Customer experience and food qualities are top compared to the nearby restaurants. Overall, this place is expensive to have regular visits. If price is considerably reasonable, then most of the customers would be repetitive. Kindly consider this feedback and work out some sort of benefits for the repeated customers. The rooms are good and service is good, but food is unhealthy. It leads to food poisoning and a visit to the hospital. If you inform them of the issue, they wont accept it or try to rectify the issue but rather argue with you. I would suggest to book the rooms but have breakfast/lunch/dinner outside if you value your health.

Awesome place to stay.It gives complete luxury feeling, serves wonderful breakfast as well.We had a very comfortable and wonderful stay at this place for a night.I would surely recommend this Hotel anytime if you are looking to stay near Electronic city or Bommansandra in Bangalore.

Though free break fast offered, Dosai variety should definitely improve. Rest stay was pleasant and comfortable

Stay clear of this hotel was the worst experience ever. came to this hotel in feb 2021 for my uncles bypass surgery in Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences. the house keeping dept. stole my brothers i -watch, stole my t-shirt. we stayed over 2 weeks. they denied showing us CCtV footage. also when we went to the nearest police station, the inspector in charge refused to take our complain as the hotel has very well bribed the cops. we could figure that out very clearly. The cops behaved very rudely since we dont speak their language . TGI (the great indian group of hotel and resorts) the general manager also threatened me to lodge FIR against me if i had gone to police station. the hotel staff also pushed me and my uncle whos a heart patient. nobody in the city helped us. we faced several instances in this hotel.keep your belongings safe. the house keeping dept is always on a sneaking mode. do not stay in this hotel. they hired a bunch of looters to run the hotel. i never want any guest to go through all those instances. Bangalore city will disrespect you if you do not speak their language. they might even hurt you. they are violent. stay safe !!!

Good for 1N/2N stay. Roadside open parking. Complimentary breakfast was avarage however the restaurant serves good food.Housekeeping can be improved.

Towels were not clean. Bed sheet was toreWhen i informed same at the time of checkout.i was told by receptionist that I should have called him to change. I was shocked to hear such a response from receptionist. I want to ask hotel staff, why should I remind/call you to get your job done properly. Is it not your responsibility to check room before Guest check in?.?Also, body wash liquid dispenser was broken before I check in and fortunately, I didnt use it.However, I was made responsible for broken dispenser. Later they checked internally and came to conclusion that it was broken prior to my check in.It seems that they check room at the time of check out. However they are least bother to check room at the time of check in. This itself displays the attitude of hotel staff and hospitality towards guest.

Good budget hotel. Good cleanliness in hotel but room cleaning by housekeeping needs to improved lot. Bedsheets and other things needs to be replaced everyday. Food is served hot and good quality. Breakfast is nice with limited menu repeated. Good experience overall.

Rooms are just average, food is the worst. Dinner and breakfast was pathetic and costly. On top of this outside food is not allowed.

Rooms are clean and tidy.Staff is well mannered and courteous.Most of the channels are available on TV which is a plus point.There were limited options in breakfast menu, something they should work on.

The Hotel is Very Nice. Prime Location with all the amenities. Rooms are beautiful especially the Suite Rooms. They Have a Banquet, Restaurant, Bar and Every Floor has a small meeting room where you can do your small business meetings. The Meeting Rooms are equipped with 42 Inch TV in case you want to do a small presentation etc. Overall a Hotel with Premium Amenities at affordable prices.

We checked in transir from Hyderabad to cochin. Its closer to karnataka TN checkpost and makes sense to select the hotel.Rooms were clean, very supportive staff and due to COVId they served breakfast in the room.One star less for the poor parking facilities...had ro squeeze the car somehow...There is a KFC and Pizza hut next door to this property if you feel like munching something.Great value for money, clean and neat place.

Rooms are nice and cosy. Clean and hygienic washrooms. Breakfast timings were after 7:30. We had to leave early morning and asked for a tea around 7am. Deducting 2 stars for restaurants facilities.

Just on the highway to chennai on electronic city. Parking available. Has udupi restaurant. Simple, clean. The Vishnu statue at the entrance enthrall the guests.

Good hotel. Like a 4 star hotel. Neat and clean. Since we booked online it was like paying for a 2 star hotel. Rate at the hotel for double occupancy incl bfast was 3 or 4k. We paid 1,800. Buffet bfast, was ok. Overall great

Clean, safe hotel on Bengaluru- Salem highway. Absolutely safe for solo women travellers too. Space to park some 10-odd cars in the front, though not covered.Rooms are spacious enough for an overnight stay or stays for a couple days duration. Good quality mattresses & well-lit rooms. Spotlessly clean rooms & bathrooms too. The hotel provides ample toiletries, tea/ coffee sachets. (Lift facility is there too)Staff behaviour is outstanding. Courteous, polite & humble. Even while checking-in us at midnight, the front office staff had a smile on his face. Super fast check-in & check-out process.Though there is an in-house restaurant, we ate outside, as we have a penchant for eating in local restaurants. There are some very good quality restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.Try booking online to avail best prices.Suggestion - Try having breakfast & lunch at Srinidhi Udupi. You need to walk 10 minutes to reach this restaurant from the hotel, but its worth it.

