provided with a bill. Bunch of liars and unflattering people. Be aware.Hope no other customer goes through what I went through.
