I loved this place for its ambience, brewery and food. The dessert was not that great but rest everything was great. The staff members were very courteous and the beer was very good. Prawn Ghee Roast was very tasty in food section. I think this place requires little more visibility because there are so many people who dont know about the place. I would love to come back here again. Thank you Alchemy!

Nice ambience roof top, bar counter is lit at night!

Loved every bit of the experience - the brewed beer was fresh and flavourful. The hops in the pale ale were of a high quality. Food was well prepared and the fusion in flavours came out really well. The service was quite good and so was the ambience. And priced quite reasonably.

Beautiful beautiful place with amazing food and craft beer!! But the beer we got for octoberfest felt a little watered down maybe for promotions and if they can include more on the food menu this place would be amazing! It’s good ambience wise but the beer for the 2 hour octoberfest felt very watered down so even tho I had 7 of them I did not get drunk 😔

Visited this rooftop brewery last week and really liked their open air section with views of the city. While we didnt try their beers, we did experiment with their cocktails. The food was decent and the service was good too.

Located in the heart of the city, Alchemy has a good ambience, great service and food tastes great. What is does fall short in is the portions served considering that food for the prices charged.The view is great from the balcony overlooking Brigade an MG road.Access to the restaurant is great and they do offer valet parking. Overall had a great time.

This place would stand top in terms of the most lethargic service ! Went there seeing good reviews ! Was utterly disappointed with the service ! Crowd management is so poor ! The place is good. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is open towards the city view. It’s a feast during Diwali as you can see sky crackers bursting upon while you relish your drinks and feast on the food. Perfect date place. Music is played lightly in the background.

Wouldnt give it too much of a rating. The beers are okay at best except the Amber Ale called Ella on Rye. The brunch buffet is mediocre at best. I would definitely go back there for the Amber ale and nothing else. Service by Dhanonjoy was great though.

Where do I start, this was one of the best evenings Ive had in a while! The staff are so friendly, they suggested me really wonderful dishes to munch on which were brilliant and the beer was brewtiful my favourite was the pale ale, it was so balanced! Ive been around a lot of breweries was really impressed with this one! And what can I say about the ambience, with the skyline of Bangalore you really cant go wrong with this place ! You would probably fall in love with the ambiance of this roof top cafe and bar. Menu has got a lot of innovative dishes which needs to be tried. Separated smoking and non smoking area with great drinks. LIIT can be tried.

Not a lot of great food so I definitely recommend checking out their menu before visiting. The food is more oriented towards the drinks rather than the supper experience.

My first visit was tied in with their one-year celebration. I would have given a full-five star rating, but for two reasons: the pilsner could be better; the absence of someone-in-charge, meaning someone in control of things.The crowd is chill, the service is courteous and friendly and the seating arrangement good. Dwivimun, was in particular excellent. We went by his recommendations for food and he was spot on.The view of the city’s skyline is also something worth the visit.

A great place to hang with friends. They have an amazing range of beers. Some crisp flavours. They have yummy starters too both veg and non veg. Surprisingly they have good options for kids as well. They had a band playing on Sunday... That really added to the fun Sunday Brunch ambience complete with dancing. Some dishes we loved... Achari hummus with pita bread, fried fish with dal, panner with sweet sauce and harissa chicken.

