Daruwala is a rooftop bar and casual dining in JP Nagar near Kalyani magnum tech park just above DeJaVu restaurant. one of the most economical and cool places for dining in and around JP Nagar.rooftop floor ambiance covered with a roof creating a semi open air atmosphere, theres a huge bar counter at one part of the floor, its a casual dining seating arrangement with comfortable chairs and tables, large seating capacity accommodating a huge crowd.Food menu is mostly North Indian with a huge list of starers, appetizers and main course to try from the menu. barbecue style paneer tikka was good, veg corn soup was delicious. cheese balls, Mumbai ka veg samosa and onion pakora were lip smacking and mouthwatering. highly satisfied with the starters we went forward with the main course, the main course were typical north Indian food. palak paneer and dal makhi went really well with the Indian breads. the desserts in the end completed our course of the meal.the bar menu is a huge spread of drinks. theres an another exclusive menu only for shots apart from regular bar menu with 99 shots mentioned in the list. the prices of items on the bar menu is highly economical.good service and good hospitality, big space with adequate staff providing equal attention to all the patrons. exclusive parking space for the customers.

As it is situated on the top floor with open air ambience, it sure is a treat to be here with a glass of your favourite drink in your hand.Speaking of Drinks first, we have served with around 10 types shots from the pile of 99 varities of it naming few as Rajnikanth Rasam, Spicy Bourbon, Blood Moon and Cool Colada. Apart from these we have got cocktails as Paanwala, Long Island Ice Chai, Bhelpuri Wala, Bloody Mary. With the names here, I presume that they do not need any brief on their flavours and ingredients. On mocktails, I have given a shot to Acche Bachhe which was prepared with Pineapple Juice, Fruit Syrup with orange and mint in it.Coming to food menu, on starters we have got deep fired onion with gram flour as Onion Pakoda, deep fried brad crumbs filled with molten cheese as Cheese Balls, Chinese Samosa as fresh veggies stuffed inside it and on the grill menu, we had Paneer & Mushrooms. For the main course, there was punjabi-special Dal Makhani which has been prepared with mashed balck dal with right spice ingredients served with exotic butter on top of it and we had Palak Paneer cooked perfectly with aptly prepared cottage cheese in it. This place is on the top floor of Dejavu. Open atea pub with fans around. I visited in aftetnoon and kinda liked the placements. There are 3 types of draught beers available budwiser, Beera and kingfisher. I missed some other bottled brand. For my first vidit i ordered mutton rogan josh and chicken chettinad roast. I felt bit salty. Ya thete are some good mocktail. I tried Achha Bachha mocktail it was good you can try it. Overall i may have to vidit once ahain to try some other stuffs to give a better review. Its a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the backside forest. The lush grewn view from the rooftop makes it a nice party destination.In vegetarian, I tried a few starters and liked all of them.Cheese Garlic Bread - Garlic bread was cheesy and had a flavour of garlic as expected. This makes up for a perfect starter and can also be had with drinks.Onion Pakoda - A basic onion pakoda preparation which is flavourful. A good choice for vegetarians.Cheese Balls - Oodles of cheese in their cheese balls makes it a delightful snack to have with drinks.Crispy Corn - An average preparation but certainly good to find that in a pub. It went well with the cocktails. This could have been a bit better.Paneer Tikka - An average Paneer Tikka which was Okayish. Paneer quality was quite good.Naan/Roti/Kulcha - Breads were soft and baked to perfection.Chicken Lollipop - A toothsome preparation and a good option to choose from Chicken.Chicken Tikka - Not a very good option tp have here.Fish Popcorn - Delicious fish popcorn is absolutely yummy! Seafood is so good that it was my favourite choice to have here.Peri Peri Chicken - It was an Okayish preparation, the chicken should have been softer. I would uave preferred a better cooker one though.Grilled Prawn - This is a delicious prepration. It was a palatable prepration to have Prawns were tender and juicy.Cocktail Prawns - It was amazing! This is also a must-have seafood here. I enjoyed it with the drinks.Prawn Pepper Dry - It tasted really good and I can recommend this dish.Laal Maas - It was not very authentic but the gravy was slightly spicy and sour because of added tomatoes. It tasted above average.Thai Prawn Green Curry - It wasnt authentic but tasted good. It was a nice curry on its own.

I reserved this place on Thursday for a queit xmas dinner with my friends and ended up having a fun filled party with music n dance. Service was prompt. Tasty food, very reasonable price. We created our own dance floor in between tables and had a party. Looking forward to go again to explore buffet on weekends.

Good but service is slow.When we order drinks and starters we should get them together or at least the drinks first. By the time they serve drinks the starters are over and we end up ordering the same starters again. Asked for tissue, ended up getting it on our own from another table. If you have water bottle on the table ensure that you keep enough glasses for everyone, Basics. They have 99 shots menu some of them are good but some of them are made just for the sake of it. Cocktails are good, loved that they did not overpower it by sugar syrup, a balanced taste.

One of the modern fine dine places in South Bangalore. If you are looking for a budget buffet course this can be an ideal place for you. They serve both Veg and Non veg variety. There menu has everything under one roof starting from starters to grills to soup, main course and yes desserts too. The restaurant staff are right on there tows to assist customer. Being on a roof top the ambience and natural lighting helps having a wonderful dining experience. They also have a attached bar where you can get a huge variety of cocktails mocktail and other beverages.

This Bollywood themed place in jp nagar is a perfect rooftop chill spot for everyone. They had very affordable and exciting menu of alcohol and cocktails are truly amazing. Their 99 varieties of shots are a must try and my favourite would be the chaiya chaiya cocktail shooter. And the first time Ive tried the bloody Mary it was truly amazing and spicy. They have a wide range of starters and my best suggestion would be the Cajun spicy potato and cheese balls for vegetarians. They have a lot of prawn starters and they are truly delicious. The must try for prawns are the prawn cocktail and golden fried prawn. The kalmi kebab and sheek kebab are a spicy combo with cocktails. On the main course the mutton biriyani and mutton rohangosh with butter naan is must try at this place. Moving to the dessert my favourite was the chefs special eclair and fried ice cream and gulab jamun. Overall 5/5 for the food, ambience, service and staff.
