Nice cozy place. Better called as shisha (hookah) spot. Nice staff, decent menu with affordable price. Nice Ambience and setting, just sometimes the order gets delayed, so you have to be either patient or keep pinging.

The food and the ambience is decent but the service staff is not polite to customers and communicates only in Hindi.I do not mind responding in their preferred language but I felt insulted by the way he looks down at you when you speak Kannada.I hope they hire better behaved staff and this would be a place that I would go to regularly if the change is implemented.

Charging 50% tax on the..Charging cgst 2 times in a single bill can check the bill attached.And Charging some new tax called CESS OF 75%IF ur bill be 2000 approx u have to pay extra 500 as taxes in this place.Do ask about the taxs for the consent person before placing the order or else u have to pay 50% tax dor ur bill amount.

The food was ok but it took more than 20mins for each item to arrive. They failed to follow up on the order and I received burnt steak which was breaded and coated with ketchup to hide it. I wasted 2 hours of my time and I regret the experience.

Visited Burnout Infantry Road on one sunny afternoon with my friend after checking their Instagram page which had an offer for second hookah at 99. After ordering the first one, which was amazing, decided to go for the second one at the offer rate, but realized it is valid only on ordering two at the start itself.Nonetheless, spoke to the staff and the owner Mr Abhishek, who were kind enough to offer me a flavour change at 99/- in the same pot.Coming to the items we ordered:Cream of Chicken Soup: Was pretty good, with a decent amount of chicken chunks.Chicken Club Sandwich: The sandwich came with layers of omelette, chicken mince, cheese, veggies such as tomatoes, onions and cucumbers and mayo. It was huge! Took the two of us quite some time to finish it.Masala Chai: The chai was handmade to perfection. Loved it.Paan Rajnigandha + Nirvana Hookah with Milk Base: This flavour was amazing. Initially, the smoke was less, but as the flavour started to warm up, combined with the milk base, it gave amazing clouds.Saffron Hookah Flavour Change: This was mild at the start, but soon the flavours came to the fore.The service was amazing despite only two staff manning the restaurant, and the place in itself was pretty. Definitely would visit again!

The owner of burnout Mr Abhishek lacks basic understanding to run this place.the quality of hookah is below average (half of the used up flavor from the previous hookah is added to the new flavor to constraint its original state and help perish it quickly) they have imposed time limit even though there was no crowd around.food quality is the worst.service and ambience are bad.the sofas are dirty and have color stains all over.

Service was okay. Food was just plain bad. Cheese in one of the sandwiches was way too thick and hard for any human to ingest. Then there was too much salt in the salad. And last but not the least, before ordering we asked them if we could pay via Dineout - to which they agreed, but at the time of payment, they plainly refused. One star is just for the ambience which was chill.
