Old ,Worn out interiors , the steamer after oil massage ( hair) was dripping water all over the shoulder. They should offer better standard of services for the price charged .

They donot have a proper card machine...I wanted to use credit card but disappointed, if same time some one doesnt have cash in their savings account then be ready for shame ....

I got my hair coloured (Global colouring) in shades of red and copper, I am glad I got it done here. The colour has showed up really well on the advice of the staff and it cost me 4K something which is decent for global streaks.

The staff are good but would have preferred if there more more stylists available. Especially good senior hair stylists. Similarly its mentioned 9 pm as closing time but by 8 pm they close. Please change it so that it wont mislead us.

Excellent service! Loved my hair cut by Sridhar, their hair stylist. He listened to me and didnt try to impose his ideas. The cut was even better than I expected! Nice ambience and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this parlor and will visit again :-)

Been a regular for over a year. Shreedhar is really good with hair cuts. The girls who carry out waxing, pedicures etc are helpful and do a good job.Just dont try out really short hair cuts like pixies. Stick to neck length and longer hair cuts with regular styles like layers. They dont have the capacity for short or edgy hairstyles.

Got my haircut done by Shawn.. happy with his service.. very professional and looks good experienced. Understands our requirements easily and quickly. Happy with my haircut. Bhagya is also very helpful in the salon to suggest hairstylists.

Horrible salon. Outrageously over priced.Went there for threading, waxing, cleanup, haircut and hair colour. For waxing, they said “we don’t have normal wax” and insisted I do the flavoured one. For cleanup too, normal one was not there n I ended up doing the costliest one. Felt like a tactics to make clients do the costlier ones. Did 4 strips of hair colour and the strands of hair he took were so so less, that the colour is not visible at all. Ended up paying ₹700 for each strip.. that’s not even visible.Would never suggest this salon to anyone.

My mom went today at 8:30pm for a hairwash and blow dry today. She reached at sharp 8:30pm but they refused to do because they wanted to go home. As per google maps, they close at 09:00pm.

Convenient for the electronic city working crowd. The staff is trained and quite courteous. They have some unique hair treatments as per ones requirements. They use flavored and rica wax but no regular wax. You also have the option to select packages as per your convenience

Went for hair colouring requesting a dramatic bright gold and copper color. But they coloured it a dull color and blamed it on thinner sections. I had requested prelightening too to ensure it is bright. The hair executive asked me to stand under the sun to be able to see the color. Pathetic service.

Lakme staff are very friendly and their services are really good, especially Anus. But the products used for higher range facials dont seem to be effective at all and not worth the cost. Request the management to look into this because I never faced such issues with other branches.

It is a nice experience there.. Lisa is very good at her job.. Mr. Chandra Shekhar is also very nice and polite to talk to..

They dont do the service for appropriate time. instead of n minutes they do for lesser time. Also they are fully biased for some clients. Also will use the same gown over again and will change it after asking for fresh one as gowns used there are use and throw ones. They are just in hurry to finish the service. Only good thing there are hair dressers and few skilled ladies like Ashiqa and Pooja. Otherwise totally runing Lakmes name.

They have pathetic hair stylists. I got hair ssmoothening treatment and hair cut, both were below average. The people at reception are just interested in fetching money and least they care about quality of service or customer satisfaction. Very disappointed.

The girl who did my saree is divya she has magic in her hands she did a out standing work i had a perfect dreapping such a quick one people has to try this place for divya specially thankyou divya . I had been to Lakme saloon in electronic city branch near KFC. For layer cut they charged 800rs including tax but i am not happy with their service. the hair stylist is friendly and supportive but his service is not good. I feel for 800 its not worth. Better to go and cut in local shop at less price.

The facilities and services are good, but they keep you waiting for a long time before starting. Even if you go at 11am and there is no other customer there, theyll still keep you waiting for at least 15-20 mins. So you can imagine how much youll have to wait if there are other customers.This is the only drawback, otherwise the service is good, if slightly expensive.

I should say this is ridiculous waste of money am so disappointed and sad I did my hair color which cost me 4.5k but the worst shocking is that the color became more darker then before I don’t know what is wrong with their product the picture was shown in a way that really attractive and colorful but when the result are out it’s kind of totally different I don’t think Lakme can be this bad but I wonder where does the color comes from the picture color we’re kind of golden not exactly golden but kind of and after applying it became natural color it was really shocking ofcourse I like the staffs they are good at their work but I don’t know where does this twist color come from please don’t do this to anyone be careful and make sure the color are same as in the picture given.! I feel wasted.!

Not as per LAKME standard. Convenient location though.Went for a waxing and they said they dont offer normal waxing. They only offer Flavour waxing that cost much more than normal waxing.For simple threading also, they do not massage aloe vera gel to smooth out the rashes caused after threading on sensitive skin. They did not take proper care to stretch skin properly too, causing immense pain during the process.A little care for your customers will go a long way. I am never visiting this parlour again.

The manager lady is worse, did not respond properly. Its 7.25 and the hair dresser was leaving and they denied me service for hair cut.I believe ur timings are till 8 pm.Then when i asked for eyebrows, she denied rudely as if she didnt want to provide service.In a hurry to close the salon i guess?May be she thinks they are the only salon in electronic city and can afford to lose customers :-), and customers have no where to from the 50 other salons.Not going back there EVER, and may be stop people too lol.That manager lady is ruining Lakmes brand name, sorry to say that. But I am really upset with the customer service.

