Waste of food and money here please dont go this hotel very bad service

We decided to dine here the moment we entered Forum Neighborhood Mall. Its the kind of place which is visible from every floor of this mall and it kinda beckons you towards it. We checked the menu and ambience in the afternoon and decided that we would have dinner here.The first thing to mention about this place - its beautiful. It wont be an exaggeration to say that its good selfie point. Let that be well lit corners of staked choodiyaan or a traditional well or stocky, tall Punjabi singers singing on the television, or the hunky Punjabi mannequins outside, this place takes you right to Punjab.Unfortunately, the starter that we decided to have (Makki de kabab), was not available. So, we had Veg Kurkure rolls and Veg Kabab platter (3 types of starters - 2 each). For the main course, we had Soya Chaap Masala and Lachchha Paratha & Makki Di Roti. Everything was Delicious, theres nothing to complain actually, but I found the quantity a bit on the lesser and smaller side. The entre is always bite-sized, but these were smaller than the usual. People had raved about their Dahi de Kabab, but it was too sour for my test (it came as part of Veg platter). Chilli Cheese Dilkhush was out of the world though. Do have it. We were so full at the end of the main course that we skipped Desserts. But, we were glad we did, because at the end, after you are done with finger-bowls, you get a nice platter of Jaggery and saunf (roasted fennel seeds) which is an ideal way to conclude your meal. I really liked that.Want to give a big shout-out to Waseem, who was hosting us for the evening. Not only the guy is courteous and pleasant, he knows what he is serving too. It was really lovely of him to serve a plate of Onion Rings, saying it would go well with the meal. Go ahead and ask him for the recommendations. He will do his best.This place has greater advantage since there are not many options in the food court of Forum Neighborhood Mall. If you are sick and tired of KFC, McD or Dominos, this place will give you a change of pace and palette. Do go and experiment.

Went with family. The feed back-1) order took a looooong time to come. Starters came in 15 mins main course took almost an hour.2) the quantity was very less compared to the price they are charging.3) location wise convinient as its in a mall. Parking was good.4) waiters were wearing a mask5) payment- cards was not accepted that day. Said some network issue. Cash or online was the option.6) interior of the place is good.

Very Very bad service, I have visited Pind Balluchi CP Regal Delhi few times earlier and loved the food there. I had similar expectations here.. but☹️☹️😡I visited to have an entire 3 course meal and had to run away after just having a Starter Platter... literally...Half Cooked Panner...uncooked unflavored soya chaap..To my utter disappointment when I raised the complaint, the manager did not even took it as a concern..He just said okay.. Didnt even wanted to know the problem forget resolving or a customer satisfaction..I decided to pay and move on!! Such great restaurant is this..Believe me a roadside stall offers better customer service, food can differ at times flavors can also...but service and behaviour cannot!!!

This place is damaging the goodwill that PIND BALLUCHI Brand carries. In total they have 1 manager n 02 waiters only, so this place is highly understaffed! Hygiene is also a concern here, when it comes to cleaning of Tables and maintenance of their washroom. There is absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff to the waiting tables, indefinite wait for orders is so frustrating. This place is really falling apart. I wont Enter this place ever.

Biryani was not Biryani it was pulaao....never try biryani

Great ambience, situated inside a shopping mall, has sufficient seating space.Air ventilation is poor in certain seating areas leaving patrons sweating when munching on hot food or otherwise. Biggest negative is their current staff imho. The usher is a rusher. Manager is complacent. They are not serving full menu items either. Service is delayed and the table staff doesnt bother to come and check up on you beyond placing the items ordered, even for water.

