Worst branch ever seen1. All employees are living in there own attitude (I dont know why)2. My three critical data is not given correcta. Date of Birthb. Father Name is not given correctlyc. I given request to open account I got know after 4 year when I went to open account in other branch then they inform me I have account here😂3. The manager are like they are the owners of branch4. One lady is supportive here who will assist you without any attitude.5. You typically see govt. Officer behavior (as like they are living in other world) from cashier to manager.6. They wont lift the phone..7. They wont work on Saturday they work like corporateeven after written Request, written mail these people didnt changed my data its 8 years of account opened... better transfer account or close it from this branch

Yesterday open a new open with the bank, they are very supportive and helpful...I have address of different city but they still open it without any effort from my end.. recommend everyone..

We need to wait for longer time for small update like mobile number and bank statement ... Management doesnt properly respond to any queerys.

No response for phone calls and emails. Phone - I am trying to reach them for the past 3 days repeatedly calling, but nobody is picking up. Email ID - wrote 4 days back, but no response so far. Poor Customer Care :(.

Worst branch, very bad experience with the Bank Manager and the car loan guy Sivakumar.

Only one girl s there wearing spec and she s humble polite and doing the work efficiently. Many of the others are typical SBI employees.

Not happy with the employees. Need to wait very long time for 1 small transactions. Employees does partiality more amount depositors get 1st chance even after getting the proper token.

This one rating is only for the location and the big space and the well maintained banking area ...serioulsy not even single employee doesnt know the localate language exactly when people want to ask something they should ask security ..SBI is looting the money from people account and maintaing their banks in very huge places and this one is best example

Better close this branch.. Worst bank ever.. employees dont know kannada.. u have to waste ur 1 day for account opening and u will have to roam all the counters available in the bank..

I am specifically writing about the ATM. It is nowhere near the residential area and few people know it exists and hence the all time availability of cash all the time. Anyone between kudlu and hosa road can have an easy access to this spot.

This is the worst bank because I got a ATM txn problem actually what happened I withdraw RS 2500 from nearby HDFC ATM but I got receipt from the ATM in that declined the txn but within a minute I got massage from the SBI withdrawal 2500 done your account balance is so &so then I went to HDFC bank they are said go to SBI then I went to SBI the manager is talking to me like unprofessional I m really upset with hes reply really to bad this system I need urgent money thats why I withdraw from the ATM I need to pay in hospital now I dont have the money think once if I want pay the bank they listen our reasons this is really very bad experience with SBI

One of the worst Branch...।ever visited, went for a check drop recently and there was no one to response or guide you. The billing counters are empty... U can find employees in there own world dreaming and talking to each other. They are lest bother to care of customer....If I were pls avoid these branch to visit, waste of time

Helpful staff but its a one officer branch. So if you want to make a demand draft for amounts greater than 1.5 lakhs, avoid going to this SBI branch.

Service is good when you inside the bank ,but when you outside and try to call none of the person responds ,even you do continues call .Now govt is giving 7th pay commission with almost 110% hike ,is this kind of support we are getting from govt organizations ???