Horrible. I have gone there twice- once for my haircut and the other time for my kids. They are not trained in hair cuts at all. Absolutely impatient with children. In fact there were other customers who were complaining at the reception about the terrible service they received

Extremely overpriced for unskilled services. Eyebrows hurt after threading, didnt know that was possible.After calling and confirming if it is possible to come, I had to wait for 10 mins as the girls are having lunch,. I had reached the salon at 4 15pm.They dont accept any form of online payment, only card or cash and when offered cash, they say they dont have change. Change as low as Rs. 30.

The stylists dsnt seem to be experts as expected.. some stylists dont even know the basic things. Better to go to a different branch of lakme if u r consistent about this brand.

I had the worst ever experience ever in Lakme salon Electronic City. Last December I had their cysteine treatment done which was decent.. Anyway the effect was wearing off and I was planning to go on a vacation.. I walked up to the salon and asked them to check my hair and see if I need to do it again.. Shawn the hair stylist was asking me when I had done previously.. Divya was poking him and saying it’s been 6 months and she can do it again..I was under the impression that it will make my hair look better even better.. I went ahead with th treatment.. it looked all nice until I washed at home.. after that it was a disaster.. the edges of my hair looked so lifeless.. I went the next day again, another senior stylist I guess his name is Philo suggested I do a morrocon spa. I had just done cysteine why do I need another treatment!! May be I didn’t need cysteine in the first place.. Money minded people!! Sick!!Next coming to facial.. no effect on my face whatsoever.. Paid 2500 and none of my friends even asked if I had done something to my face even the next day.. The results are much better if I use the lotus facial pack at home.. Overall my 7500 and 2500 went to drains..Pleas do not go ever!! No one is going to give you sincere advice on what you need to do..

Not Recommended at all. I went for fringe hair straightening to Lakme, Electronic city, for the first time. And the experience was really bad. The straightening was not good, my hair ends became frizzy and it gave a very messy look. To add to this misery, i witnessed hair loss and lost most of my hair from the front part where straightening was done. Earlier i used to do this in Habibs, but never had hairfall or frizzy hair.I will never ever visit any Lakme salon in my life.

I went to Lakmé salon which is situated in Electronic City for the first time just thinking of the brand but the service i got was wrost...I asked to have bleach and facial but don’t know what do they apply I can absolutely seee no effect wen the bleach was applied ...I wud never ever go for anything to Lakmé if you value your customers then it should matter you

The service has been always good with Lakme!Yet I would rate the EC phase 1 because of the lady receptionist Divya Natesan who did the billing for my service. There was an excess amount of 600 billed on my card due to an additional service added up which I had not utilised. When I asked for cash back she refused to pay me and asked me to buy a product for 600Rs or utilise it during my next service. Inspite of telling her that I dont stay near by and cannot afford to be at the salon for another service just to utilise this money, she wasnt agreeing to pay my money and kept saying she cant do it since it is card transaction in an argumentative tone. I tried to defend myself in a polite manner without raising my voice and making her understand that a customer should not be suffering due to mere negligence in billing from their side. With great difficulty she gave me cash when I wasnt agreeing to her. She gave it with so much of arrongance and a push back attitude which is definitely not appreciated in a receptionist or any employeee working in hospitality field or industry. Hence I would never recommend a salon owner to hire such personalities like Divya at front desk and spoil not only a customers happy day but your service reputation too.

Lakme should really learn to value customers. I have recently started visiting Lakme and everytime I get bad experience which makes me write review -1. you dont consider checking with customer on what type of service they want and if they can afford a service upgrade without any notification. Your brochure has multiple type of waxings listed but the salon does not support the one with minimum charges and assumes customer will know by default and charge on higher end.2. The worst is that none of your receptionist bother to update customer about availing discounts/happy hour etc, so when by mistake customer notices it written somewhere and inquires then the reply is madam you can avail if you bill before 3 PM after availing services. Wasted customers 10-15 mins waiting anyways. It was 2:15 and when asked if I will be eligible for the discount, the reply is madam if service ends before 3, I again asked how much time this service takes, reply is 45 mins. So then can I bill and get discount.  No Madam. I dont understand the logic of happy hour if you are not willing to give discounts.I walked away and Lakme surely lost a customer. if you care.

I recently shifted to Bangalore and tried this outlet of Lakme. Anu was there to help, she is veru sweet and polite. Also, she is an expert in whichever services she provide.

Fabulous service I loved it. I had smoothening done in electronic city lakme salon the service was done by hair expert Mr.santhosh n the smoothening had come so perfect Im really happy with the service. N even the hair cut was done by him only had a nice experience with the service thankyou so much.

I got hair smoothening done from here, took all the precautions like didnt bend or moist for three days, shampooed and conditioned properly with recommended products only , got a spa done within 15 days as well. Spent a hell lot of bucks and efforts still within one month I got visible waves in my hair.I wont recommend anyone to go to this saloon and specifically this branch for hair smoothening.

Last saturday, I had been to this salon for my dauthers hair cut, the way they treated us is very worst. The lady(receptionist) is keep on asking those who are working there to provide service, no one is obeying her. I felt very bad and asked like is this way you treat your customers? She asked me to write in complaint book reg this. They should improve the way of speaking and treating the customers. Totally they are spoiling the name of LAKME. No more words.

Salon n d services they provide r good, but d result is not worth. I did smoothening from there. The way they did was good. But result didnt last longer. This is actually the 7th time, I doing smoothening, but result z nt at all worth. I feel like, after paying for permanent smoothening, they had done the temporary one. Also, regarding the reward points, at d first, they offer 80%-100% off by giving us reward points which can be used for any services in any lakme salon. And when we tell them to use the reward points, they ll bring up new rule, telling, for any service, only 50% off the total can be paid by points and remaining we need to pay by cash. Atlast during the payment time, they ll tell another excuse, maam 50% points not able to radeem. Can we take the remaining payment as cash from you.Then for what, you people made the points and offers!!
