One of the worst experience with the staff. They procure fake/duplicate products and try to sell it for 80% profit. When complained, the staff was negligent in attending. They only try to argue. They are not interested in solving the problem. The customer experience varies based on how you dress and your appearance. I never had such worst customer experience in my life.

I got products from there...Hope once the ladies of kumarswamy Layout branch may visit bda complex branch banashankri and learn to give respect for customers...Very upset with the service

This outlet of health n glow has never ever been able to serve my requirements. Im pretty much particular on what I need and that every single time was not to be found in this outlet. This one store is full with all the stuffs that the customers dont want. The sales representatives would give you such lame reasons n explanations for thing you wont need or thing they want to sell, that anyone would know theyre just playing you to stick these unwanted products to you. Health n glow had standards earlier. First thing, it used to be one stop shop for any grooming product you seek. Plus obviously something better you may find by your own. Now it has been like a sales market where there are representatives trying to show you a helping face with intentions to sell what you dont need n obviously dont want n they try replacing your thoughts from the one product you seek to something you dont need at all.Poor marketing strategy. Improve on your inventory and keep it up to date. If somebody asks for something specific at least try and understand whats the market trend. Give some inputs as earlier in becoming again a one stop shop. Until then it doesnt even deserve for a star
