One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The CTO(Krishna Kumar) of the conpany is one of worst to work with. He doesnt care about his employees and their well being, he can go to any extent for the profit of his company.

It basically helps freshers by providing necessary software hands on experience in understanding of Backend, Frontend, database and deployment related tech and tools.I went through the SkillAssure program where I had to pay certain fee amount and had 10 months of training as per their offer letter requirement after which I was made into a permanent employee.I would suggest freshers who are unsure what they want to do in IT, and want to spend time to figure out the tech business and project culture, to try this program out since it pretty much summarize the work culture in IT.

Infrastructure is very good...Last time I went for interview,first they conducted a seminar and discussed about their company and client.Finally they said that we will give 5days tests and they select the people who are good in one test also of 5days test,then at that time we have to pay 90k per some training and they will deploy them in company with good package...

Great office. But full of business tricks.after a huge lump sum in studies.they are providing extra 9 month injob training.with 10000rs per month. All of these business tricks and still there are students fall in these kinds of traps.

Good place working culture is good but they hire the students for fee based training in which u have to pay after getting u the the job during the training stipend of 10000 will be given .They hire for AI ML and other technlogies its not for development or testing .

It was a 5 day interview program called discoveri which mainly focused on logical skills and communication skills, it included an workshop on the phases of a project in a software company with hands on, its been a month working with pratian technologies and Im honored to be getting trained with such enthusiastic people around me.

Pratian gives an atmosphere to learn ,build things. I had an opportunity to enhance my comptence by pushing my abilities with the help of the trainer and tech leads.

The better part of this company is The quality of training but It could have been best if it had been without money.

Guys They will say 5days of training and if u got got selected they will give good package...... but they will demand for money 90000+GST as a training fee and u should work free for 9months . Instead of giving money to company u can go and join any better institutes like jspiders and abc

Considering everything they do, I do feel this is an ideal company for those starting out in the software industry. Though its been just a month, Ive learnt a lot, both technically and personally. They have the security of a well established company(theyve been around for quite some time) and allow us to work on all the aspects of a product, similar to a startup.In my opinion, Pratian combines the best of both worlds. Positive and encouraging work environment too.

After getting rejected from 5 interviews ,i got an Email from Freshersworld for Pratian technology interview.On that morning i simply came with the mindset that i have to give my 100% effort to crack this interview because i thought as like every interview i have to face one written test if clear then HR round but i was just surprised after knowing that PRATIAN takes 5 day assessments and every day there is selection based on their performance till the 5th day. i was selected on the 2nd day in the technology which i liked and want to work in the future. i personally thank to PRATIAN TECHNOLOGY where i am able to discover myself that in which technology i was good,which comes naturally to me. Atlast, if anyone wants to start their career in IT field they need an strong base in the domain and technology,PRATIAN gives me an excellent opportunity .

Dont waste ur time by visiting this company for job its not a job money eater company ask u to pay 90k for training which is useless then u dont get any benefits like launch,cab, and u have to stay more than 12hours

They dont welcome feedback. Teachers although knowledgeable but are not able to deliver teaching properly. Very hectic schedules and learning is not at much level. Experience cant be said to be good in any sense.

Some people are depicting Pratian Technologies as very negative and fake company.I am working here from 2 years now.Half knowledge is more dangerous than no knowledge.Pratian does not select people without them clearing the technical assessments. They invest a lot in filtering talent and getting the right people.Some of the people who are not selected i guess are posting negative reviews.There are so many people who got the job from Pratian.Me too got a job in a same way, after 2 year literally I can say I am a change man.Please do not mislead others. If any job seeker wants any information please talk to people who have been selected.

5 months back I came to Bangalore in search of job.I went to give various interviews here and always heard the sentence you can leave for the day.I heard about discoveri program from freshers world.I remember on first day they told us Every day is a new day and therefore even if we are not selected on the 1st day it is a 5 days selection process.I was selected on the 3rd day.

I wish google had negative ratings. Its just a waste of time going there.

Worst place, this is not actually a software company, its a training institute asking students to pay 90k as training fee and pay 70k as convenience fee. Even there is no guarantee of placements. This is not actually a software company as they have mentioned. They will conduct series of test to show that they are not fake and even they dont have clients like MNCs.

When I came here in bangalore i struggled a lot to get a job and I ended up being depressed because of that.I got to know about the discoveri program i thought it would be like rest of the companies and at the end they would say uh can leave for the day.But after coming here they told us that there will b 5 days assessment and on the basis of that even if uh are not selected on the first day there are 4 more days.This platform to prove yourself is really good and after coming here I got to know about many technologies which I never heard.

Outsourcing company....only building size is big. But after you got selected you have to face for the manager round of their partner company which will decide whether you got selected or not even after all the rounds.And in the product manager round also irrelevant questions will be asked to some people and lucky people will be asked only relevant questions.