The chef is always at your disposal and spends time with you and make sure that your curiosity is answered.🇫🍽️What I ate ???🍴 Chicken sukka bulgogi ➡️ This was something very different, the mini sized appams were filled with chicken chunks along with the chipotle cream. They were served on a nice plate with pebbles on them. It tasted very good.🍴 Artichoke aloo samosa ➡️ All my life I had been tasting the samosa which more or less had a similar size and shape, until I saw this samosa which was in the shape of cone. This samosa also tasted good and pretty different from the conventional ones. The samosa was infused with the wasabi cream in between and was sure a catalyst to the taste.🍴Chilli chocolate sheekh kebab ➡️ A sheekh kebab which j may not find elsewhere other than alchemy, again an unconventional presentation. Chocolate was infused inside the sheekh kebab and on top of them as well. The moment you cut the sheekh the chocolate would flood on the plate. It was excellent and I will definitely recommend them.🍴 Hickory smoked chicken kebab ➡️ The hickory chicken was good, the roasting was perfect. The spices were just perfect, essence of pepper and paprika could be felt.🍴Bombat buratta ➡️ The buratta amazing to taste, the cherry tomatoes to compliment them gave them enough punch to taste good.🍴Crab tostado ➡️ The crab flesh and vegetables tasted good. It was juicy and tender.🍴Konkan fish fillet ➡️ This was like a local food with some western dash into it. The grilled fish fillet was provided with classic chitranna and coconut milk gravy and looked wow and tasted good.🍴Duck egg kuttu➡️ This was wow! The kuttu parota which has its origin from Tamil Nadu went well with the duck flesh which was cooked well. It is sure a must try.🍴Honeycomb masala bread ➡️ This was good, it was both sweet and a little spicy as well.🍴Sriracha chicken ➡️ It looked and tasted good, they are pretty heavy to stomach but will definitely not disappoint you.🍴Guzle ➡️ I loved this drink. It was a huge combination of lot of things it had the white rum, ginger, almonds, cinnamon and pineapple. It was amazing.🍴Gondharaj lemon mousse ➡️ This desserts was for the front page. They had all the aspects for being a celebrity among all the food we tasted. The mousse were prepared from the fresh Gondharaj which were exported from West Bengal. The liquid nitrogen ice cream which was prepared in front of us were broked on top of the mousse and they went really well with them and tasted good.🍴 Mysorepak cheese cake ➡️ I had never eaten or thought of Mysore Pak with anything attached to it, till I tasted here at alchemy. The Mysore Pak was attached firmly with a cheese cake. The attachment of these two was perfect.All and all Alchemy is a wonderful place which is a place for all genres of people to spend some quality time. The service is excellent. The food is altogether in next level. Most of the food have a fusion of two extreme identities and presentation will definitely wow you for sure.

Microbrewery with a view, set up right on top of chancery pavilion on residency road .This place has a vast liquor menu apart from the brewed beers, the huge bar adds to the beautiful decor with its lighting. The place has cozy corners as well for groups of 6-8. 10/10 for the food presentation, master chef quality plating n all about I was not impressed with the number of options. Ive been there a couple of times and now I realize that Ive always ended up ordering the same. Their signature nachos papadi Chaat is a cool sight to watch with all the liquid nitrogen and theatrics , but was too tangy for my likingon the pricier side

Really good place for drinks and food. The menu is varied and has good options for both veg and non veg eating peeps. It is situated on upper 9th floor and has a open air sitting space, which is a great ambience and secure way.

The drinks, location and ambience were really good. The place lacked food options as the menu had very limited options in veg/non-veg and the quantity was small as wll. Please include more food options in finger foods, pizzas, pastas, continental etc..

Its just another over rated restaurant. The food was not that great. We ordered1. Classic prawns ghee roast: This dish is the main reason for my rating. Succulent prawns cooked in ghee. Perfect mix of spices. It was a really good dish2. Paneer bhurji bao3. Peri peri chicken tikkaBoth these were not great starters. Just can be had when you are hungry. Peri peri chicken tikka was little bland and the Bao was okay.Coming to the desserts, it was definitely not the best cheesecake I had.

Food used to be good, now the entire menu has changed and shrunken quite a bit. Most probably the chef has changed. The staff is still very courteous and the decor great but food is really not that amazing. Every item is chilli this peri peri that, if you are not too much into extreme spices, there is almost nothing for you there. Bdw drinks are quite good though.

Visited this place on a special occasion. The view is absolutely beautiful , feels like you are in the middle of Residency Road. In Starters the quantity was less but the quality and serving style was unique. Their dessert menu is limited. As it was a working day , the place was deserted. Main food menu starts from 7 PM, till then only bar food menu is available. Good beers at a great price with spectacular view.

The ambience is neat, food is okayish. The menu did not have much to offer. The portions were too small for the price charged.Last but not the least, we were charged 100Rs a 1ltr bottle of water with 18% GST on it and were served Kinley water which is worth 20Rs (MRP)😂 so choose wisely ppl!

Really nice bar and restaurant om the top floor of The Chancery Palladium with a lovely view of the city. The Food is yummy and they have a nice range of beer. The place is a bit pricey but worth it. Great views overlooking UB City, Aloo Samosa is just yumm, Hazelnut Holige is a musty try. They serve Veg, chicken, lamb, beef and pork but no egg based food on the menu. Mocktails are pretty good.

The the bear is ok but the view is amazing! You can stand on the deck with your beer in hand, taking in as much of the view as you can and have long conversations for hours on end. The beer is slightly expensive compared to other breweries but once in a while you can visit for the ambience.

The rooftop view of central Bangalore is lovely, but the starters arent great. I only really liked the Kerala Beef Roast sliders out of the bunch that I tried. So Id recommend visiting only for a quick drink before heading elsewhere.

Best rooftop microbrewery in Bangalore. Beers are different and a must try! Food is basically modern Indian food with a twist. We tried the lamb, ghee roast, pork chops and the saag. All were delicious
