Someone else is running this, it is not handled by jawed habib but they use the name to make money and it is not a unisex salon.People over there so unprofessional. If you ever think of getting your hair done here, just stop it right now. And go somewhere else,Even local salons are far better.

Stylists are good, but check the final bill before you pay. They billed me on extra services, of which I had not availed.

Worst experience Ever. Did not feel like genuine Jawed Habib salon. Not experienced staff. Rude behavior of lady at counter. Not worth the money. I have prior 7 years of experience in jawed habib for getting haircut but this Bangalore branch near new bel road is worst.

The hairdresser ruined my hair to an extend that I had to run to Lakme to fix it. The lady is supposed to have six years experience but don’t know how to hold the scissor properly. Waste of money and time.

The hair stylist is not too experienced. Not upto Habibs reputation. Still fine for a simple haircut for females.

Got my haircut done last week. No sooner did I enter the parlor, than the lady at the reception explained prices charged against their services. She told me that their POS machine might not work and I must have sufficient cash in my hand before availing their service. While Im perfectly fine with this, it was extremely annoying to find that they did a really messy haircut. Total mess! Not worthy of even a single penny that they had looted from me!!

Had bad experience. Service is good but main course is down. Hair cut was not as expected. No suggestions on good hairstyles based on face and body, and no estimation. They just do what we tell. If that is the case then a small salon in street is better.

Quick service. Hair cut at reasonable rate. No blow drying at the standard rate though. One needs to pay extra for that.

Had a horrible experience with waxing here. The lady used really hot wax and burnt my skin even after repeatedly telling her that the wax was hot. Never expected such a horrible service from JH. Couldve got better service from any small parlour!

Worst experience and worst staff. I have stopped going there after the receptionist shouted at me for asking her to hurry up my sitting. I went along with my younger sistrs. We waited for 2 hours. Then the staff went for a break. Then they were watching vedios in phone, thats when I got impatient and asked her for a quick service. She was a middle aged lady with minimum manners and very bad body language. I switched to lakme and my experience is thousand times better.You Habibs ppl can go to hell now..

I had been for a hair cut and after repeatedly telling the hair stylist to keep the length long she chopped most of my hair. There is no shape to the haircut wat I have now. I cant understand how can anyone from such a good salon chain do things like this. People like these soil the name of the brand.Please dont get your hair cut from here anytime. I would say the local beauty parlours cut more better than the lady over here in Javed Habibs..

Horrible experience. I used to cut my hair in this salon only, when it was hair expresso. The guy stylists were there and they were pretty good and professional. But after they changed it to Jawed Habib hair and beauty recently has kept some ladies stylists now. They are not at all professional. Recently i cut my hair from there and it was horrible experience i wouldnt forget. I had long hair and the stylisit did such bad haircut it looked horrible, no shape at all and to save the look again i had to cut the hair more short. It was a nightmare. It was unexpected from a professional salon like jawed habib. They just ruined my hair.

Hair Stylist was excellent, i took haircut but the lady manager was so rude. As i wanted to take hair cut & hair color both she told me to go for some other salon to do the hair color as it was closing time for them.They provided me half of the services and it was 7:50 Pm in the evening. Can you believe it?

The center manager Indira (as she claimed her name was) is rude and doesnt understand anything about customer service. When I asked her for the prices she said 300 but no hair wash and blow dry rather than giving options. While having a hair cut I was having a call with my husband and she comes to me saying that its not allowed. I asked what isnt allowed, she says taking pictures for which I told but I am having a call. She said, You can come continue. However I didnt continue the call. After sometime the woman comes again charging me not to charge my phone as I have been charging my phone for part 30 mins. By this time I was really pissed off and told her If you have so many rules which arent obvious to people, its better that you a notice and you noticed me charging phone for past 30 mons, then why now. Habib should love upto its reputation, where itsays a franchise or company owned, customer service standards must be met. No issues with the stylists here but the manager is very capable of turning the clients away.

Trained professionals...they are skilled enough to give you a stylish haircut that suits your face and physique.

Please dont go there! I have boils ,Worst experience I had during waxing. The lady has just burnt my hands inspite of me telling her that the wax is hot she continued saying the hairs wont come out if its not hot! But not that hot to burn my hands and leave scars.....