Though restaurant supposed to open the at 6:00PM but after reaching there I came to know Tandoor is not Ready so need to come back at 7:00PM. Agreed and came back at 7:00 PM but still Tandoor is not Ready while the board at door saying its OPEN. Upon asking I got one Sorry and thats it. So, I need to re-visit at 7:15 and after that finally at 7:30 I got to seat. Unfortunately, Pind Balluchi Staffs are so so Horrible that they did even allowed us to sit for 15 mins while I was with a kid.2. Food wise so so poor nowadays that I have never imagined or its might be Pind Balluchi Forum Mall. Other Pind Balluchi Servers good food. At Pind Balluchi Forum Mall neither the Butter Naan nor Gravy properly cooked. Naan was Kaccha from Sides and Gravy was so uncooked that the Malasa was at one side of the plate while water was all over the plate. Also, most of the major items is not available from menu even on weekend dinner. So dont expect any food apart from Roti & Sabzi during weekday.3. Now the best and interesting part, at forum mall as well as around the internet Pind Balluchi is publishing as they are offering 20% of on bill for home delivery and dine-in. But I got full bill without any discount, upon asking I got to know it’s a lie as they only provide discounts who ask for it. I replied that I asked so now will you give me 20% discount, they said no, you need to report at billing desk before ordering food. I asked again why that rule is not mentioned, Pind Balluchi Staff Stated, We can’t write that, but we will not give you discount. This was my second and probably last visit to this Pind Balluchi in Forum mall. Food is really bad and not upto the standards of Pind Balluchi. If you are expecting the taste you get in north indians outlet then you will be disappointed.

Garlic naan batter and pindi onion sabji was too good, highly recommended, they did not give finger bowl after the meal. This was disappointed, rest was good

We visited the restaurant last week. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and provided with comfortable seating. The ambience of the restaurant is good. Currently they seem to be operating with reduced menu options. We ordered vegetarian starter (Dahi Ke Kebab), main course (Kadhai Paneer and Pindi Chole), breads (Butter Naan and Butter Tandoori Roti) and beverages (Fresh Lime Soda and Lassi). Our order was promptly served and the food was delicious. I did however notice certain areas for improvement - the washroom needs to be kept clean, the restaurant should accept credit card payments (rather than making lame excuses of machine not working, etc. Incidentally this is Bengaluru, where even the smallest commercial establishment maintains a card swipe machine) and lastly, some servers need not be over-zealous about the demand for tip. If this is too big an issue for them then the restaurant can levy a service charge and intimate the customer upfront. Thereafter, it is up to the customer to decide whether he wishes to utilize the service of the restaurant or not.

This restraunt style provides the best nort indian and nawabi style food in the city special mention to Wasim for making our experience a wow everytime we visit the restraunt.Excellent food and service.

Ambience 3/5, location 4/5, food 2/5, hygiene 4/5, service 4/5. We went for first time in forum pind baluchi and disappointed. We were very hopeful of this brand. Tried both non veg and veg platter. Food were uncooked and lacked taste. We were scared to order main course after pathetic starters. Restaurant is very small but still they have tried to give good ambience. A lot of improvement required in foods. Service was good.

Good Punjabi food, quiet authentic taste but price is high for the quantity offered. We were 6 adults and a kid but still jone of the starter was sufficient for all. Same with main course. Taste is good problem is quantity only

I have always fancied this place whenever I crave for delicious north indian food specially non vegetarian dishes and one dish I would like to mention is rara chicken , perfect meld of minced and tender chicken pieces complemented by rich spicy gravy, all in all a good place to visit.

Went here for a late lunch on 15th aug. The restaurant was not packed but there were a couple of tables free and there were 4 of us. We were still made to wait. After speaking to someone I assume was a manager, we were seated. We ordered starters and beverages and asked if we could move the to sofa (whixh was empty) as the chairs were uncomfortable and one of us recently had had back surgery. Again we were denied.after asking id we needed to furnish the medical reports,we were allowed to move. While the food tasted good, their service left a bad taste in our mouths. The rating is only for the food....

It has a very nice north Indian vibe to it. They have styled the place beautifully.Now coming to the food. In starters we tried Dahi kebab and soya chap. They were both good, specially dahi kebab. But the main course was a heavy disappointment. We had daal makhani and aloo pyaaz paratha. Daal makhani was still fine but paratha was really bad. Drinks were average too. Excellent Ambience, Tasty Punjabi Food, Good Choice of Beverages, Plays Nice Music and also has kids program running in TV to keep the kids entertained.The starters are yummy and they are served hot. The place is value for money generally and accepts zomato gold.The veg briyani was different and tasty. Its not the dum briyani one, its different. The veg gravy we tried was the soya one and was really good, the spice was enjoyable and not over powering

I have never seen such a pathetic service. Had to wait for almost 45 for just soup. Would never recommend it for anyone. Finally left without eating anything

Good food and ambiance.Tandoori chicken tikka and paneer tikka was good.I liked sarson ka saag and makki ki roti but makki ki roti has less flavour of corn as other atta is mixed.Cost was around 800 for 2 starters, 2 roti and 1 sarson ka saag.