This was my second time stay at Southend by TGI. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The stay is comfortable and the restaurant is added bonus. The rooms are pretty cozy and housekeeping is excellent. The food is delicious and they serve a variety of food items. To conclude I will just say keep up the good work.

I slept v well.My only issue was with the water pressure in the shower and the fact that the hot water wasnt very, well, hot. When I informed the front desk guy about it when checking out he apologized profusely.Service quality 5-star. V warm and hospitable.

Excellent rooms with all modern facilities. everything looks like posh and neatness is highly maintained everywhere. 2 lifts are provided . Parking is a bit tight , even though 24hrs security is there for outside parked vehicles. All staffs from receptionist to room boy are very helpful and alert of our needs. Rooms are spacious provided with private lockers , cupboards . Tea maker , mini refrigerator etc are provided in the room. Room lightings were awesome. Everything in the room feels like expensive and they do provide high speed wifi connectivity. All kinds of food are provided in rooms on request. Have got seperate meeting rooms for business persons. One last thing bathrooms were high class with all toiletries and clean linen. Overall great stay for people coming to electronic City or Narayana hrudayalaya hospital for treatment.

In Bommasandra industrial area very few hotels are there and out of which select hotels only are hygiene, clean with good ambience and variety of foods are offered. TGI is one of them in that area. They offer buffet and alacarte both are of decent price. Variety is good and taste also is good. Staff are courteous and professional.

Breakfast is great. Every amenity required is located walking distance. Staff is great and prompt. Very nice property. Clean and nicely fragranced. Rooms are looked after very well. My bathroom kit after a day was arbitrary left by me but housekeeping staff laid and organized for me. On my return after hectic day at work was such a relief to see all organized for me. I will highly recommend this property.

Excellent! place The Southend to be vry neat, clean and hygine. During this Covid 19 pendamic situation they are following all the rules like checking temperature, sanitizer, sanitizing language and social distancing. Employees and staff wearing mask and gloves everyone are vry soft spoken decent. I came from Hyderabad for my friends marriage to Bangalore after so many years and was there for a week and my other friend came from USA i love the hotel and there service. I will recommend everyone to book the rooms in the hotel Southend. Really appreciate all there efforts. Im so satisfied that i will always stay at this place wen ever i come to Bangalore from next time. Keep it up, well done. 👍

Nice place well maintained clean and hygienic. I attended for a birthday party arranged over there. Facilities very good. Food is very delicious with good many varieties. Party hall is well equipped with lights and sound system and with the seating capacity of 150 to 200. I also heard that there is gym and lodging rooms available along with free wi-fi.

Decent party hall that can accommodate 200 to 300 people. Food quality and taste is average. Not sure why the restaurant is called as urban Udupi because taste doesnt seem to be from coastal Karnataka.Hotel is situated right in middle of the busy service road Bommasndra off Hosur road. So if you are driving q big vehicle plan for your arrival.

Very good facilities, beautiful ambience, food is amazing we had lunch/dinner here many times and looking at the service and ambience, decided to stay this time. It was very pleasent. Spa n massage was average, facility is good.

The location is near to Industrial Area and good for Business Visitors. Rooms are well maintained, spacious. Breakfast buffet is standard as per any good 3 star. There is definite room for improvement in services. WiFi was not working for both days. Food is decent, but nothing exceptional.

A cheap royal hotel having good area for gathering or meeting

Southend has kept high quality standards in all aspects, right from behavior of security guards to snack packets in the room. Restaurant food tastes nice but only problem is that you have to go early for buffet otherwise number of items will get reduced with time. :)

Absolute value for money and reasonable in house dining costs. This is no luxury hotel, but for the price, its a steal. Staff is also very friendly. We had a very nice experience.

I had been for lunch along with my Son. It was first visit and wanted to have first hand experience.The ambient was good and A/c was giving good cooling. The charges for Lunch is for Rs499/- all inclusive per person.They claim that they are giving 101dishes for lunch, which looked attractive. Actually, they are counting Salad,chutany etc in these dishes. I am a vegetarian eater and there were very few dishes. That too, we had to scrap the bottom of serving bowls to get our food. The taste was so so. Since I am vegetarian, I didnt go to Non-vegetarian counter.The service was not responsive to needs and the total experience was average to the Cost.

Room decor is quite good but room size is very small. One may feel suffocating in this kind of a room. bathroom is awesome. I dont know if this is the norm but I had to carry my own luggage to my room.
