Worst and fake Consultancy. Do not go for this consultancy. They will told original documents submit here. But not getting your original certificate. They definitely play with candidate life. So please be careful. Do not waste your time. Dont believe to everyone.

I dont write reviews much but for this organization I have to because they do fraud activities, I got an offer from the organisation as HR recruiter while being offered they insisted to provide any original certificate which will be held back and they return back after 6 months which is completely unethical, since I am not that aware about the procedures I had given my certificate to organization, as per their guidelines first three months we will be posted as intern and after that they will confirm if its a permanent role or not. I do agree because its kind of performance analysis.Intial 3 to 5 days it was all good and after that we had put to recruiter people for different position, we used to complete our target most of the days exactly after a month they called all the newbies who joined and informed us that we are considered as underperforming and can leave the organization without any pay all after working for month. Great company with awesome ethics and nothing to wonder because we can expect only such kind of behaviour from organization likes this. One way I am lucky because they gave back my certification and asked to leave and yes it was really heartbroken because spend more than 9 hours every day completing all the work at home and reach office on time and work for them and rewarded back as nothing. I know there is no use of fiting because. AGreat atmosphere, great colleagues, great management, people who really want waste some months for nothing please join.

It has been a great experience with Trutlebolw and the work environment is very good , I have joined there as a fresher and gained a lot of knowledge in recruitment process .

Worst consultancy,I never seen like this company.I got so much of problem for this.Do not go for this consultancy,I giving 1 rate that is also not suitable for this company.I recommending do not go for this company. There are irresponsible persons.I have worked but this type of consultancy people never seen. Because this consultancy my career got risk and i struggled lot. They randomly schedule interviews without having through knowledge of the profile and its requirements. JD is not shared despite repeated requests. Candidate reaches the interview process only to find out that the requirements for the position dont at all match with the existing role. Very unprofessional attitude of consultants. They wont lift your call or respond to your queries in case of any issues.Pathetic Experience with one of their consultants - Pushpa Latha. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible personality.