Pathetic service, we had to wait for half an hour for our first starter to arrive, and then fit the next 20 mins no did was on the table. Earlier or of the restaurant without completing the dinner after an hour

If yiu want to eat authentic punjabi food, this is the place. The food is really tasty here. They dont charge service charges. Service is quick. Really liked the place. Will surely visit it again.

Biriyani taste was awesome ! Chicken Kadhai was spicy, which we liked. Sarso ka saag, was not that great. Great service by Mohammad Ameen. Must say... Great Ambience !

Please do not expect any kind of hospitality going here. You have got only one side of the restaurant open with no one in sight to take orders. Waited for 30 min just so that someone came to us for taking the order, got to know from the next table that they have been waiting for an hour post placing the order. Left the very moment.

Nice panjabi restaurant. Interior is great, matching the panjabi culture. The ambiance is also cool. Waiters and manager are very polite and humble. I guess its just opened recently. Food is good if not great. As some dishes we didnt liked, like their speciality Bhaba Matan. Taste was not at all good. While Dhaba chicken was awesome. Price seems reasonable. Only thing we didnt liked is the delay , since its new they may be not yet get that synergy between the staff. Apart from that rest of the things are good.

Very good punjabi restaurant. Frequently have here. I feel the veg part is very tasty here than non veg. Try out option can be dal makhanni, tandoori chicken and jeera rice. Very good ambience and it’s inside mall so parking is never an issue.Give it a try and I am sure you will like it.

It is located in 3rd floor of Garuda Mall. As known here too Pind Balluchi is theme based. You will find all the decorations made of Bangles. Although Space is less , however you can enjoy a small get-together. So far food is concern, In Bengaluru you can get a small feel of North Indian test in a Sumo Thali. Soups are great. Rest foods are ok. Kheer was not so good. Avoid sitting in corner as you will feel warm even in AC. Service was great .If find my review relevant kindly like.

Food is average and not the best. But then I would not categorise it as an expensive place so expectations should be were not too high. Staff seemed a little unorganised but food came on time and service was fine. Considering just the quality of food I know there are places with better food. So it is not worth spending your money here.

Dine in experience not satisfactory. Online orders have spoiled the dine in culture.Lesser staff. Had to ask them bring things to table including spoons, fork and tissues.

All 4 stars go to the food. Very tasty and chatpata North Indian food available here. Dahi Ke kabab is their specialilty with the signature sirke wala pyaz and green chutney. Gulab jamun and matka kulfi is also a must try. Loved the ambience and Punjabi music. Didnt try the non-veg menu, but the veg menu is pretty good in itself. Only negative point is that the service is very slow. They dont bother to ask you for the order at all.

Visited on Sunday evening with friends. The place is very cosy. The food was awesome with perfect blend of spices, Dahi Kebab, Mushroom kurkure & Dhaba Meat. It tasted same like Delhi Outlet.The service was flawless with Waseem & Jaydeep whose suggestion was perfect. We enjoyed a lot and will come soon. Thanks Guys.

Went for dinner on Sunday. They have isolated the tables very well and the waiters are all wearing masks. Courteous service. Had Dhaba meat. Very tasty but bit too spicy for me. Maybe next time I should ask for less spicy. All in all a good experience

I had informed before going and was told that after 9:30 we will get table. We reached at 9:15 and waited in line till 9:30. Then we waited near the reception untill 10, we were asked to wait more. Untill we sat, we were told non veg was over. So we had to walk away. Was very excited but couldnt enjoy the food.

Had visited this place as part of a team dinner. Good ambience, something different and shiny. The food itself isnt too awesome or mind blowing, just what youd expect at an upscale resto, that being said, it wasnt bad either. There is also a mini buffet like thing that they had on the menu but that wasnt available the day we had visited. Butter chicken was a bit watery and was disappointing. Other than that, it was okay. Staff was courteous and service was good.

Our family was a regular visitor of pind Baluchi in noida . When this came in Bangalore we were very happy. Recently we had a bad experience. On a late Sunday afternoon we visited the restaurant it was quiet full on one side of the restaurant. We wanted a table for 4. The person there asked us to wait for 15 20 min. The other side of the restaurant was vacant. Since it was already very late we decided not to wait and we came back. That person could have arranged a table on the other side , but he didn’t. This left a very bad experience with pind Baluchi . You should value your customers.
